本发明公开了一种密封风罩所用的覆膜海绵及其制备工艺,涉及密封风罩用密封件技术领域。本发明包括海绵层,海绵层的两侧分别设置有覆膜和双面胶层;覆膜与海绵层接触的一侧面单面涂胶;双面胶层的一侧与风罩相粘贴;海绵层内形成有非交联闭孔结构;海绵层的密度为23‑27kg/m3。本发明通过在海绵层的表面设置覆膜,解决了海绵层表面容易烂的问题;同时海绵层的设置,解决了结构凹陷时所带来的海绵容易塌陷的问题。本发明通过双面胶的设置,可以有效解决EPS这样表面极性低的材料粘后翘起的脱粘问题,提高密封质量。

技术领域
本发明属于密封风罩用密封件技术领域,特别是涉及一种密封风罩所用的覆膜海绵及其制备工艺。
背景技术
随着冰箱行业的快速发展,风罩在冰箱中占据非常重要的位置,风罩直接决定冰箱出风量和性能,因此风罩的密封好坏直接影响制冷性能。风罩上面的海绵密封严实与否直接导致漏风、结冰等质量问题。风罩上面的EPS泡沫是与密封风罩用的海绵直接接触的材料,近年来,随着成本压力,EPS泡沫用量越来越少,结构上势必存在很多诸如孔、洞之类的结构,而在冰箱运行过程中因为海绵贴敷上去容易因为孔、洞之类的问题造成塌陷,导致风罩漏风这类问题尤为严重。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种密封风罩所用的覆膜海绵及其制备工艺,通过包括海绵层、覆膜和双面胶层的设置,解决了现有海绵塌陷导致的漏风的的质量问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明为一种密封风罩所用的覆膜海绵,包括海绵层,所述海绵层的两侧分别设置有覆膜和双面胶层;所述覆膜与所述海绵层接触的一侧面单面涂胶;所述双面胶层的一侧与风罩相粘贴;所述海绵层内形成有非交联闭孔结构;所述海绵层的密度为23-27kg/m3。
进一步地,所述双面胶层为压敏胶层,采用热熔压敏胶、油性亚克力胶系、水性亚克力胶系、橡胶型胶系及硅胶系胶系中的一种;所述覆膜为PE膜、EPE膜、聚氨脂薄膜、PVC膜、PP膜中的一种。
进一步地,所述海绵层以重量份计包括:高压聚乙烯40-60份,成核剂2-4份,抗静电剂5-10份,发泡剂10-20份,抗收缩剂10-20份,阻燃剂5-10份,辅助阻燃剂2-4份。
或所述海绵层以重量份计包括:丁腈橡胶70-100份、聚氯乙烯30-40份,硫磺1-2份,磷酸氢钙1-2份,发泡剂6-10份,炭黑8-10份,碳酸钙25-32份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯30-40份。
或所述海绵层以重量份计包括:EPDM橡胶90-110份,硫化剂2-4份,填充剂70-90份,发泡剂7-10份,加工助剂1-3份,活性剂氧化锌6-10份,硬脂酸0.5-2份,石蜡0.5-2份,分散剂1-3份。
覆膜海绵制备工艺包括步骤如下:
步骤一:根据各化学成分按重量份进行备料混合均匀;
步骤二:在发泡机中预加热成胶状并保持恒温;
步骤三:发泡,成微孔状结构,从发泡机的模口挤出;
步骤四:牵引机将从发泡机模口挤出的原料牵出;
步骤五:冷却展平,收卷即可。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过在海绵层的表面设置覆膜,解决了海绵层表面容易烂的问题;同时海绵层的设置,解决了结构凹陷时所带来的海绵容易塌陷的问题。本发明通过双面胶的设置,可以有效解决EPS这样表面极性低的材料粘后翘起的脱粘问题,提高密封质量。

一种密封风罩所用的覆膜海绵,包括海绵层2,海绵层2的两侧分别设置有覆膜1和双面胶层3;覆膜1与海绵层2接触的一侧面单面涂胶;双面胶层3的一侧与风罩相粘贴;海绵层2内形成有非交联闭孔结构;海绵层2的密度为23-27kg/m3。
双面胶层3为压敏胶层,采用热熔压敏胶;覆膜1为PE膜。
实施例2
海绵层2以重量份计包括:高压聚乙烯50份,成核剂3份,抗静电剂7份,发泡剂15份,抗收缩剂15份,阻燃剂8份,辅助阻燃剂3份。
实施例3
海绵层2以重量份计包括:丁腈橡胶70份、聚氯乙烯30份,硫磺1.2份,磷酸氢钙1.2份,发泡剂8份,炭黑9份,碳酸钙28份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯35份。
实施例4
海绵层2以重量份计包括:EPDM橡胶100份,硫化剂3份,填充剂79份,发泡剂7.9份,加工助剂2.1份,活性剂氧化锌7.5份,硬脂酸1份,石蜡1份,分散剂2份。
实施例5,基于实施例2-4的;覆膜海绵制备工艺包括步骤如下:
步骤一:根据各化学成分按重量份进行备料混合均匀;
步骤二:在发泡机中预加热成胶状并保持恒温;
步骤三:发泡,成微孔状结构,从发泡机的模口挤出;
步骤四:牵引机将从发泡机模口挤出的原料牵出;

所述双面胶层(3)的一侧与风罩相粘贴。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种密封风罩所用的覆膜海绵,其特征在于,所述海绵层(2)的密度为23-27kg/m3。
