Abstract
本发明公开了一种鼠李糖脂厨房重油污清洗剂及其制备方法,具体涉及一种厨房重油污清洗剂,所述的清洗剂质量份组成包括:鼠李糖脂0.5‑8份,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5‑3份,pH调节剂0.1‑3份,生物酶0.001‑0.05份,烷基糖苷0.6‑9份,乳酸链菌素0.2‑5份,脱色剂1‑9份,氯化钠0.5‑3份,去离子水50‑70份。本发明得到的产品针对于厨房重油污的清洗,具有去污力强,清洗条件温和,安全无毒不致敏、可生物降解等优点,同时本发明清洗剂克服了常见酸性或碱性清洗剂易腐蚀基材表面,导致家具寿命缩短的缺陷,具有防腐防锈的特性,对基材表面无损伤。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂及鼠李糖脂的应用领域,尤其涉及一种鼠李糖脂厨房重油污清洗剂及其制备。
背景技术
厨房重油污是长期积累在设备表面的网状污垢,主要成分为动植物油脂,灰尘,煤气垢,淀粉糊化及变性的蛋白质等黏附物,这些成分长时间黏附的厨具表面,经长时间氧化后,一般较难去除,目前市场上用于厨房重油污清洗的清洗剂大多都通过增加强碱性化学成分来提高去污效果,但强碱性成分具有刺激性的特点,与皮肤接触会刺激皮肤,甚至对于一些敏感肌肤个体容易致敏,同时强碱性条件下还会损伤基材表面,缩短家具家电的使用寿命。甚至也有去污笔被用来去除厨房重油污,但去污笔一般含有固体硬颗粒,会在设备表面形成划痕。而工业上使用的清洗剂则大多为强酸性,虽然也可以实现较强的去污效果,但同样会对设备造成腐蚀,易污染食品,存在造成食品安全隐患。厨房是食品加工的重要场所,厨房清洁产品需要无毒安全,对皮肤尽可能温和,因此一款去污能力强,绿色环保且防腐蚀防锈的适用于厨房重油污清洗的清洗剂是目前市场上所需要的,且亟待解决的问题。
鼠李糖脂是一种细菌经发酵产生的阴离子生物表面活性剂,由鼠李糖通过1,4糖苷键结合β-羟基脂肪酸构成,因其具有增溶、乳化、润湿、发泡低毒等性能,广泛的应用在石油三次开采和环境保护领域,有研究表明,鼠李糖脂在抗菌、抗病毒和抗肿瘤等方面也表现出一定的生物活性,在医药和日化领域有一定的应用潜力。
现有的清洗剂产品中,US2004/0152613A1以及EP1445302描述了几种包括具有鼠李糖脂表面活性剂和合成的常规表面活性剂的混合物的组合物,但清洁效果并不十分明显;US2004072713A公开了一种用于酶促织物清洁方法的制品,所述制品含有一种或多种类型的能够分泌用于所述织物清洁方法中的有助于清洁方法的生物表面活性剂,但这些微生物所产生的生物表面活性剂的水平实际上非常低。在中国专利公开号CN 102399644 A/CN103052704 A/CN 104490641 A等这些文献中提出的洗涤剂配方中有涉及鼠李糖脂原料,但都需要同时复配大量常规化工合成类表活剂或酶制剂,才能达到清洁效果,并且通常是用于膜组件,果蔬或纺织物品的洗涤,不适用于清洗厨房重油污。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种专门针对厨房重油污清洗的鼠李糖脂清洗剂及制备方法,其不但去污效果好,而且还具有防腐蚀防锈的特性,使用条件温和,安全无毒可生物降解,不易损伤基材表面,同时不刺激皮肤,是一款绿色的重油污清洗剂。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
本发明提供了一种鼠李糖脂厨房重油污清洗剂,其原料包括鼠李糖脂、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、pH调节剂、生物酶、烷基糖苷、乳酸链菌素、脱色剂、氯化钠和水。

本发明中,所述鼠李糖脂厨房重油污清洗剂,pH为5.5-7.5,优选6.0-7.0。
本发明中,所述鼠李糖脂,其纯度为80-95wt%,优选90-95wt%;所述鼠李糖脂包括单鼠李糖脂和双鼠李糖脂两种结构,其组成中还包括5-20wt%的蛋白质和无机盐等杂质;
优选地,所述鼠李糖脂,其中含有的单鼠李糖脂与双鼠李糖脂质量比为0-20:80-100,优选0-5:95-100,即仅以其中含有的单鼠李糖脂和双鼠李糖脂总质量为100%计,所述双鼠李糖脂含量为80wt%以上,优选95wt%以上。不同制备方法产生的鼠李糖脂结构不同,其中两种较为常见的结构分别为单鼠李糖脂Rha-C10、Rha-C10-C10,双鼠李糖脂Rha-Rha-C10、Rha-Rha-C10-C10,本发明采用的鼠李糖脂中仅含有少量的单鼠李糖脂,双鼠李糖脂的比例至少为80%,优选95%以上,与单鼠李糖脂相比双鼠李糖脂中亲水基团的亲水性更强,导致具有更低的界面张力,因此其在分解油污方面更具有优势。
另外,本发明中,所述的鼠李糖脂通常经发酵制得,为天然来源,与皮肤接触不易致敏,生物相容性好。本发明采用的鼠李糖脂可以直接由市场购买得到,也可以采用任何现有工艺制备得到。在本发明一些示例中,优选采用的方法是先由现有工艺制备鼠李糖脂发酵液,制得的所述鼠李糖脂发酵液中,单鼠李糖脂与鼠李糖脂质量比通常为45-60:40-55,然后所述鼠李糖脂发酵液再通过分离纯化方法提高双鼠李糖脂的比例,使单鼠李糖脂与双鼠李糖脂质量比为0-20:80-100。
优选地,本发明中,所述分离纯化方法,步骤包括:
1)将鼠李糖脂发酵液离心,收集上清液并向其中加入浓盐酸调节pH为1.5-2.0,然后在4±2℃静置20-30h,再次离心,收集沉淀;
2)将步骤1)的沉淀与甲醇混合,用超滤膜过滤,收集滤液,然后采用旋转蒸发仪蒸除甲醇,得到糊状物;
3)将步骤2)的糊状物与水混合,然后用氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至8.0-8.5,搅拌溶解1-4h后,在-80±2℃预冻3-10h,再放入-80--86℃冻干机冷冻干燥48-72h,制得本发明所述鼠李糖脂。
所述分离纯化方法,步骤1)中,所述离心,转速为6000-11000rpm,优选如8000rpm;时间为10-30min,优选如15min、10min;
所述浓盐酸浓度为36-38wt%,优选如38wt%。
所述分离纯化方法,步骤2)中,所述沉淀与甲醇混合体积比为1:2-3,优选如1:3;
所述超滤膜选自截留分子量为20000-30000Da的超滤膜,优选采用30000Da超滤膜;
所述旋转蒸发仪蒸除甲醇采用的温度为60-75℃,优选70℃;时间为1-5h,蒸干至甲醇含量低于0.2wt%。
所述分离纯化方法,步骤3)中,所述糊状物与水混合体积比为1:1-4,优选如1:1;所述的水优选为纯水;
所述氢氧化钠溶液为氢氧化钠的水溶液,浓度为2-5M,优选如3M;
所述搅拌转速为200-500rpm。
所述鼠李糖脂发酵液采用现有工艺制备,本发明采用的鼠李糖脂发酵工艺可以为任何高效制备鼠李糖脂的现有工艺,优选地,在一些示例中可以采用如下发酵方法制备:首先采用平板划线的方法将菌种(铜绿假单胞菌)接种在固体培养基上进行菌种活化;然后从活化菌种中挑取单菌落接种至种子培养基中,在30℃培养6-7h得到种子液;再将种子液按1-10vol%的接种量接种至发酵培养基中培养即得鼠李糖脂发酵液。
所述发酵方法中,所述培养基配方如下:
所述种子培养基,其组成包括:蛋白胨10.0g/L、酵母粉5.0g/L、NaCl 10.0g/L;
所述发酵培养基,其组成包括:酵母膏5g/L、尿素5g/L、硝酸钠10g/L、Na2HPO4 4g/L、KH2PO4 4g/L、CaCl2 0.4g/L、MgSO4 2g/L。
本发明中,由上述发酵方法制备的鼠李糖脂发酵液,以单鼠李糖脂和双鼠李糖脂总量为100wt%计,其中单鼠李糖脂含量为45-60wt%,双鼠李糖脂含量为40-55%,然后通过本发明的分离纯化方法将双鼠李糖脂的比例提高到80wt%以上,双鼠李糖脂是由两个鼠李糖单元以及一个或两个3-羟基脂肪酸残基所组成,通过本发明的分离纯化方法得到的双鼠李糖脂的结构主要为Rha-Rha-C10-C10。
本发明中,所述生物酶选自蛋白酶、酯酶、氧化还原酶、糖酶、脂肪酶、转移酶和糖苷酶中的一种或多种的混合物,优选蛋白酶或者蛋白酶与酯酶、氧化还原酶、糖酶、脂肪酶、转移酶、糖苷酶中至少一种的混合,更优选为蛋白酶与脂肪酶的混合物,混合质量比优选为1:0.5-1:3。生物酶能快速分解重油污垢为易溶于水的小分子,从而更易于表面活性剂将其带走,达到厨房重油污深度清沽,还能有效去除滋生细菌及有害物质,而不同种类的生物酶由于其自身特点,各自具有不同的分解效果。
本发明中,所述pH调节剂选自柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、酒石酸等;优选采用柠檬酸,将pH控制在7.0左右。
本发明中,所述烷基糖苷,聚合度n在1.1-3,烷基碳原子数为8-16,优选聚合度n在1.5-2.5,烷基碳原子数为8-12的烷基糖苷,该范围内的烷基糖苷与鼠李糖脂等原料配合使用,能够使清洗剂配方具有更为优异的润湿性、乳化性和分散性。
本发明中,所述脱色剂选自过氧化物,优选过氧化钠。鼠李糖脂发酵液经离心除菌,加酸进行沉淀,加酸性纯水清洗等工艺得到的鼠李糖脂产品颜色仍呈棕褐色,添加洗手液、口腔清洗剂或日化用产品中影响产品的外观,用户接受度降低,本发明中优选过氧化钠脱色工艺,既不影响产品性能,又能去除产品中色素,可明显改善产品的色泽,配制成溶液后呈无色透明。
本发明还提供了一种鼠李糖脂厨房重油污清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取部分的水与乙二胺四乙酸二钠、pH调节剂、烷基糖苷混合均匀,形成混合溶液a;
(2)取部分水与鼠李糖脂、脱色剂混合均匀,搅拌并在40-60℃加热2-5h,得到无色透明混合溶液b;
(3)待混合溶液b冷却至室温后,将其与混合溶液a混合均匀,再依次加入生物酶、氯化钠和乳酸链菌素、以及剩余的水,搅拌至完全溶解,即得鼠李糖脂厨房重油污清洗剂。
本发明方法,所述的水为去离子水,步骤(1)中与步骤(2)中水的用量能够充分溶解加入的固体份原料,形成均一溶液即可,没有特别要求。
本发明方法,步骤(2)中,加热温度优选45-55℃,加热时间优选2.5-4h;
本发明中,所述室温是指环境温度,通常是指20-26℃,本发明优选为23-25℃。
本发明所述鼠李糖脂清洗剂为中性溶液,使用时直接将其喷洒在污渍表面,浸润2-3min,采用抹布擦洗即可。
本发明所述鼠李糖脂厨房重油污清洗剂,采用的鼠李糖脂具有抑菌效果,将鼠李糖脂与生物酶复配使用,生物酶的加入可以提高鼠李糖脂清洗剂的清洗效果,同时本发明采用的鼠李糖脂中,双鼠李糖脂结构比例至少为80%以上,将其与生物酶等原料协同作用,不但能够进一步增强去污能力和抑菌效果,还可以增加防腐蚀、防锈的特性。此外生物酶还能快速将重油污垢分解为易溶于水的小分子,从而更易于表面活性剂将其带走,双鼠李糖脂中亲水基团的亲水性更强,导致具有更低的界面张力,因此其在分解重油污方面更具有优势,同时鼠李糖脂是一种生物发酵得到生物表面活性剂,其本身具有一定的抗菌作用,可以保护设备,具有防腐防锈特性,不会损坏基材表面,可延长清洗设备的寿命。
本发明中,还添加了乳酸链菌素、乙二胺四乙酸二钠成分,所述乳酸链菌素是一种生物防腐剂,与细胞膜结合形成管状结构,引起细胞膜的渗漏,起到抑菌的作用。乙二胺四乙酸二钠在配方中作为稳定剂和pH调节剂,防止样品分层。这两种成分与鼠李糖脂、生物酶和烷基糖苷等成分作为鼠李糖脂厨房重油污清洗剂的复配原料,可协同提高其清洗能力、抑菌性能、防腐蚀防锈等优良效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步描述,但并不限定本技术发明,本申请的范围包括说明权利要求书和说明书,而不受限于实施例中的实施方案。
本发明使用的鼠李糖脂是自制产品,其余试剂若无特别说明均为普通市售产品。
蛋白酶:sigma、纯度99%,100g/瓶;
脂肪酶:上海麦克林生化科技有限公司、活性10万U/g;
乙二胺四乙酸二钠:上海麦克林生化科技有限公司、纯度98%;
烷基糖苷:西安博联特化工、烷基糖苷APG1214,聚合度n为1.3-1.5,烷基碳原子数为C8-C12;
乳酸链菌素:浙江银象生物工程有限公司,规格500g/瓶;
过氧化钠:上海阿拉丁生化科技股份有限公司,规格500g/瓶;
氯化钠:上海阿拉丁生化科技股份有限公司,纯度99%;
鼠李糖脂制备方法:
鼠李糖脂发酵液:首先采用平板划线的方法将铜绿假单胞菌接种在固体培养基上进行菌种活化;然后从活化菌种中挑取单菌落接种至种子培养基(组成包括:蛋白胨10.0g/L、酵母粉5.0g/L、NaCl 10.0g/L)中,在30℃培养6得到种子液;再将种子液按1-10vol%的接种量接种至发酵培养基(组成包括:酵母膏5g/L、尿素5g/L、硝酸钠10g/L、Na2HPO4 4g/L、KH2PO4 4g/L、CaCl2 0.4g/L、MgSO4 2g/L)中培养即得鼠李糖脂发酵液,以单鼠李糖脂和双鼠李糖脂总量为100wt%计,其中双鼠李糖脂含量约为50wt%;
分离纯化:将鼠李糖脂发酵液6000rpm离心15min,收集上清液并向其中加入38wt%的浓盐酸调节pH为1.5-2.0,然后在4℃冰箱静置24h,再次6000rpm离心10min,收集沉淀;将沉淀与3倍体积的甲醇混合,用30000Da超滤膜过滤,收集滤液,然后采用旋转蒸发仪70℃、3h蒸除甲醇,得到糊状物;将糊状物与同体积的水混合,然后用3M氢氧化钠水溶液调节pH至8.0,搅拌溶解2h,在-80℃预冻3h,再放入冻干机-86℃冷冻干燥48h,制得鼠李糖脂,其中双鼠李糖脂的比例提高到80wt%。
采用上述同样方法,调整发酵和分离纯化过程参数,分别制备双鼠李糖脂的比例提高到60wt%、85wt%、87wt%、90wt%、95wt%的鼠李糖脂。
本发明实施例中所以用的分析方法如下:
1、鼠李糖脂组分进行鉴定:高效液相色谱-质谱联用技术,单鼠李糖脂和双鼠李糖脂的百分比通过面积归一法计算得到。电离模式为负模式,扫描范围50-1200Da。用于分离的柱是Phenomenex luna C18 250×4.6mm 5μm柱。流动相:水(流动相A)和乙腈(流动相B)被用于分离,梯度由60∶40(A:B)变化至30∶70(A∶B),持续时间30分钟。系统在返回起始条件之前,全部以0.5mL/min的流速持续5分钟,进样体积为10μL。
2、去油污效果:将两块大小相同布块称重后,平放在吸水纸上,用滴管滴加0.2mL的厨房重油污垢于样品表面,盖上玻璃纸,放置重物压约1min,移开重物,拿开玻璃纸,称重并记录污布重量。将沾有重油污的布快放入配制好的鼠李糖脂清洗剂中,分别在300rpm和500rpm条件下各洗涤1min,用吹风机吹干至恒重,同时观察油污的清洗效果,等级由1级到5级,级数越高表示油污残留越少,去污性越好,级数越小表示油污残留越多,去污性差。本发明所用重油污从厨房油烟机叶轮上收集得到厨房重油污垢,主要成分为动植物油脂,灰尘,煤气垢,淀粉糊化及变性的蛋白质等黏附物。
3、抑菌效果:检测鼠李糖脂清洗剂对大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌效果,通过比较抑菌圈的大小,考察其抑菌效果。
4、腐蚀率:初始挂片称重后,将准备好的挂片挂入三个烧杯中,烧杯中提前加入鼠李糖脂清洗剂,记录各个烧杯中的试片编号以及挂入试片的时间,分别处理24h,48h,72h,96h后,用软化水冲洗,恒温烘箱105℃干燥恒重后称重,记录称重质量,根据公式(初始质量-最终质量)×104/(挂片表面积×清洗时间)计算清洗剂的腐蚀率。
5、防锈:在烧杯中装入200mL鼠李糖脂清洗剂,放入恒温水浴锅里,使清洗剂保持在80±2℃,将准备好的挂片放入其中30s后取出,擦净、干燥后将挂片放置在相对湿度为90%的湿热器中,分别记录24h,48h,72h,96h后挂片的外观变化情况。级数由0级到3级,级数越高表明锈变越明显。0级表示:表面无锈,无明显变化;1级表示:表面无锈,轻微变色;2级表示:表面轻锈,不均匀变色;3级表面严重变色。
6、颜色:准备好约10mL未脱色以及加入过氧化钠脱色后的鼠李糖脂溶液,用干净吸管吸取约5mL鼠李糖脂溶液于比色皿中,另一比色皿中加入纯水作为对照,将比色皿放入样品池中测定脱色前后的色号。
实施例1
依次称取乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5g、柠檬酸0.5g、烷基糖苷3g,加入30g去离子水,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合溶液a;
再称取双鼠李糖脂比例为95wt%的鼠李糖脂0.5g,过氧化钠3g,加入30g去离子水混合均匀,在60℃搅拌加热2h,得无色透明混合溶液b;
待混合溶液b冷却至室温后,将其与混合溶液a混合均匀,再加入脂肪酶0.003g,蛋白酶0.047g,氯化钠0.5g和乳酸链菌素2g,搅拌至完全溶解,补加去离子水至70g,得到鼠李糖脂厨房重油污清洗剂,pH为7.0,测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
依次称取乙二胺四乙酸二钠2g、柠檬酸2g、烷基糖苷8g,加入40g去离子水,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合溶液a;
再称取双鼠李糖脂比例为80wt%的鼠李糖脂8g,过氧化钠9g,加入30g去离子水混合均匀,在50℃搅拌加热4h,得无色透明混合溶液b;
待混合溶液b冷却至室温后,将其与混合溶液a混合均匀,再加入脂肪酶0.01g,氯化钠1g和乳酸链菌素0.2g,搅拌至完全溶解,得到鼠李糖脂厨房重油污清洗剂,pH为6.5,测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
依次称取乙二胺四乙酸二钠1g、柠檬酸3g、烷基糖苷0.6g,加入40g去离子水,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合溶液a;
再称取双鼠李糖脂比例为90wt%的鼠李糖脂3g,过氧化钠3g,加入30g去离子水混合均匀,在58℃搅拌加热3.5h,得无色透明混合溶液b;
待混合溶液b冷却至室温后,将其与混合溶液a混合均匀,再加入脂肪酶0.001g,蛋白酶0.01g,氯化钠2g和乳酸链菌素4g,搅拌至完全溶解,得到鼠李糖脂厨房重油污清洗剂,PH为6.5,测试结果如表1所示。
实施例4
依次称取乙二胺四乙酸二钠3g、柠檬酸0.1g、烷基糖苷9g,加入40g去离子水,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合溶液a;
再称取双鼠李糖脂比例为85wt%的鼠李糖脂1g,过氧化钠8g,加入30g去离子水混合均匀,在45℃搅拌加热2.5h,得无色透明混合溶液b;
待混合溶液b冷却至室温后,将其与混合溶液a混合均匀,再加入蛋白酶0.05g,氯化钠3g和乳酸链菌素5g,搅拌至完全溶解,得到鼠李糖脂厨房重油污清洗剂,PH为5.5,测试结果如表1所示。
实施例5
依次称取乙二胺四乙酸二钠1.5g、柠檬酸1g、烷基糖苷5g,加入40g去离子水,搅拌混合均匀,得到混合溶液a;
再称取双鼠李糖脂比例为87wt%的鼠李糖脂6g,过氧化钠4g,加入30g去离子水混合均匀,在55℃搅拌加热5h,得无色透明混合溶液b;
待混合溶液b冷却至室温后,将其与混合溶液a混合均匀,再加入脂肪酶0.003g,氯化钠1g和乳酸链菌素2.5g,搅拌至完全溶解,得到鼠李糖脂厨房重油污清洗剂,PH为6.3,测试结果如表1所示。
实施例6
与实施例1不同之处在于,双鼠李糖脂比例由95wt%替换为60wt%的鼠李糖脂,其他原料及用量与实施例1相同,制备过程与实施例1相同,得到清洗剂产品,pH为7.5,测试结果如表1所示。
对比例1
与实施例1不同之处在于,不添加鼠李糖脂,其他原料及用量与实施例1相同,制备过程是称取各原料直接混合均匀,得到清洗剂产品,pH为7.0,测试结果如表1所示。
对比例2
与实施例1不同之处在于,不添加生物酶,其他原料及用量与实施例1相同,制备过程与实施例1相同,得到清洗剂产品,pH为7.0,测试结果如表1所示。
对比例3
与实施例1不同之处在于,脱色剂替换为活性炭,其他原料及用量与实施例1相同,制备过程与实施例1相同,得到清洗剂产品,pH为7.0,测试结果如表1所示。
对比例4
与实施例1不同之处在于,将鼠李糖脂替换为十二烷基苯磺酸钠,其他原料及用量与实施例1相同,制备过程与实施例1相同,得到清洗剂产品,pH为7.0,测试结果如表1所示。

Claims (10)
1.一种鼠李糖脂厨房重油污清洗剂,其特征在于,原料包括鼠李糖脂、乙二胺四乙酸二钠、pH调节剂、生物酶、烷基糖苷、乳酸链菌素、脱色剂、氯化钠和水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的清洗剂,其特征在于,pH为5.5-7.5,优选6.0-7.0。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的清洗剂,其特征在于,所述鼠李糖脂,其纯度为80-95wt%,优选90-95wt%;所述鼠李糖脂包括单鼠李糖脂和双鼠李糖脂两种结构;
优选地,所述鼠李糖脂,以其中含有的单鼠李糖脂和双鼠李糖脂总质量为100%计,所述双鼠李糖脂含量为80wt%以上,优选95wt%以上。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的清洗剂,其特征在于,所述的鼠李糖脂采用的制备方法是先制备鼠李糖脂发酵液,制得的所述鼠李糖脂发酵液中,单鼠李糖脂与鼠李糖脂质量比为45-60:40-55,然后所述鼠李糖脂发酵液再通过分离纯化方法使单鼠李糖脂与双鼠李糖脂质量比为0-20:80-100;
优选地,所述分离纯化方法,步骤包括:
1)将鼠李糖脂发酵液离心,收集上清液并向其中加入浓盐酸调节pH为1.5-2.0,然后在4±2℃静置20-30h,再次离心,收集沉淀;
2)将步骤1)的沉淀与甲醇混合,用超滤膜过滤,收集滤液,然后采用旋转蒸发仪蒸除甲醇,得到糊状物;
3)将步骤2)的糊状物与水混合,然后用氢氧化钠溶液调节pH至8.0-8.5,搅拌溶解1-4h后,在-80±2℃预冻3-10h,再放入-80--86℃冻干机冷冻干燥48-72h,制得所述鼠李糖脂。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的清洗剂,其特征在于,步骤1)中,所述离心,转速为6000-11000rpm,时间为10-30min;所述浓盐酸浓度为36-38wt%;
步骤2)中,所述沉淀与甲醇混合体积比为1:2-4;所述超滤膜选自截留分子量为20000-30000Da的超滤膜;所述旋转蒸发仪蒸除甲醇采用的温度为60-75℃,时间为1-5h;
步骤3)中,所述糊状物与水混合体积比为1:1-1:4;所述氢氧化钠溶液为氢氧化钠的水溶液,浓度为2-5M。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的清洗剂,其特征在于,所述生物酶选自蛋白酶、酯酶、氧化还原酶、糖酶、脂肪酶、转移酶和糖苷酶中的一种或多种的混合物,优选蛋白酶或者蛋白酶与酯酶、氧化还原酶、糖酶、脂肪酶、转移酶、糖苷酶中至少一种的混合,更优选为蛋白酶与脂肪酶的混合物,混合质量比优选为1:0.5-1:3。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的清洗剂,其特征在于,所述pH调节剂选自柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、酒石酸;优选采用柠檬酸;
所述烷基糖苷,聚合度n在1.1-3,烷基碳原子数为8-16,优选聚合度n在1.5-2.5,烷基碳原子数为8-12的烷基糖苷;
所述脱色剂选自过氧化物,优选过氧化钠。
9.一种权利要求1-8任一项所述鼠李糖脂厨房重油污清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取部分的水与乙二胺四乙酸二钠、pH调节剂、烷基糖苷混合均匀,形成混合溶液a;
(2)取部分水与鼠李糖脂、脱色剂混合均匀,搅拌并在40-60℃加热2-5h,得到无色透明混合溶液b;
(3)待混合溶液b冷却至室温后,将其与混合溶液a混合均匀,再依次加入生物酶、氯化钠和乳酸链菌素、以及剩余的水,搅拌至完全溶解,即得鼠李糖脂厨房重油污清洗剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,加热温度为45-55℃,时间为2.5-4h。
