Claims (6)
1. A method for alerting personnel within a plant, the plant's work area comprising: the safety buffer area is arranged at the periphery of the dangerous area; the safety buffer area is separated from the dangerous area by an inner warning line; the working area is provided with a warning system; the method comprises the following steps:
the warning system detects the position information of the staff;
when the warning system detects that the staff is in a safe buffer area and the distance between the staff and the inner warning line is smaller than a preset first threshold value, a touch warning signal is generated; the haptic alert signal includes: magnetic adsorption signals;
the warning system outputs the touch warning signal so as to send warning information to the staff;
the warning system comprises: the magnetic force adsorption warning device is worn on the body of the staff;
the magnetic adsorption warning device specifically comprises: magnetic force adsorption safety shoes;
the magnetic force adsorption safety shoe outputs the magnetic force adsorption signal so as to prevent the staff from entering the dangerous area.
2. The warning method of claim 1, wherein the magnetically attractable safety shoe outputs the magnetically attractable signal to prevent the worker from entering the hazardous area, comprising:
if the distance between the staff and the inner warning line is smaller, the magnetic force adsorption signal output by the magnetic force adsorption safety shoe is stronger.
3. The warning method of claim 1 or 2 wherein the haptic warning signal further comprises: a vibration signal or a weak current signal; the warning system further comprises: a wearable vest; the warning system outputs the touch warning signal to send warning information to the staff, and specifically comprises:
the wearable vest outputs the vibration signal or the weak current signal to send out warning information to the staff.
4. The warning method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the ground of the safety buffer area is a magnetic wire or a metal wire.
5. The warning method according to claim 1 or 2 wherein the working area further comprises: set up in the peripheral outer guard line of safe buffer area, warning system still includes: a passive warning device; when the distance between the staff and the external warning line is smaller than a preset second threshold value, the passive warning device also generates a passive warning signal and outputs the passive warning signal; the passive warning signal includes: sound signals or image signals.
6. The warning method of claim 5 wherein when the warning system includes the magnetically attracted warning device, the inner warning line and the outer warning line are metal wires or magnetic wires.
