本发明属于桑树病害防治技术领域,具体涉及一种防治桑树白粉病的组合物。一种防治桑树白粉病的组合物,所述组合物由氯醇和小檗碱复配而成,所述氯醇由氯氟醚菌唑和粉唑醇复配而成。本发明的氯氟醚菌唑、粉唑醇和小檗碱三者按一定质量比进行复配时对桑白粉菌(Erysiphe mori)表现为增效作用,可以提高对桑树白粉病的防治效果,有利于降低化学药剂的施用剂量,降低农药残留,从而为桑蚕的正常生长以及蚕茧的质量和产量提供保证。

技术领域
本发明属于桑树病害防治技术领域,具体涉及一种防治桑树白粉病的组合物。
背景技术
桑蚕又称家蚕,或习称蚕。一种具有很高经济价值的吐丝昆虫。以桑叶为食料,茧可缫丝,丝是珍贵的纺织原料,主要用于织绸,是优良的纺织原料,在军工、交电等方面也有广泛用途,蚕的蛹、蛾和蚕粪也可以综合利用,是多种化工和医药工业的原料,也可以作植物的养料。桑树的病虫害对养蚕生产有一定影响:桑树病虫害会降低桑叶质量和产量。用病叶饲蚕,由于叶质劣,营养价值差,且食下量减少,以致蚕体虚弱,易诱发蚕病,导致蚕茧质量和茧质下降。桑树病虫害发生的种类多,桑树白粉病就是其中的一种。
桑白粉菌(Erysiphe mori)侵染桑树叶片可引起桑树白粉病,桑白粉菌属子囊菌亚门白粉菌目白粉菌科钩丝壳属真菌。桑树白粉病主要为害桑叶,受害桑叶因养分消耗,影响桑叶品质,营养价值差,食用受其侵染的叶片容易诱发蚕体弱多病,茧层量、茧层率和蚕茧量下降。化学药剂是防治桑树白粉病的常用方法,但随着病原菌抗药性的产生,使得很多化学药剂的防治效果降低,想要提高防治效果,一般都会选择加大化学药剂的施用剂量,但这样会增加桑叶中的农药残留,桑蚕食用后会对其生长造成影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防治桑树白粉病的组合物,其可以提高对桑树白粉病的防治效果,有利于降低化学药剂的施用剂量,为桑蚕的正常生长提供保证。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种防治桑树白粉病的组合物,所述组合物由氯醇和小檗碱复配而成,所述氯醇由氯氟醚菌唑和粉唑醇复配而成。
作为优选,所述氯氟醚菌唑和粉唑醇的质量比为1-80:10-1。
作为优选,所述氯氟醚菌唑和粉唑醇的质量比为3:1。
作为优选,所述氯醇和小檗碱的质量比为1-7:9-1。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的氯氟醚菌唑、粉唑醇和小檗碱三者按一定质量比进行复配时对桑白粉菌(Erysiphe mori)表现为增效作用,可以提高对桑树白粉病的防治效果,有利于降低化学药剂的施用剂量,降低农药残留,从而为桑蚕的正常生长以及蚕茧的质量和产量提供保证。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
实施例:复配药剂筛选
1.供试菌株:采摘受病原菌侵染的桑叶,在实验室内经分离、纯化和鉴定,确定为桑白粉菌(Erysiphe mori),在PDA培养基上进行扩繁。
2.供试药剂:97%氯氟醚菌唑、95%粉唑醇和98%小檗碱,以上药剂均来自来宾市农业科学院。
3.制备含药平板:将供试药剂先用溶剂溶解,再用0.1%吐温-80水溶液稀释分别配制单剂母液,设置多组配比,各单剂及每组配比混剂均按等比方法设置5个梯度质量浓度。将预先融化的PDA培养基9mL加入无菌锥形瓶中,从低浓度到高浓度依次定量吸取药液1mL,分别加入上述锥形瓶中,充分摇均。然后等量倒入4个直径为9cm的培养皿中,制成含药平板,同时设只含0.1%吐温-80水溶液的空白对照处理,每个处理4重复。
4.接种培养:用直径为5mm的灭菌打孔器在扩繁后的桑白粉菌菌落边缘打孔,制成直径为5mm的菌饼;用接种器将菌饼接种于含药平板中央,菌丝面朝上,盖上皿盖后置于25℃的培养箱中培养。待空白对照中的菌落快长满时,采用十字交叉法分别测量桑白粉菌菌落直径,计算不同处理对菌丝生长的抑制率。
5.数据分析:采用DPS软件进行数据统计分析,以杀菌剂浓度的对数值为x,对应的菌丝生长抑制率的几率值为y进行线性回归,得出毒力回归方程及药剂对靶标病菌的毒力EC50值,并根据Wadley法计算混剂的增效系数(SR)。

X2--混剂EC50实测值,单位mg/L。
6.药剂评价:SR<0.5为拮抗作用;0.5≤SR≤1.5为相加作用;SR>1.5为增效作用。结果见表1-4。

从表1-2可以看出,氯氟醚菌唑和粉唑醇复配对桑白粉菌的EC50值在0.7404-10.1443mg/L之间,复配配比的增效系数均大于1.5,均表现为增效作用。其中,氯氟醚菌唑和粉唑醇按照质量3:1复配时增效系数SR值最大,为6.0408。可见,在1-7:9-1质量范围内,氯氟醚菌唑和粉唑醇复配对桑白粉菌表现为增效作用,且最佳配比为3:1。

注:表3-4中,氯醇由氯氟醚菌唑和粉唑醇按质量比3:1组成。
从表3-4可以看出,氯醇和小檗碱单剂及复配剂对桑白粉菌的EC50值在0.1481-14.1367mg/L之间,复配配比的增效系数均大于1.5,均表现为增效作用,说明在1-80:10-1质量范围内,氯醇和小檗碱复配对桑白粉菌表现为增效作用。
综上所述,本发明的氯氟醚菌唑、粉唑醇和小檗碱三者按一定质量比进行复配时对桑白粉菌(Erysiphe mori)表现为增效作用,可以提高对桑树白粉病的防治效果,有利于降低化学药剂的施用剂量,降低农药残留,从而为蚕桑的正常生长以及蚕茧的质量和产量提供保证。

1.一种防治桑树白粉病的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物由氯醇和小檗碱复配而成,所述氯醇由氯氟醚菌唑和粉唑醇复配而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防治桑树白粉病的组合物,其特征在于,所述氯氟醚菌唑和粉唑醇的质量比为1-80:10-1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防治桑树白粉病的组合物,其特征在于,所述氯氟醚菌唑和粉唑醇的质量比为3:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防治桑树白粉病的组合物,其特征在于,所述氯醇和小檗碱的质量比为1-7:9-1。
