本发明公开了一种滚动式细胞培养仪,包括:细胞培养瓶,贯穿设置于细胞培养瓶并带动细胞培养瓶旋转的旋转轴组件,连接于细胞培养瓶的试剂输送管,连接于试剂输送管的多向水泵,连接于多向水泵的连接管,设置于连接管上的试剂管,设置于试剂管与连接管之间的连接阀,连接于多向水泵的收集管道;本发明能够实现自动加液,清洗,消毒,分离细胞一系列操作,提高工作效率,减少人工。

技术领域
本发明涉及细胞培养设备领域,特别是一种滚动式细胞培养仪。
背景技术
动物细胞培养就是从动物机体中取出相关的组织,将它分散成单个细胞(使用胰蛋白酶或胶原蛋白酶)然后,放在适宜的培养基中,让这些细胞生长和增殖。
动物细胞一般会贴附在培养瓶上,所以在实际生产中,筒形的细胞培养滚瓶用来扩增贴壁或悬浮生长的细胞,有许多优势。采用滚瓶培养的好处是成本低,技术成熟,操作简便。生产上根据需要增大滚瓶数量,增加细胞的培养量。
但是市场上的滚瓶仅仅是增大内壁的面积,无法实现自动化的添加试剂,细胞分离,清洗瓶子等操作,费时费力,市场需要一种能够实现自动化生产的滚动式细胞培养仪。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种滚动式细胞培养仪,能够实现自动加液,清洗,消毒,分离细胞一系列操作,提高工作效率,减少人工。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
滚动式细胞培养仪,包括:细胞培养瓶,贯穿设置于细胞培养瓶并带动细胞培养瓶旋转的旋转轴组件,连接于细胞培养瓶的试剂输送管,连接于试剂输送管的多向水泵,连接于多向水泵的连接管,设置于连接管上的试剂管,设置于试剂管与连接管之间的连接阀,连接于多向水泵的收集管道。
前述的滚动式细胞培养仪,旋转轴组件包括:旋转轴,带动旋转轴旋转的旋转电机,套于旋转轴外并固定于细胞培养瓶中空部的固定圈。
前述的滚动式细胞培养仪,细胞培养瓶在连接试剂输送管的位置设置有连接口,连接口上封有细胞过滤膜。
前述的滚动式细胞培养仪,连接口上设置有密封盖。
前述的滚动式细胞培养仪,细胞过滤膜为中空纤维细胞培养膜。
前述的滚动式细胞培养仪,连接阀为电子流量阀。
前述的滚动式细胞培养仪,还包括:连接于收集管道的收集瓶。
前述的滚动式细胞培养仪,还包括:设置于细胞培养瓶外的紫外杀菌灯。
前述的滚动式细胞培养仪,还包括:设置于细胞培养瓶外的温控装置。
前述的滚动式细胞培养仪,温控装置组成有:围绕于细胞培养瓶外设置的加热片,设置于加热片与细胞培养瓶之间的传热片,包裹加热片、细胞培养瓶外的外壳,设置于加热片与外壳之间的保温片。
本发明的有益之处在于:
本发明通过创造性的将细胞培养瓶与旋转轴组件连接实现自动且精准的旋转,使得细胞能够均匀的接触培养液,且分布均匀,方便细胞分离;
本发明通过在细胞培养瓶外包裹设计的温控装置和紫外杀菌灯,实现精准温控和杀菌的效果;
本发明通过多向水泵和连接阀的设计实现精准控制加液,清洗和分离细胞等一系列操作,提高工作效率,减少人工。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
滚动式细胞培养仪,包括:细胞培养瓶1,贯穿设置于细胞培养瓶1并带动细胞培养瓶1旋转的旋转轴组件,连接于细胞培养瓶1的试剂输送管4,连接于试剂输送管4的多向水泵5,连接于多向水泵5的连接管6,设置于连接管6上的试剂管7,设置于试剂管7与连接管6之间的连接阀8,连接于多向水泵5的收集管道9。作为一种优选,多向水泵5为三向水泵;连接阀8为电子流量阀。
旋转轴组件包括:旋转轴2,带动旋转轴2旋转的旋转电机,套于旋转轴2外并固定于细胞培养瓶1中空部的固定圈3。作为一种优选,细胞培养瓶1为一体成型的有中空部的圆柱形培养瓶。旋转轴2上设置有卡接于固定圈3的卡接凸起,卡接固定于细胞培养瓶1的中空部,两侧通过旋转螺栓固定。通过控制器控制旋转电机的旋转速度和圈数实现精确控制。
细胞培养瓶1在连接试剂输送管4的位置设置有连接口,连接口上封有细胞过滤膜,作为一种优选,细胞过滤膜为中空纤维细胞培养膜,能够过滤掉细胞,在清洗时,避免细胞也被吸入收集管道9。
如图1所示,连接口上设置有密封盖10,在处于未联通状态时,用密封盖10将连接口封闭起来,密封盖10上设置有气管密封盖101,可以联通气管,控制培养瓶内的气体环境。
试剂管7、连接阀8至少为一个;试剂管7和连接阀8的个数可以根据实际的需要进行设计,数量不受限制。
收集管道9下可以设置收集瓶或其他收集废液或细胞的容器。
细胞培养瓶1外包围了一圈紫外杀菌灯11,在需要对培养瓶或对试剂进行杀菌消毒的时候可以打开。
细胞培养瓶1外设置有温控装置;温控装置组成有:围绕于细胞培养瓶1外设置的加热片12,设置于加热片12与细胞培养瓶1之间的传热片13,包裹加热片12、细胞培养瓶1外的外壳14,设置于加热片12与外壳14之间的保温片15。加热片12的温度设计可以根据实际需要进行设计,可以设计成杀菌温度,也可以设计成环境温度;这里加热片12和加热片12控制器的选择根据实际培养的需要进行设计,不受限制。
使用方法:
如图2,将试剂输送管连接于细胞培养瓶1上的连接口,将清洗试剂加入试剂管7,开启电子流量阀,按照设定量释放,清洗完成培养瓶;
开启加热片12的灭菌温度和紫外线灯完成灭菌后,将加热片12恢复到细胞培养温度;
释放另一个试剂管7内的细胞分离液,加入另一个试剂管7内的培养基;
打开三向水泵,将细胞培养瓶1内的试剂抽出,并由废料收集瓶收集,重复操作;
加入另一个试剂管7内的培养基,继续培养,如图1所示,培养过程中可以打开气管密封盖101,连接气管,控制培养瓶内的气体环境,重复以上操作,直到培养完成;
取出中空纤维细胞培养膜,打开三向水泵,调节吸力,将细胞抽出,用细胞收集瓶收集。
本发明能够实现自动加液,清洗,消毒,分离细胞一系列操作,提高工作效率,减少人工。

1.滚动式细胞培养仪,其特征在于,包括:细胞培养瓶,贯穿设置于细胞培养瓶并带动细胞培养瓶旋转的旋转轴组件,连接于细胞培养瓶的试剂输送管,连接于试剂输送管的多向水泵,连接于多向水泵的连接管,设置于连接管上的试剂管,设置于试剂管与连接管之间的连接阀,连接于多向水泵的收集管道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滚动式细胞培养仪,其特征在于,所述旋转轴组件包括:旋转轴,带动旋转轴旋转的旋转电机,套于旋转轴外并固定于细胞培养瓶中空部的固定圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滚动式细胞培养仪,其特征在于,所述细胞培养瓶在连接试剂输送管的位置设置有连接口,连接口上封有细胞过滤膜。
4.根据权利要求3所述的滚动式细胞培养仪,其特征在于,所述连接口上设置有密封盖。
5.根据权利要求3所述的滚动式细胞培养仪,其特征在于,所述细胞过滤膜为中空纤维细胞培养膜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的滚动式细胞培养仪,其特征在于,所述连接阀为电子流量阀。
7.根据权利要求1所述的滚动式细胞培养仪,其特征在于,还包括:连接于收集管道的收集瓶。
