本发明公开了一种缝纫机油组合物,该缝纫机油组合物的组分和含量按质量百分比为:烷基化苯基硫代磷酸酯0.15‑0.3wt%、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯0.05‑0.1wt%、离子液体0.1‑0.2wt%、食品级抗氧剂0.2‑0.3wt%、受阻胺类光稳定剂0.05‑0.1wt%、防锈剂0.02‑0.04wt%、抗泡剂0.02‑0.05wt%、破乳剂0.01‑0.03wt%、矿物基础油余量。本发明采用双抗磨体系、食品级抗氧剂、胆碱硫辛酸离子液体及光稳定剂等添加剂复配,油品具有良好的光稳定性和抗磨性能、优异的抗氧性能,油品绿色环保,同时具有优异的防锈性、破乳性等,能满足高速缝纫机设备的润滑需求。

背景技术
缝纫机的工作原理为针杆做上下往复运动,皮带传递带动机针引导缝线通过布料或皮料,完成缝纫过程。缝纫机油需要有效地保护轴承,齿轮,凸轮及蜗轮蜗杆等传动部件,同时要求具有优异的氧化安定性可减少或避免油泥的产生;油泥黏度适宜;具有更强的光照颜色稳定性,不会污染的织物变色;无色、无味,不腐蚀纤维纺织物等等。
缝纫机油为无色半透明油状液体,无臭、无味,对光、热、酸等稳定性好,所用润滑油添加剂尽量为食品级或无毒性。专利CN106635286A公开了一种缝纫机油,主要是提升缝纫机油润滑性和抗氧化性能;专利CN106635282A公开了高抗磨型缝纫机油组合物,主要解决了高速缝纫机设备的轴承、凸轮和涡轮蜗杆部件高速运动下的磨损问题。
上述专利文献中均未涉及缝纫机中离子液体类添加剂组合物中的应用,针对目前健康安全环保要求未考虑抗氧剂毒性等问题,同时缝纫机油相关专利及报道较少。

本发明的目的在于提供一种缝纫机油组合物,该缝纫机油组合物颜色保持性好、具有优异的抗磨和抗氧化性能、绿色环保等特点,满足目前的各类缝纫机润滑系统工作要求。

本发明的防锈剂优选为中性二壬基萘磺酸钡、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡的一种或两种按任意比例的复配,通过在金属表面形成吸附性保护膜,进而抑制水和氧的接触,同时二壬基萘磺酸钡防锈剂与抗磨剂、抗氧剂和离子液压有很好的配伍性。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有以下优点:
本发明的缝纫机油组合物采用双抗磨体系、食品级抗氧剂、胆碱硫辛酸离子液体及光稳定剂等添加剂复配,油品具有良好的光稳定性,优异的抗磨性能、抗氧性能好,油品绿色环保,同时具有优异的防锈性、破乳性等,能满足高速缝纫机设备的润滑需求。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施例作详细说明:本实施例在以本发明技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例,下列实施例中未注明具体条件的实验方法,通常按照常规条件。
抗磨剂:
在本发明中,缝纫机油组合物为双抗磨复配体系,T309衍生物为主抗磨剂(纯度:95%以上),提供抗磨性能,二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯(纯度:95%以上)提供极压抗磨保护,保护设备润滑系统,尤其是高速工况下的设备润滑。
抗氧剂:
在本发明中,食品级抗氧剂叔丁基对苯二酚纯度99%以上即可满足要求。
离子液体:
在本发明中,离子液体为胆碱硫辛酸离子液体,具有光稳定性、金属钝化、抗磨性特性,良好的配伍性。
光稳定剂
在本发明中,光稳定剂为受阻胺类TH-944,挥发度小于1%,纯度99%以上即可满足要求。
防锈剂:
在本发明中,对防锈剂并无特别限定,通常防锈剂可列举为中性二壬基萘磺酸钡、碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡的一种或两种按任意比例的复配。
抗泡剂:
在本发明中,对抗泡剂并无特别限定,为T902。
破乳剂:
在本发明中,对破乳剂优并无特别限定,破乳剂为聚醚类高分子化合物。
矿物基础油:
在本发明中,对矿物基础油并无特别限定,为惰性中性油,根据缝纫机黏度需求,进行基础油选择,HVI P2、W1-100等均满足要求。

本实施例的缝纫机油组合物的组分及含量如下表所示:
以实施例1为例进行油品性能测试,测试结果如下表:
有上表结果可以看出,本发明的缝纫机油组合物在双抗磨体系、食品级抗氧剂、胆碱硫辛酸离子液体及光稳定剂等添加剂复配下,具有优异的抗氧性、抗磨性、防锈性、破乳性和过滤性等,自然光下室温储存3个月未变色,能满足高速缝纫机设备的润滑需求。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求书所界定的保护范围。
Claims (9)
2.根据权利要求1所述的缝纫机油组合物,其特征在于,所述烷基化苯基硫代磷酸酯为T309衍生物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的缝纫机油组合物,其特征在于,所述烷基化苯基硫代磷酸酯:二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸酯=3:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的缝纫机油组合物,其特征在于,所述食品级抗氧剂为叔丁基对苯二酚TBHQ。
5.根据权利要求1所述的缝纫机油组合物,其特征在于,所述受阻胺类光稳定剂为TH-944。
6.根据权利要求1所述的缝纫机油组合物,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为中性二壬基萘磺酸钡和碱性二壬基萘磺酸钡中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的缝纫机油组合物,其特征在于,所述抗泡剂为甲基硅油。
8.根据权利要求1所述的缝纫机油组合物,其特征在于,所述破乳剂为聚醚类高分子化合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的缝纫机油组合物,其特征在于,所述矿物基础油为HVI H2、HVIP2、W1-100和W1-110中的至少一种。
