接地夹1设置用于将每一个线缆、优选同轴电缆分别容纳在线缆固定区域30、32中。第一或第二线缆固定区域30、32分别沿平板10的第一或第二横向边缘16、18延伸。卷曲区域38a、38b、38c或38d(参见图2)在横向Y上布置在线缆固定区域30、32的每个端部处。为了在接地夹1处固定线缆,线缆在第一线缆固定区域30或第二线缆固定区域32中对齐。在此,第一或第二线缆引导部34、36简化了线缆的布置。卷曲区域38a、38b、38c、38d还具有用于相应的第一或第二线缆固定区域30、32的线缆引导部34、36(参见图3)的U形或V形的渐缩部。渐缩部在每个卷曲区域38a、38b、38c、38d中通过至少两个相对置的卷曲夹片37来形成。卷曲夹片37的长度优选与线缆厚度匹配。至少一个待固定的线缆越厚,则相应的卷曲夹片37构造越长。为了固定线缆,两个卷曲区域38a、38b或38c、38d的卷曲夹片37向线缆中间弯曲,并且利用卷曲夹片37压接线缆。优选地,卷曲区域38a、38b、38c、38d具有结构化的表面,以便在压接时达到更好的、尤其更持久的固定。线缆通过压接固定地与接地夹1连接。压接的卷曲夹片37还能够具有与线缆的接地线的直接接触。优选地,为了直接接触,线缆的接地线在卷曲区域38a、38b或38c、38d中去除绝缘皮。直接接触导致线缆的接电线和接地夹1的电连接。
此外,接地夹1能够经由固定构件110(如螺钉或螺栓,他们能够通过平板10上的开口20被引导)被固定在单独的物体或表面100处(参见图5)。在此,固定构件110(如接地夹1)优选是导电的并且尤其由金属制成。在接地夹1处固定的线缆、尤其是线缆的接地线与固定在接地夹1上的表面100之间的电连接能够通过构件的导电性建立。
此外,接地夹1的示出的实施方式在第二纵向边缘14处具有连接片40,连接片在横向Y上从平板10向外延伸。在替代的实施方式中,连接片40能够从第一纵向边缘12向外延伸。连接片40与平板10构造为一件式的。连接片40具有凹槽42,凹槽在横向Y上沿连接片40延伸。
优选地,凹槽42通过机械方法(如冲压和/或压印)被引入连接片40中。所述的或类似的方法能够实现接地夹1的简单且廉价的制造。凹槽42尤其是变形而不是材料的留空部。因为材料的留空部尤其通过侵蚀和/或开口导致稳定性降低。
在一个实施方式中,凹槽42在朝向平板10的底侧U的方向Z上具有等于或小于1.4mm的深度T1(参见图4)。优选地,凹槽42具有椭圆形、碗形的形状,以便避免尖锐的边缘。尖锐的边缘在安装时形成损伤危险。在另一个实施方式中,如图1和图2所示,代替具有长度L2的凹槽42,还能够沿连接片40、优选在长度L2上布置多个更小的凹槽,以便提高连接片40的稳定性。在一个替代的实施方式中,凹槽42能够比长度L2短,只要连接片40保持稳定以防止扭转和/或变形。
连接片40在其背离平板10的一侧处具有自由的端部43。自由的端部43形成连接片40的边缘,夹片44连接在该边缘处。夹片44朝平板10的底侧U的方向Z延伸深度T2、优选垂直(参见图4)。优选地,通过连接片40的弯曲在连接片的自由的端部43处形成夹片44。夹片44尤其被构造为与连接片40和平板10是一体式的。
此外,由本发明已知,连接片40的刚性在凹槽42具有较大的长度L2和/或较大的深度T1时提高。在一个替代的实施方式中,凹槽42围绕自由的端部43继续延伸到夹片44上。在该替代的实施方式中,除了连接片40以外,夹片44也具有凹槽42。夹片44上的凹槽42提高了夹片44的稳定性,尤其防止扭转和/或变形。
图2示出接地夹1的第一实施方式的俯视图。接地夹1被构造为关于镜像轴线S对称。镜像轴线S穿过开口20的中心点并且平行于两个横向边缘16、18伸展。通过对称的构造,两个线缆固定区域30、32相互以一距离平行伸展,该距离对应第一或第二纵向边缘12、14的长度。如果作用在线缆处的拉力和/或每个线缆与开口20之间的距离不同,通过接地夹1的对称的构造平衡或防止能够出现的转矩。
图2还示出相对置的卷曲夹片37的偏移。该偏移改进压接时的结果,并且加强线缆在接地夹1处的固定。留空区39a、39b、39c、39d尤其改进在相应的卷曲区域38a、38b、38c、38d中压接的结果,因为能够在压接过程中实现材料的流动。
开口20具有直径D。直径D与待使用的固定构件110匹配,并且优选最后径向容纳固定构件110。较大的直径D能够实现较厚的固定构件110的导入,较厚的固定构件在相同的情况下更稳定。直径D还具有连接片40的宽度B的6/10、优选7/10、更优选8/10。在一个优选的实施方式中,直径D是7.2mm并且连接片宽度B是9mm。如果开口20以刚刚所述的尺寸对称地布置在连接片40上,则连接片40在开口的两个相对置的区域中分别减小到0.9mm。特别地,在该区域中,连接片40的稳定性强烈降低,并且在出现力或转矩时很可能出现连接片40的变形和/或损害。
连接片40还具有长度L1,连接片40以该长度在横向Y上从第二纵向边缘14突出。优选地,连接片长度L1等于或大于第一和/或第二横向边缘16、18的长度L3。由于连接片长度L1的尺寸,能够很好地在连接片40处抓取接地夹1,这简化了安装。此外,连接片长度L1大于在连接片上的凹槽42的长度L2。
图3示出接地夹1的第一实施方式的侧视图,其中,夹片44能够清晰可见。夹片44在示出的实施方式中具有矩形的、尤其是正方形的形状。夹片44能够在视觉和触觉上容易识别,这在安装接地夹1时是有利的。
在图3中,第一线缆固定区域30和第二线缆固定区域32具有U形或V形的横截面。U形或V形的边由分别至少两个相邻的卷曲夹片37在卷曲区域38a、38b、38c、38d中形成。分别相邻的卷曲夹片37之间的连接件在平板10的高度上以沟槽的形式形成线缆引导部34、36。沟槽简化了线缆布置。线缆引导部34、36以沟槽的形式在每个线缆固定区域30、32中分别彼此连接两个卷曲区域38a、38b或38c、38d(参见图4)。
图5示出接地夹1在安装状态的第一实施方式。在此,接地夹1布置在螺栓或螺纹螺栓110上,并且利用螺母112固定在螺纹螺栓110上。螺纹螺栓110与单独的表面100(如汽车车身)固定连接。在单独的表面100中,布置有与螺纹螺栓间隔开的留空部102。在一实施方式中,留空部102是开口。在另一个实施方式中,留空部102能够是凹槽,以便抗扭地接合夹片44。在安装状态中夹片44抗扭地与留空部102接合。特别地,夹片44以超过其深度T2的1/8、优选超过1/4、更优选超过1/2与留空部接合,以便达到稳定地保持。优选地,留空部102包围夹片44。在一个实施方式中,在夹片44与留空部102之间能够形成间隙,在一个替代的实施方式中,留空部102齐平地包围夹片44。
优选地,接地夹1由轻质材料制成,尤其由轻金属制造。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于在单独的表面(100)处固定和电接触至少两个线缆的接地夹(1),所述接地夹具有:
平板(10),所述平板具有第一纵向边缘(12)和与所述第一纵向边缘(12)相对置的第二纵向边缘(14),以及第一横向边缘(16)和与所述第一横向边缘(16)相对置的第二横向边缘(18),其中,所述第一纵向边缘(12)和所述第二纵向边缘(14)沿所述平板(10)的第一方向(X)延伸,其中,所述第一横向边缘(16)和所述第二横向边缘(18)垂直于所述第一纵向边缘(12)和所述第二纵向边缘(14)沿所述平板(10)的第二方向(Y)延伸;
第一线缆固定区域(30),所述第一线缆固定区域用于在所述平板(10)处固定和电接触第一线缆,其中,所述第一线缆固定区域(30)沿所述第一横向边缘(16)延伸;
第二线缆固定区域(32),所述第二线缆固定区域用于在所述平板(10)处固定和电接触第二线缆,其中,所述第二线缆固定区域(32)沿所述第二横向边缘(18)延伸;
布置在所述第一线缆固定区域(30)与所述第二线缆固定区域(32)之间的、用于导入固定构件(110)的开口(20);
连接片(40),所述连接片从所述第一纵向边缘(12)或所述第二纵向边缘(14)沿所述第二方向(Y)延伸,使得所述连接片(40)平行于所述第一线缆固定区域(30)和/或所述第二线缆固定区域(32)伸展;和

3.根据权利要求2所述的接地夹(1),其中,所述凹槽(42)沿第二方向(Y)在连接片长度(L1)的至少一半、优选连接片长度(L1)的至少3/4并且更优选连接片长度(L1)的至少7/8上延伸。
4.根据前述权利要求1至3中任一项所述的接地夹(1),其中,所述连接片(40)具有矩形的形状。
5.根据权利要求4所述的接地夹(1),其中,所述夹片(44)在所述连接片(40)的总宽度(B)上伸展。
6.根据前述权利要求1至5中任一项所述的接地夹(1),其中,所述夹片(44)的深度(T2)超过连接片长度(L1)的1/8、优选超过连接片长度(L1)的1/4并且更优选超过连接片长度(L1)的1/2。
7.根据前述权利要求1至6中任一项所述的接地夹(1),其中,所述开口(20)是圆形的。
8.根据前述权利要求1至7中任一项所述的接地夹(1),其中,所述开口(20)的直径(D)对应于连接片宽度(B)的6/10、优选7/10、更优选8/10。
