本发明公开了一种中药混合猪饲料及其制备方法,涉及猪饲料技术领域,现有的全价饲料工序繁琐,成本高的问题,所述饲料按重量份计,包括如下组分:玉米40‑60份,小麦2‑8份,大豆4‑10份,麦麸2‑8份,牡蛎粉0.1‑1份,豆粕10‑15份,甘蔗渣0.5‑2份,蛋壳0.5‑2粉,预混料0.5‑4份,发酵中药组合物2‑10份,发酵中药组合物包括石榴皮,山药,白术,党参,葛根,枸杞,甘草,菌种;中药组合物中诸药合用,标本兼顾,具有抗腹泻,抗炎抗氧化,促生长,提高免疫力的功效;添加了部分发酵饲料发酵中药组合物,既能保证发酵后带来的附加值,又不增加饲料生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及猪饲料技术领域,更具体的是涉及含原料发酵的猪饲料技术领域。
背景技术
生猪,即生活着的猪,属于杂食类动物,哺乳动物,身体肥壮,四肢短小,鼻子口吻较长,生猪肉可食用,皮可制革,性温驯,适应力强,易饲养,繁殖快。仔猪养殖过程中,腹泻病较为普遍,仔猪因肠道内尚未建立稳定的微生态系统,自身抵抗力较低,对外界刺激敏感,易受各种病原微生物的侵袭和各种应激因素的影响。在实际生产中仔猪腹泻率一般在20%~30%,死亡率2%~4%,严重影响养猪经济效益。哺乳仔猪以传染性腹泻较为常见,而保育仔猪以日粮抗原过敏、断奶、饲料突然更换、寒冷、环境应激等非传染性因素引起的腹泻为主。
以前,治疗猪腹泻主要是抗生素和抗菌药,目前饲料正式“禁抗”已经一年多,大家都在积极的寻找代替抗生素的方案。
申请号CN201510891772.3公开了一种抗腹泻中草药发酵型乳仔猪饲料的制备方法,该发明按比例将山楂、黄芪、陈皮、党参、车前草、乌梅、金银花、玉米粉、豆粕与水混合水调浆制成发酵培养基,升温浸泡、灭菌,并降温到38-40℃时接入产酶地衣芽孢杆菌、产酶黑曲霉和凝结乳酸芽孢杆菌,发酵24-108h后,干燥制成抗腹泻中草药发酵型乳仔猪饲料。该饲料富含抗腹泻中草药、小肽和乳酸,具有营养高、易消化、适口性好、抗营养因子含量低、促生长性能好等特点。
上述专利虽然采用中药组合物代替抗生素治疗腹泻,存在的问题有,其一,但属于全价发酵,全发酵饲料能量低,把能量做到需求值成本又高,此外,全价发酵需要后续烘干处理,并且酸性高反而影响适口性,工序繁琐;其二,该专利并没有给出采用如何治疗腹泻的原因。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决上述现有的全价饲料工序繁琐,成本高的问题,本发明提供一种中药混合猪饲料及其制备方法。
本发明为了实现上述目的具体采用以下技术方案:一种中药混合猪饲料,所述饲料按重量份计,包括如下组分:玉米40-60份,小麦2-8份,大豆4-10份,麦麸2-8份,牡蛎粉0.1-1份,豆粕10-15份,甘蔗渣0.5-2份,蛋壳0.5-2粉,预混料0.5-4份,发酵中药组合物2-10份,发酵中药组合物包括石榴皮,山药,白术,党参,葛根,枸杞,甘草,菌种。
本申请的技术方案中:
石榴皮石榴科植物石榴的干燥果皮,味酸、涩,性温,归大肠经,涩肠止泻,止血,驱虫,还具有抗细菌、真菌及病毒的作用,此外还具有提高机体免疫力,抗氧化等多种作用。
山药性味甘平,不腻不燥,健脾补气,既补脾气,又益脾阴,山药不仅能健脾益气,而且略兼涩性而能缓和腹泻,善于治疗脾虚便溏或泄泻之症;含有淀粉酶、多酚氧化酶等物质,有利于脾胃消化吸收功能;山药中的铜离子、结缔组织及钙对畜禽有极大帮助,并具有增强免疫力的作用,还含有丰富的DHEA,是环戊烷多氢菲的一种衍生物,具有抗衰老、增强免疫功能、增强抵御疾病的能力及加速受损组织的修复的作用。
白术性温,味甘、苦。归脾经、胃经。健脾、益气、燥湿利水、止汗、安胎。对胃肠系统有双向调节作用,能抗胃溃疡;此外,还有解痉、保肝、抗菌等药理作用。还具有促进肠胃蠕动、利胆、抗氧化、降血糖、抗凝血、抗菌、扩张血管、抑制心脏、镇静等作用。主要含有挥发油,挥发油中的主要成分为苍术酮。白术中还含有多糖-甘露聚糖AM-3,有免疫增强作用。
党参味甘,性平,归脾、肺经。补中,益气,生津。治脾胃虚弱,气血两亏,体倦无力,食少,口渴,久泻。
葛根味甘、辛,性凉。归肺、胃经。解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻。用于表证发热,项背强痛,麻疹不透,热病口渴,阴虚消渴,热泻热痢,脾虚泄泻。
枸杞味甘,性平,滋肾,润肺,补肝,明目。治肝肾阴亏,腰膝酸软,头晕,目眩,目昏多泪,虚劳咳嗽,消渴。
甘草味甘,性平,归心、肺、脾、胃经。具有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药之功效。常用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
本申请的技术方案中,山药和石榴皮,用于涩肠止泻,相须相使,共同增效,山药扶正补虚,石榴皮又能祛邪,相辅相成,共为君药;党参性平,白术性温,二者共同作用,具有治脾胃虚弱,保肝健脾,能促进肠胃蠕动,促消化,抗氧化,抗菌,增强免疫力之功效,提高抗腹泻能力,共为臣药;葛根解肌退热,透疹,生津止渴,升阳止泻,归肺、胃经,枸杞滋肾,润肺,补肝,明目,助君臣止泻,共为的佐药;甘草具有补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药之功效,为使药,诸药合用,标本兼顾,具有抗腹泻,抗炎抗氧化,促生长,提高免疫力的功效。
对中药组合物进行了发酵,发酵后各中药有效成分尽最大可能溶出,使猪对中药成分的吸收率有了很大程度的提高,此外菌体本身和其代谢产物也都具有一定的替代抗生素的作用,既能保证发酵后带来的附加值,又不增加饲料生产成本,各中药间配伍合理,抗腹泻的同时提高了猪的抗免疫能力,此外菌种为有益菌,可通过改善肠道健康,进一步降低腹泻率。本申请在原料中加入了发酵中药组合物,非全价发酵,本申请添加了部分发酵饲料发酵中药组合物,既能保证发酵后带来的附加值,又不增加饲料生产成本,且仅仅采用了粉碎混合造粒的方法,操作简单。
本申请的技术方案中:
米糠粕是米糠提油后的产品。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本申请中,山药和石榴皮共为君药,党参性平,白术性温,二者共同作用,增强免疫力之功效,提高抗腹泻能力,共为臣药;葛根生津止渴,升阳止泻,枸杞滋肾,润肺,补肝,助君臣止泻,共为的佐药;甘草具有调和诸药之功效,为使药,诸药合用,标本兼顾,具有抗腹泻,抗炎抗氧化,促生长,提高免疫力的功效;
2、发酵后各中药有效成分尽最大可能溶出,使猪对中药成分的吸收率有了很大程度的提高,此外菌体本身和其代谢产物也都具有一定的替代抗生素的作用,既能保证发酵后带来的附加值,又不增加饲料生产成本;
3、在原料中加入了发酵中药组合物,非全价发酵,本申请添加了部分发酵饲料发酵中药组合物,既能保证发酵后带来的附加值,又不增加饲料生产成本,且仅仅采用了粉碎混合造粒的方法,操作简单。

一种中药混合猪饲料,所述饲料按重量份计,包括如下组分:玉米40份,小麦2份,大豆4份,麦麸2份,牡蛎粉0.1份,豆粕10份,甘蔗渣0.5份,蛋壳0.5粉,预混料0.5份,发酵中药组合物2份;发酵中药组合物按重量份计,包括石榴皮20份,山药20份,白术5份,党参5份,葛根3份,枸杞3份,甘草1份,菌种0.1份,水10份,葡萄糖0.5份,菌种包括活菌数为1.5×1010cfu/克枯草芽孢杆菌,活菌数为2.8×109cfu/克的酵母菌,枯草芽孢杆菌与酵母菌的质量比为1:1;预混料包括铜1500mg/kg,铁2000mg/kg,锌20000mg/kg,锰800mg/kg、维生素A120000IU/kg,维生素E=500IU/kg,余量为载体米糠粕;
所述的一种中药混合猪饲料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、按上述重量份,将菌种加入发酵罐,再加入石榴皮,山药,白术,党参,葛根,枸杞,甘草,后加入水和葡萄糖,搅拌均匀,30℃下发酵96小时,得发酵中药组合物;
步骤2、将玉米、小麦、大豆、豆粕、甘蔗渣、蛋壳粉碎,后与麦麸、牡蛎粉、预混料、发酵中药组合物混合均匀后造粒即得。
实施例2
一种中药混合猪饲料,所述饲料按重量份计,包括如下组分:玉米50份,小麦5份,大豆7份,麦麸5份,牡蛎粉0.5份,豆粕12份,甘蔗渣1份,蛋壳1粉,预混料2份,发酵中药组合物6份;发酵中药组合物按重量份计,包括石榴皮35份,山药35份,白术10份,党参10份,葛根5份,枸杞5份,甘草3份,菌种1份,水35份,葡萄糖2份;菌种包括活菌数为1×1011cfu/克枯草芽孢杆菌,活菌数为2×1010cfu/克的酵母菌,枯草芽孢杆菌与酵母菌的质量比为1:3;预混料包括铜2000mg/kg,铁3000mg/kg,锌250000mg/kg,锰1000mg/kg、维生素A 180000IU/kg,维生素E=650IU/kg,余量为载体米糠粕;
所述的一种中药混合猪饲料的制备方法如实施例1所述,其中,步骤1中,35℃下发酵60小时,得发酵中药组合物;
实施例3
一种中药混合猪饲料,所述饲料按重量份计,包括如下组分:玉米40-60份,小麦8份,大豆10份,麦麸8份,牡蛎粉1份,豆粕15份,甘蔗渣2份,蛋壳2粉,预混料4份,发酵中药组合物10份;发酵中药组合物按重量份计,包括石榴皮50份,山药50份,白术15份,党参15份,葛根8份,枸杞8份,甘草5份,菌种3份,水60份,葡萄糖5份;菌种包括活菌数为1×1012cfu/克枯草芽孢杆菌,活菌数为1×1011cfu/克的酵母菌,枯草芽孢杆菌与酵母菌的质量比为1:3;预混料包括铜3000mg/kg,铁4000mg/kg,锌30000mg/kg,锰1200mg/kg、维生素A 240000IU/kg,维生素E=800IU/kg,余量为载体米糠粕;
所述的一种中药混合猪饲料的制备方法如实施例1所述,其中,步骤1中,37℃下发酵48小时,得发酵中药组合物;
实施例4
一种中药混合猪饲料,所述饲料按重量份计,包括如下组分:玉米45份,小麦4份,大豆6份,麦麸4份,牡蛎粉0.4份,豆粕12份,甘蔗渣0.8份,蛋壳0.8粉,预混料1份,发酵中药组合物4份;发酵中药组合物按重量份计,包括石榴皮30份,山药30份,白术8份,党参7份,葛根5份,枸杞5份,甘草2份,菌种0.8份,水20份,葡萄糖2份;菌种包括活菌数为1×1011cfu/克枯草芽孢杆菌,活菌数为2×1010cfu/克的酵母菌,枯草芽孢杆菌与酵母菌的质量比为1:4;预混料包括铜1800mg/kg,铁2800mg/kg,锌22000mg/kg,锰900mg/kg、维生素A 190000IU/kg,维生素E=650IU/kg,余量为载体米糠粕;
所述的一种中药混合猪饲料的制备方法如实施例1所述,其中,步骤1中,33℃下发酵75小时,得发酵中药组合物;

一种中药混合猪饲料,所述饲料按重量份计,包括如下组分:玉米50份,小麦6份,大豆8份,麦麸6份,牡蛎粉0.8份,豆粕13份,甘蔗渣1.6份,蛋壳1.8粉,预混料3.5份,发酵中药组合物8份;发酵中药组合物按重量份计,包括石榴皮40份,山药40份,白术13份,党参12份,葛根7份,枸杞6份,甘草4份,菌种2份,水40份,葡萄糖3份;菌种包括活菌数为1×1010cfu/克枯草芽孢杆菌,活菌数为2×109cfu/克的酵母菌,枯草芽孢杆菌与酵母菌的质量比为1:1;预混料包括铜2500mg/kg,铁3500mg/kg,锌28000mg/kg,锰1000mg/kg、维生素A220000IU/kg,维生素E=700IU/kg,余量为载体米糠粕;
所述的一种中药混合猪饲料的制备方法如实施例1所述,其中,步骤1中,36℃下发酵50小时,得发酵中药组合物。
对比例1
基于实施例2,去掉实施例2中的发酵中药组合物,其余组分及制备方法同实施例2所述。
对比例2
基于实施例2,去掉实施例2中的菌种1份,水35份,葡萄糖2份,即中药组分与实施例2相同,不进行发酵(将中药组合物粉碎后直接混合造粒),其余步骤同实施例2。
实验例
采用单因子试验设计,选则112头25日龄的健康仔猪,随机分到7个处理,每个处理一个圈,每圈16头猪,试验从2021年5月10日至2021年5月27日,共计17天。7个处理分别饲喂实施例1-5及对比例1和对比例2制备的猪饲料。统计初始重量、日增重、日采食量、料肉比、腹泻头数,统计结果见表1所示。

由表1知,实施例1-5制备的猪饲料猪采食后腹泻率为0,而对比例1制备的猪饲料猪采食后腹泻率为12.5%,对比例3制备的猪饲料猪采食后腹泻率25%,且实施例1-5的料肉比低于对比例1和2,同时对比例1的料肉比小于对比例2,说明本申请的发酵中药组合物能显著提高猪的抗免疫能力,使猪生长中不会或少发生腹泻,而对比例1的中药组合物由于没进行发酵,所以消化吸收利用率低,少量猪只发生了腹泻,而对比例2中由于没加中药组合物,猪只的腹泻率较高,说明本申请的猪饲料能显著提高猪的抗腹泻能力,料肉比低,成本低,且饲喂的猪不含抗生素,健康环保。

1.一种中药混合猪饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料按重量份计,包括如下组分:玉米40-60份,小麦2-8份,大豆4-10份,麦麸2-8份,牡蛎粉0.1-1份,豆粕10-15份,甘蔗渣0.5-2份,蛋壳0.5-2粉,预混料0.5-4份,发酵中药组合物2-10份,发酵中药组合物包括石榴皮,山药,白术,党参,葛根,枸杞,甘草,菌种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中药混合猪饲料,其特征在于,所述饲料按重量份计,包括如下组分:玉米50份,小麦5份,大豆7份,麦麸5份,牡蛎粉0.5份,豆粕12份,甘蔗渣1份,蛋壳1粉,预混料2份,发酵中药组合物6份,发酵中药组合物包括石榴皮,山药,白术,党参,葛根,枸杞,甘草,菌种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种中药混合猪饲料,其特征在于,发酵中药组合物,按重量份计,包括石榴皮20-50份,山药20-50份,白术5-15份,党参5-15份,葛根3-8份,枸杞3-8份,甘草1-5份,菌种0.1-3份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种中药混合猪饲料,其特征在于,发酵中药组合物,按重量份计,还包括水10-60份,葡萄糖0.5-5份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种中药混合猪饲料,其特征在于,发酵中药组合物,按重量份计,包括石榴皮35份,山药35份,白术10份,党参10份,葛根5份,枸杞5份,甘草3份,菌种1份,水35份,葡萄糖2份。
6.根据权利要求4或5所述的一种中药混合猪饲料,其特征在于,菌种包括活菌数不低于1×1010cfu/克枯草芽孢杆菌,活菌数不低于2×109cfu/克的酵母菌,枯草芽孢杆菌与酵母菌的质量比为1:1-4。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种中药混合猪饲料,其特征在于,预混料包括铜1500-3000mg/kg,铁2000-4000mg/kg,锌20000-30000mg/kg,锰800-1200mg/kg、维生素A 120000-240000IU/kg,维生素E≥500IU/kg,余量为载体米糠粕。
8.如权利要求1-7任一项所述的一种中药混合猪饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1、按上述重量份,将菌种加入发酵罐,再加入石榴皮,山药,白术,党参,葛根,枸杞,甘草,后加入水和葡萄糖,搅拌均匀,30-37℃下发酵48-96小时,得发酵中药组合物;
步骤2、将玉米、小麦、大豆、豆粕、甘蔗渣、蛋壳粉碎,后与麦麸、牡蛎粉、预混料、发酵中药组合物混合均匀后造粒即得。
