When the third rotating shaft 1010 rotates, the second spiral plate 113 on the third rotating shaft 1010 can be driven to rotate, the second convex block 112 and the sliding block 111 can be stirred to move to the right under the guidance of the guide rod 116, the spring 117 is compressed, the sliding block 111 can move to the right and can also drive the second blade 115 to move downwards through the rotating plate 114, so that the discharged straws can be cut, when the third rotating shaft 1010 rotates for a circle, the second convex block 112 can move to be separated from the second spiral plate 113, at the moment, the spring 117 rebounds to drive the second convex block 112 and the sliding block 111 to move to the left and reset, the second blade 115 is driven to move upwards through the rotating plate 114 to reset, and then the device can repeat the above process, so that the second blade 115 can continuously and automatically move up and down, and thus the discharged straws can be cut into granules automatically.
The crushing device further comprises a feeding mechanism 12, the feeding mechanism 12 comprises a feeding frame 121, a fourth rotating shaft 122, a conveying belt 123, a third rotating rod 124, a third gear 125, a third transmission belt 126 and a fifth belt pulley 127, the upper side of the left part of the mounting bracket 1 is fixedly connected with the feeding frame 121 through bolts, the feeding frame 121 is arranged obliquely upwards from left to right, the right side of the feeding frame 121 is connected with an opening of the crushing barrel 70, the bottom of the feeding frame 121 is transversely and uniformly arranged and rotatably connected with the three fourth rotating shafts 122, the conveying belt 123 is sleeved between the fourth rotating shafts 122, grooves are formed in the surface of the conveying belt 123, the front side of the right part of the feeding frame 121 is rotatably connected with the third rotating rod 124, the front side of the third rotating rod 124 is connected with the third gear 125 in a key mode, the third gear 125 is meshed with the left side gear patterns of the limiting ring 83, the middle part of the third rotating rod 124 is connected with the fifth belt pulley 127 in a key mode, and the front side of the rightmost fourth rotating shaft 122 is also provided with the fifth belt pulley 127, a third transmission belt 126 is sleeved between the two fifth belt pulleys 127.

The multifunctional straw processing and granulating device according to claim 1, wherein the crushing mechanism (7) comprises a crushing cylinder (70), a filter screen (71), a first belt pulley (72), a first transmission belt (73), a second belt pulley (74), a second rotating shaft (75) and a first blade (76), the top of the material pushing cylinder (2) is provided with the crushing cylinder (70), the left side of the crushing cylinder (70) is provided with an opening, the inner side of the crushing cylinder (70) is provided with the filter screen (71), the middle part of the crushing cylinder (70) is rotatably connected with the second rotating shaft (75), the outer surface of the left side of the second rotating shaft (75) is provided with two rings of the first blade (76), the first blade (76) is positioned at the inner side of the crushing cylinder (70), the middle part of the first rotating shaft (4) is provided with the first belt pulley (72), the middle part of the second rotating shaft (75) is provided with the second belt pulley (74), a first transmission belt (73) is sleeved between the second belt pulley (74) and the first belt pulley (72).

The multifunctional straw processing and granulating device according to claim 2, further comprising an anti-blocking mechanism (8), wherein the anti-blocking mechanism (8) comprises an inner gear ring (80), connecting blocks (81), scrapers (82), a limiting ring (83), a first gear (84), a first rotating rod (85) and a second gear (86), the inner gear ring (80) is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the right side of the crushing cylinder (70), three connecting blocks (81) are uniformly connected to the outer side of the inner gear ring (80) at intervals, the scrapers (82) are respectively arranged on the upper sides of the connecting blocks (81), the scrapers (82) are used for scraping the surface of the filter screen (71), the limiting ring (83) is rotatably arranged on the inner wall of the left side of the crushing cylinder (70), the left side of the limiting ring (83) is provided with insections, the limiting ring (83) is connected with the scrapers (82), the first gear (84) is connected with the middle part of the second rotating shaft (75), the first gear (84) is located in the middle of the inner gear ring (80), the inner wall of the right side of the middle of the crushing barrel (70) is rotatably connected with four first rotating rods (85) in a circumferential arrangement mode, the first rotating rods (85) are connected with second gears (86), the second gears (86) are located between the first gears (84) and the inner gear ring (80), and the second gears (86), the first gears (84) and the inner gear ring (80) form a planetary gear set.
