已安装大口径PCCP高压输水管道打压漏水处理方法是一种PCCP输水管道打压漏水处理方法,本发明提供了一种可以不拆除PCCP管道的处理管缝漏水的方法,速度较快,费用较低,易实施,尤其是在已安装的较长管段中间存在漏水情况时处理费用明显减少。其所采用的技术方案是:先对管道承插口间缝隙部分进行封堵处理,封堵所采用的柔性混合材料包括水泥、膨胀剂、氢氧化钠、水、801胶、速凝剂6种材料,他们按质量进行配比:水泥(P.O42.5)∶膨胀剂∶氢氧化钠(溶于水中)∶水∶801胶∶速凝剂=155∶21∶1∶70∶9.25∶适量,添加顺序按以上排列的先后顺序进行添加,实际实施时根据处理缝量的长短及条数按比例拌和混合料。再采用水溶性聚氨酯堵漏剂封堵密封圈内孔隙、缝隙。

本发明是一种已安装大口径PCCP高压输水管道打压漏水处理方法。
背景技术
目前在大口径PCCP高压输水管道安装施工过程中,由于各种难以预料的原因,如土料不均匀沉降、已安装完成的管道未能及时回填遇大雨时发生漂管等原因造成已安装的PCCP管道打压漏水,不符合设计要求。如果管道打压漏水段两侧有较长的已安装成品段采用拆除重安成本较大,对工期影响也较大,且对已安装的管道也会造成损坏。
发明内容
为了减少已安装大口径PCCP高压输水管道打压漏水处理拆除重装所耗费的较大成本和对工期造成较大的影响,本发明提供了一种采用柔性混合材料对管道承插口间缝隙部分进行封堵处理,采用高压注浆机通过压浆孔将聚氨酯材料压至两密封橡胶圈中,封堵密封圈内孔隙、缝隙,通过对两部位的封堵达到止水堵漏的目的。

图中:1管道插口、2管道承口、3密封胶、4闭孔泡沫板、5橡胶圈、6打压孔、7管内、8管外、9采用微膨胀水泥法对内缝处理新形成的一层止水、10采用灌浆法压入聚氨酯材料对橡胶圈进行密封修复。
具体实施方式
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是如下:
参照图1,管道承插口间缝隙部分封堵处理
对管道承插口间缝隙部分9进行封堵处理所采用的柔性混合材料包括水泥、膨胀剂、氢氧化钠、水、801胶、速凝剂6种材料,他们按质量进行配比:水泥(P.O42.5)∶膨胀剂∶氢氧化钠(溶于水中)∶水∶801胶∶速凝剂=155∶21∶1∶70∶9.25∶适量,添加顺序按以上排列的先后顺序进行添加。3m内径的PCCP管道1条缝的配置掺量为:水泥(P.O42.5)∶膨胀剂∶氢氧化钠(溶于水中)∶水∶801胶∶速凝剂=62kg∶8.4kg∶0.4kg∶28kg∶3.7kg∶适量,实际实施时根据处理缝量的长短及条数按比例拌和混合料。
按照配和比要求采购原材料,配置电子天平(最大称量为15Kg)、灰斗、皮手套、批灰刀等所需的设备,按照配合比进行配料拌合,一次一灰斗,随拌随用,保证拌合料符合要求。人工用批灰刀将拌合料放入缝内,用木锤、捣棍按压密实,检查处理后的表面有无缺陷,如有及时处理,采用薄膜覆盖养护,保证处理后表的面处于湿润状态。

所用材料为水溶性聚氨酯堵漏剂,其各项技术指标:

灌浆设备采用电动高压注浆机,处理施工工艺如下:
打开管缝的上下打压孔6,将打压孔6内及周边清理干净,将高压注浆机枪头与打压孔连接(枪头与打压孔型号如不匹配,采用机床加工特定的连接设备),将灌浆材料倒入高压注浆机,注浆压力控制在0-0.5Mpa,称量灌浆材料使用前重量,以便计算出注入管缝内灌浆材料的体积,确定管缝是否灌满。
注浆开始后,下打压孔先是水流出,然后灌浆材料流出,待灌浆材料流出后,及时封闭下打压孔。继续注浆,直至压力升高,浆液不再进入,注浆结束,将高压注浆机枪头取掉,对上打压孔进行堵塞。将高压注浆机内剩余灌浆材料注入灌浆材料桶内,称重以判定管缝内灌浆材料是否注满。用细料对高压注浆机进行清洗,严禁用水对高压注浆机进行清洗。
本发明的有益效果是,不需要对已安装的PCCP管道拆除重装,处理管缝漏水速度较快,费用较低,易实施,尤其是在已安装的较长管段中间存在漏水情况时处理费用减少更明显。

1.对管道承插口间缝隙部分进行封堵处理,封堵所采用的柔性混合材料包括水泥、膨胀剂、氢氧化钠、水、801胶、速凝剂6种材料,他们按质量进行配比:水泥(P.O42.5)∶膨胀剂∶氢氧化钠(溶于水中)∶水∶801胶∶速凝剂=155∶21∶1∶70∶9.25∶适量,添加顺序按以上排列的先后顺序进行添加。
2.采用水溶性聚氨酯堵漏剂封堵密封圈内孔隙、缝隙。
