人们穿着休闲服饰进行户外活动时,由于外界天气的多变,常出现雨、雪等天气,容易导致衣物被雨雪打湿而粘附在人体皮肤表面而造成不适的感觉,现有的防水面料多数采用在制备服饰的面料表面粘覆或涂覆防水材质的聚四氟乙烯层,从而使面料具有一定防水的特点,但在服饰加工过程中,需对面料进行高温定型、裁剪,容易导致面料表面的聚四氟乙烯层出现形变和破损,从而影响面料的防水性能。
因此需要提出一种新的方案来解决这个问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种休闲服饰面料及其制备工艺。

通过疏水层使得面料表面具有良好的疏水性,在雨雪天气下增大面料对雨雪浸湿的难度,并且通过位于亲肤层与疏水层之间的防水透气膜,能提高面料的防水性能,阻碍外界液态的雨雪向亲肤层渗透,保持皮肤的干爽,避免人们由于雨雪天衣物被雨雪浸湿而出现感冒的情况,并且坯布通过浸轧抑菌整理剂和亲肤整理剂得到,能提高面料的抑菌和亲肤效果,提高面料的舒适度,具体采用芦荟、仙人掌以及薰衣草的提取物,使得坯布具有怡人的香味和柔软的质地的同时,采用天然植物的材质,使得面料更加亲肤,并且加添纳米级二氧化钛和十二烷基二甲基氧化胺,使得面料具有良好的抗紫外线能力和抑菌性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1,一种休闲服饰面料,包括坯布,坯布包括疏水层和亲肤层,疏水层和亲肤层之间粘接有防水透气膜,坯布通过浸轧抑菌整理剂和亲肤整理剂得到,其中,疏水层由涤纶纱经经纬编织机以一上一下的方式平纹编织而成,亲肤层由粘胶纱线与莫代尔纱经纬编织而成,防水透气膜通过热压复合工艺连接于疏水层和亲肤层之间,防水透气膜采用TPU材质一体制成。
并且坯布依次浸轧亲肤整理剂和抑菌整理剂中进行浸渍得到该面料,其中,亲肤整理剂按重量百分比含量包括:
亲肤整理剂按重量百分比含量包括:
薰衣草提取物:5%
芦荟提取物或仙人掌提取物:10%
聚丙烯酸钠:0.2%
甘氨酸:15%
丝素:1%
余量为水;
而抑菌整理剂按重量百分比含量包括:
纳米级二氧化钛:7%
十二烷基二甲基氧化胺:1%
聚丙烯酸酯:20%
余量为水。
制备该休闲服饰面料时,首先选取表面无疵点的涤纶布和基布,其中涤纶布采用涤纶纱平纹编织而成,而基布采用富强纤维以及莫代尔纤维制成的粘胶纱线和莫代尔纱经纬编织而成,涤纶布和基布的门幅为160-200cm,涤纶布和基布的重量克重分别为60-80g/m2和90-110g/m2,并选用由聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体制备得到0.015-0.02mm的TPU薄膜,而后将TPU薄膜平铺于涤纶布上后将基布平铺于TPU薄膜上方,通过热压粘合机以滚动热压的方式进行热压复合制得坯布,接着将热压复合后的坯布经115-125℃的温度条件下进行预缩处理,提高面料的门幅的稳定性和防缩水能力,然后将复合后的坯布进行清水漂洗后,根据需求投至漂白缸或染缸内进行染整,使坯布附带指定的颜色,并在染整后对坯布进行烘干。
而后进行亲肤整理剂的一次后整理操作,将亲肤整理剂按照配比倒入至装有清水的扎水桶内,并且在倾倒亲肤整理剂的过程中沿顺时针或逆时针单向搅动清水制得亲肤整理剂和清水均匀混合的扎液,坯布与稀释后的扎液的浴比为1:10,然后将坯布浸置扎液中进行预浸,并按压坯布至完全浸没在扎液中,室温静置30-45min,实现扎液完全浸透坯布,最后将预浸后的坯布通过三辊轧车进而二浸二扎,保证扎余率为60-80%,并以70-85℃热风循环烘干的方式对浸轧后的坯布进行烘干,制得浸轧有亲肤整理剂的半成布。
随后对半成布进行抗菌整理剂的浸轧加工,根据半成布的重量首先对抗菌整理剂进行化料操作:依次将纳米级二氧化钛粉末、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺溶液以及聚丙烯酸酯按比例投至化料桶内,匀速搅拌得到浸液,并采用PH试纸测得浸液的PH值的区间范围为6.0-7.0,并采用电热管对浸液进行加热,使浸液加热至25-30℃,然后将半成布投放至浸液中,浸液完全没过半成布进行浸渍30-50min,并间隔5-10min翻动半成布而搅动浸液,实现半成布充分浸轧抑菌整理剂,而后通过轧车进行一浸一扎,保证扎余率为70-80%,而后通过热风烘干的方式对二次浸轧后的半成布进行烘干,制得浸轧有亲肤整理剂和抑菌整理剂的面料。
最后通过蒸汽量为95-100%的蒸汽定型机以98-102℃汽蒸,且面料经过蒸汽定型机的行进速度为15-25/分钟,且面料的进料和出料的速度容差为0.2m/分钟,面料定幅的门幅为160-200cm。

参照中国国家标准:GB/T12704-91 B7纺织品织物透湿性试验方法,从各个实施例中剪取3个小样(每个尺寸为10cm×10cm,完全覆盖烧杯开口),采用水蒸气透过法测量面料的透汽量。

参照GB/T20944.2-2007纺织织物表面抗菌性测定试验标准,从每个大样中取3个小样(每个尺寸10cm×10cm,剪成2块),按GB/T12490-1990中的试验条件A1 M进行洗涤,采用ECE标准洗涤剂,清洗结束作为10次洗涤。
抗菌活性评估测试方法:将试样与对照样分别用试验菌液接种。分别进行立即洗脱和培养后洗脱,测定洗脱液中的细菌数并计算抑菌值或抑菌率,以此评价试样的抗菌效果。

甘氨酸:15-25%
丝素:1-5%
余量为水;
所述抑菌整理剂按重量百分比含量包括:
纳米级二氧化钛:7-10%
十二烷基二甲基氧化胺:1-3%

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种休闲服饰面料,其特征在于:所述疏水层由涤纶纱以一上一下的方式平纹编织而成,所述亲肤层由粘胶纱线与莫代尔纱经纬编织而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种休闲服饰面料及其制备工艺,其特征在于:所述防水透气膜通过热压复合工艺连接于疏水层和亲肤层之间,所述防水透气膜采用TPU材质一体制成。
4.一种休闲服饰面料的制备工艺,用以制备如权利要求1-3任意一种休闲服饰面料,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
S1,选料,选取表面无疵点的涤纶布和基布,涤纶布和基布的门幅为160-200cm,涤纶布和基布的重量克重分别为60-80g/m2和90-110g/m2,并选用由聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体制备得到0.015-0.02mm的TPU薄膜;
S2,热压复合,将TPU薄膜平铺于涤纶布上后将基布平铺于TPU薄膜上方,通过热压粘合机以滚动热压的方式进行热压复合制得坯布;
S3,预缩,将S2热压复合的坯布在115-125℃下预缩处理;
S4,漂染,将坯布投至清洗机内采用清水进行水洗后,投至漂白缸或染缸内进行染整,并烘干;
S5,一次后整理,将亲肤整理剂通过浸轧的方法施加到染整后的坯布上,并将浸轧有亲肤整理剂的坯布烘干,得到浸轧有亲肤整理剂的半成布;
S6,二次后整理,将半成布通过浸轧的方法浸轧抑菌整理剂后烘干,得到浸轧有抑菌整理剂的面料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种休闲服饰面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:一次后整理的具体步骤如下:
S51,配比扎料,将亲肤整理剂缓慢倒入装有清水的轧车桶内,在倾倒的过程中搅动清水制得亲肤整理剂与清水均匀混合的扎液,且坯布与稀释后的扎液的浴比为1:10;
S52,预浸,将坯布浸置扎液中,按压坯布至完全浸没在扎液中,室温静置30-45min;
S53,浸轧,将预浸后的坯布经三辊轧车进行二浸二扎,扎液率为60-80%,并在70-85℃下烘干制得浸轧有亲肤整理剂的半成布。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种休闲服饰面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:二次后整理的具体步骤如下:
S61,化料,将纳米级二氧化钛粉末、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺溶液以及聚丙烯酸酯按比例投至化料桶内,匀速搅拌得到浸液,浸液的PH值为6.0-7.0;
S62,二次浸轧,将浸液加热至25-30℃,并将半成布投至浸液中,间隔5-10min翻动半成布,浸渍在浸液中30-50min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种休闲服饰面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:还包括:
S7,定幅,将二次后整理得到的面料经蒸汽定型机以98-102℃汽蒸,面料的行进速度为15-25m/分钟,面料定幅的门幅为160-200cm。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种休闲服饰面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述蒸汽定型机的蒸汽量为95-100%,且面料的进料和出料的速度容差为0.2m/分钟。
