Abstract
本发明公开一种代替金属材料治具的PPS工程塑料治具制作工艺,其制作工艺包括以下步骤:(1)塑料粒的制备;(2)将步骤(1)的塑料在烤箱中烘烤释放变形应力,需要150℃烘烤3‑4小时,不开烤箱门在烤箱中自然冷却;(3)挤出模成型,在320℃加热条件下完全固化、成型为塑料板;(4)将步骤(3)中的板材剪切成需要尺寸;(5)根将步骤(4)放在CNC数控机床雕刻成型高密度治具;并QC检测。其解决生产中,因材料本身可达到加工强度,耐磨度要求,但材料本身低于铝材硬度不会对中框产生磕碰、划伤,从而在加工产品过成中降低生产外观不良品,明显降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料模型技术领域,尤其涉及一种代替金属材料治具的PPS工程塑料治具制作工艺。
背景技术
在手机中框CNC自动化制成工序中,对手机中框内部结构形状雕刻时,传统工艺使用铝制金属或钢制金属制作加工治具,固定产品使用,使其在加工中达到稳固作用,目前均为自动化CNC雕刻生产,所加工产品多数为金属铝材产品,使得频繁安装产品时经常会因为磕碰,划伤使其加工良率大大降低,因铝制或钢制治具较重,硬度高于6/7系铝材,故工人操作半自动化CNC机台装卸铝制产品时难免因治具安装磕碰到产品,经多次开发,使用PPS工程塑料(聚苯硫醚)代替金属治具应用,PPS具备耐高温300℃、耐腐蚀性,高硬度,高韧性等特点,能充分代替金属治具要求的加工性,高精度等要求,既可代替金属强度、精度,也可达到较高耐磨度,并材料本身成型工艺比较金属更容易,大大降低环保污染及各种因素影响的效率。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的上述不足,本发明提供了一种代替金属材料治具的PPS工程塑料治具制作工艺,其解决生产中,因材料本身可达到加工强度,耐磨度要求,但材料本身低于铝材硬度不会对中框产生磕碰、划伤,从而在加工产品过成中降低生产外观不良品,明显降低生产成本。
为了达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体方案为:
一种代替金属材料治具的PPS工程塑料治具制作工艺,其制作工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)塑料粒的制备:将聚苯硫醚塑料、绝缘增强剂及复配固化剂通过进料阀送入到螺杆挤出机内,由螺杆挤出机加热挤压成块状并输送到轧辊机内;冷却,轧辊机将块状的氨基模塑料轧成片状后输送到网带,再进入到冷却设备进行冷却;粉碎,冷却后的氨基模塑料从出料阀输出进入到破碎机粉碎成粒;
(2)将步骤(1)的塑料在烤箱中烘烤释放变形应力,需要150℃烘烤3-4小时,不开烤箱门在烤箱中自然冷却;
(3)挤出模成型,在320℃加热条件下完全固化、成型为塑料板;
(4)将步骤(3)中的板材剪切成需要尺寸;
(5)根据客户提供3D数据分析确定加工工艺,确定加工工艺为CNC加工;编程写出工艺流程单交给操机部门,并把程序传输至机器进行上机加工;将步骤(4)放在CNC数控机床雕刻成型高密度治具;并QC检测。
本发明的有益效果为:
PPS工程塑料粒子注塑成型高钢性材质代替金属加工治具,使其满足接近金属硬度,耐磨度及高精度的前提下,从而简化成型工艺,免去治具加工过成中使用CNC制成中因磕碰,划伤,重量造成麻烦,使其加工生产中良率升高,产品成本降低,环保性增强。

一种代替金属材料治具的PPS工程塑料治具制作工艺,其制作工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)塑料粒的制备:将聚苯硫醚塑料、绝缘增强剂及复配固化剂通过进料阀送入到螺杆挤出机内,由螺杆挤出机加热挤压成块状并输送到轧辊机内;冷却,轧辊机将块状的氨基模塑料轧成片状后输送到网带,再进入到冷却设备进行冷却;粉碎,冷却后的氨基模塑料从出料阀输出进入到破碎机粉碎成粒;
(2)将步骤(1)的塑料在烤箱中烘烤释放变形应力,需要150℃烘烤3-4小时,不开烤箱门在烤箱中自然冷却;
(3)挤出模成型,在320℃加热条件下完全固化、成型为塑料板;
(4)将步骤(3)中的板材剪切成需要尺寸;

1.一种代替金属材料治具的PPS工程塑料治具制作工艺,其特征在于,其制作工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)塑料粒的制备:将聚苯硫醚塑料、绝缘增强剂及复配固化剂通过进料阀送入到螺杆挤出机内,由螺杆挤出机加热挤压成块状并输送到轧辊机内;冷却,轧辊机将块状的氨基模塑料轧成片状后输送到网带,再进入到冷却设备进行冷却;粉碎,冷却后的氨基模塑料从出料阀输出进入到破碎机粉碎成粒;
(2)将步骤(1)的塑料在烤箱中烘烤释放变形应力,需要150℃烘烤3-4小时,不开烤箱门在烤箱中自然冷却;
(3)挤出模成型,在320℃加热条件下完全固化、成型为塑料板;
