本发明涉及枕头技术领域,具体属于一种双人枕。
背景技术
枕头是一种睡眠工具,其枕头一般由枕芯、枕套两部分构成;其中枕芯起到支撑的作用,而枕套直接与用户的皮肤接触,而质地较差的面料的亲肤性能较差,影响用户的睡眠;而纯棉面料是一种以棉花为原料,经纺织工艺生产的经典面料,具有吸湿性好、耐热性好、耐碱性好、保暖性好、天然无刺激、抗静电、耐洗等优点,并且也算是目前使用范围最广泛的一种。同时纯棉面料具备很好的亲肤性,也是一种非常合适的枕套材质选择,但是纯棉面料易皱,也易缩水,耐用性较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双人枕,克服了现有技术的不足。
为解决上述问题,本发明所采取的技术方案如下:
一种双人枕,包括枕芯和枕套,所述枕套由亲肤纱线纺织而成,所述亲肤纱线由改性棉纱线和聚乳酸纱线制成,所述聚乳酸纱线复合于改性棉纱线的表面。
优选地,所述改性棉纱线由以下重量份的原料制成:棉纤维70-80份、二异氰酸酯混合物15-20份、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇10-15份、羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷1-2份,所述二异氰酸酯混合物为间苯二甲基异氰酸酯和3-噻吩异氰酸酯的混合物,其中间苯二甲基异氰酸酯和3-噻吩异氰酸酯的质量比为10:0.8-1.5。羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷含有的羟基和3-噻吩异氰酸酯能够有效的抑制本发明聚合反应生产的聚氨酯的分子量,降低聚氨酯的硬度,提高亲肤纤维的柔韧性。
优选地,所述改性棉纱线的制备方法为:将二异氰酸酯混合物、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷按重量份搅拌混合均匀,然后加入棉纤维搅拌混合均匀,然后经制条、并条后得到改性棉纱线。
优选地,所述聚乳酸纱线的制备方法为:将聚乳酸纤维与异辛酸锌按质量比20:0.3-0.8搅拌混合均匀,然后经制条、并条后得到聚乳酸纱线。
优选地,聚乳酸纱线与改性棉纱线的复合方法为:将2-4股聚乳酸纱线紧密缠绕在改性棉纱线的表面,然后送入100-120℃的水蒸气内进行加热反应,反应结束后,干燥,冷却至30-40℃,得到亲肤纱线。
棉纤维与二异氰酸酯混合物、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷搅拌混合,使棉纤维能够充分的吸收二异氰酸酯混合物、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷形成的混合液,混合液使棉纤维的表面包覆形成聚氨酯预聚液,使改性棉纱线在与聚乳酸纱线复合的过程中,异辛酸锌能够催化聚氨酯预聚液聚合,同时聚乳酸纱线上的羟基也能够参与聚合反应,同时在高温水蒸气的作用下,使反应过程中形成部分的酯基和羧基官能团,使亲肤纱线具有亲水能力。
本发明与现有技术相比较,本发明的实施效果如下:本发明的双人枕使用的亲肤纱线强度高,改性棉纱线在聚氨酯和聚乳酸纱线的双重加持下,不仅避免了棉纱线易收缩的问题,同时提高了棉纱线的耐用性能,保持了棉纱线的吸水能力;此外,本发明的双人枕使用的亲肤纱线柔软、亲肤性好、具有抗菌能力。

实施例1
将二异氰酸酯混合物15kg、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇10kg、羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷1kg搅拌混合均匀,二异氰酸酯混合物为间苯二甲基异氰酸酯和3-噻吩异氰酸酯的混合物,其中间苯二甲基异氰酸酯和3-噻吩异氰酸酯的质量比为10:0.8,然后加入70kg棉纤维搅拌混合均匀,然后经制条、并条后得到改性棉纱线。
聚乳酸纱线的制备方法为:将聚乳酸纤维与异辛酸锌按质量比20:0.3搅拌混合均匀,然后经制条、并条后得到聚乳酸纱线。
将2股聚乳酸纱线紧密缠绕在改性棉纱线的表面,然后送入100℃的水蒸气内进行加热反应,反应结束后,干燥,冷却至30℃,使聚乳酸纱线复合于改性棉纱线的表面,得到亲肤纱线。
将亲肤纱线纺织成亲肤面料,制成枕套,然后在枕套内填充枕芯,即得到双人枕。
实施例2
将二异氰酸酯混合物20kg、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇15kg、羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷2kg搅拌混合均匀,二异氰酸酯混合物为间苯二甲基异氰酸酯和3-噻吩异氰酸酯的混合物,其中间苯二甲基异氰酸酯和3-噻吩异氰酸酯的质量比为10:1.5,然后加入80kg棉纤维搅拌混合均匀,然后经制条、并条后得到改性棉纱线。
聚乳酸纱线的制备方法为:将聚乳酸纤维与异辛酸锌按质量比20:0.8搅拌混合均匀,然后经制条、并条后得到聚乳酸纱线。
将4股聚乳酸纱线紧密缠绕在改性棉纱线的表面,然后送入120℃的水蒸气内进行加热反应,反应结束后,干燥,冷却至40℃,使聚乳酸纱线复合于改性棉纱线的表面,得到亲肤纱线。
将亲肤纱线纺织成亲肤面料,制成枕套,然后在枕套内填充枕芯,即得到双人枕。
实施例3

聚乳酸纱线的制备方法为:将聚乳酸纤维与异辛酸锌按质量比20:0.6搅拌混合均匀,然后经制条、并条后得到聚乳酸纱线。
将3股聚乳酸纱线紧密缠绕在改性棉纱线的表面,然后送入100℃的水蒸气内进行加热反应,反应结束后,干燥,冷却至30℃,使聚乳酸纱线复合于改性棉纱线的表面,得到亲肤纱线。

由以上数据可以看出,本发明的羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷和3-噻吩异氰酸酯有效的提高了枕套的吸水速度,同时提高了亲肤纱线的柔软度,使枕套的亲肤性能得到了提高,而加入的异辛酸锌提高了枕套的抗菌性能和亲肤纱线的力学性能。

1.一种双人枕,包括枕芯和枕套,其特征在于,所述枕套由亲肤纱线纺织而成,所述亲肤纱线由改性棉纱线和聚乳酸纱线制成,所述聚乳酸纱线复合于改性棉纱线的表面;
所述改性棉纱线由以下重量份的原料制成:棉纤维70-80份、二异氰酸酯混合物15-20份、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇10-15份、羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷1-2份;

所述改性棉纱线的制备方法为:将二异氰酸酯混合物、聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、羟基聚二甲基硅氧烷按重量份搅拌混合均匀,然后加入棉纤维搅拌混合均匀,然后经制条、并条后得到改性棉纱线;
所述聚乳酸纱线的制备方法为:将聚乳酸纤维与异辛酸锌按质量比20 : 0.3-0.8搅拌混合均匀,然后经制条、并条后得到聚乳酸纱线;
所述聚乳酸纱线与改性棉纱线的复合方法为:将2-4股聚乳酸纱线紧密缠绕在改性棉纱线的表面,然后送入100-120℃的水蒸气内进行加热反应,反应结束后,干燥,冷却至30-40℃,得到亲肤纱线。
