Abstract
一种基于催化转化的气体浓度量化系统及方法,所述系统包括载体气体源(1),质量流量控制器(2),目标气体生成源(3),三通阀(4),催化加热箱(5),以及二氧化碳气体分析仪(6);载体气体源(1)的输出端与质量流量控制器(2)的输入端连接,质量流量控制器(2)的输出端与目标气体生成源(3)的输入端连接,目标气体生成源(3)的输出端与三通阀(4)的入口(41)连接,三通阀(4)的第一出口(42)与二氧化碳气体分析仪(6)连接,三通阀的第二出口(43)与催化加热箱(5)的输入端连接,催化加热箱(5)的输出端与二氧化碳气体分析仪(6)连接。装置便于携带,操作简单可靠,该系统中催化剂催化效率可达99%以上;可以准确定量大部分挥发性有机物的浓度,满足大气化学、大气污染等领域对于不同挥发性有机物的标定需求。
