In the embodiment of the invention, when a charging pile state query request is received, state information of the charging pile is returned so that a vehicle owner can perform reserved charging according to the state information, wherein the state information comprises whether a parking space of the charging pile is occupied, whether the charging pile is damaged and the estimated available time of the charging pile, if the reserved charging request of the vehicle owner to the charging pile is received and the charging pile is judged to meet the reserved charging condition, the charging function of the charging pile is controlled to be locked according to the reserved charging request, license plate recognition is performed on a vehicle driving into the parking space, and if the vehicle is determined to be a new energy vehicle and is a reserved charging vehicle corresponding to the current time according to the license plate recognition result, the charging function of the charging pile is unlocked, so that the utilization rate of the charging pile is improved, and the charging experience of the vehicle owner is improved.
The computer readable storage medium of the embodiments of the present invention may include any entity or device capable of carrying computer program code, a recording medium, such as a ROM/RAM, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a flash memory, or the like.
The present invention is not limited to the above preferred embodiments, and any modifications, equivalent substitutions and improvements made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.

Claims (9)

1. A charging pile management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when a charging pile state query request is received, returning state information of a charging pile to enable a vehicle owner to carry out reservation charging according to the state information, wherein the state information comprises whether a parking space of the charging pile is occupied or not, whether the charging pile is damaged or not and the predicted available time of the charging pile;
if the charging reservation request of the vehicle owner to the charging pile is received and the charging pile meets the charging reservation condition, controlling the charging function of the charging pile to be locked according to the charging reservation request;
carrying out license plate recognition on a vehicle driving into the charging pile parking space;
and if the vehicle is determined to be a new energy vehicle and is a reserved charging vehicle corresponding to the current time according to the license plate recognition result, unlocking the charging function of the charging pile.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of receiving a charging post status query request is preceded by:
and when a charging pile query request is received, returning the information of one or more charging piles compatible with the vehicle within a preset range.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
when a parking space image acquisition request is received, returning parking space image information of the charging pile so that a vehicle owner can know the parking space occupation condition of the charging pile according to the parking space image information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the status information further includes an owner reputation for a vehicle occupying the charging post slot, the owner reputation indicating a degree of performance of the vehicle owner for charging using a charging post.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein if the charging post is a private charging post, the reserved charging condition comprises that an owner reputation of the vehicle reaches a preset reputation threshold.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of identifying the license plate of the vehicle entering the charging post slot is followed by:
and if the preset warning driving-away condition is met, a driving-away warning is sent to the vehicle, wherein the warning driving-away condition comprises that the vehicle is determined to be a non-new energy vehicle according to a license plate recognition result, or the vehicle is determined to be a non-reserved charging vehicle according to the license plate recognition result and the current time, or the vehicle is not charged within a first preset time period after driving into the charging pile parking space.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
and when the weather condition is detected to be abnormal, controlling the charging pile to stop charging the vehicle and/or sending a reminding message to the vehicle owner.
8. A charging pile management apparatus, comprising:
the charging system comprises a charging pile state query unit, a charging pile state query unit and a charging pile state query unit, wherein the charging pile state query unit is used for returning state information of the charging pile when receiving a charging pile state query request so as to enable a vehicle owner to carry out reservation charging according to the state information, and the state information comprises the current use state of the charging pile, whether the charging pile is damaged and the predicted available time of the charging pile;
the locking unit is used for controlling the charging function of the charging pile to be locked according to the charging reservation request;
the license plate recognition unit is used for recognizing the license plate of a vehicle driving into the charging pile parking space; and
and the unlocking unit is used for unlocking the charging function of the charging pile according to the license plate recognition result.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
