Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly discloses a repair cream containing fullerene and a preparation method thereof, wherein the repair cream containing fullerene is prepared from the following raw materials: chelating agent, water-soluble fullerene, bisabolol, antioxidant, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, alpha-arbutin, kudzu root extract, soothing agent, thickening agent, astragalus membranaceus root extract, emulsifier, acne-removing composition, humectant, emollient oil and deionized water; the repair cream has good repair effect and acne removing effect, the acne removing composition can remarkably improve the acne removing effect, and the folium artemisiae argyi extract and the radix stemonae extract have remarkable synergistic effect in the aspect of acne removing.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to a repair cream containing fullerene and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The fullerene is composed of pure carbon atoms and has application prospects in multiple fields. The fullerene has the performance of permanently quenching free radicals, is applied to the cosmetic industry, has a good repairing effect, and can resist oxidative damage of the skin and delay skin aging.
Acne is a series of inflammatory reactions caused by the failure of skin to normally excrete oil, and is a chronic inflammatory skin symptom generated in the hair follicle sebaceous gland tissue part, and the main generation part is the area with vigorous sebum secretion, such as the face, the chest and the back. Acne can cause the patient to have the phenomena of self-confidence reduction, life quality reduction, depression and even mental disorder, the existing repair cream containing fullerene only has good repair effect, and the performance in the aspect of acne removal is insufficient.

As a preferred scheme, the skin moistening oil is prepared from chinaru seed oil, jojoba oil, sunflower seed oil and camellia seed oil according to the weight ratio of 3-8: 2-5: 1-4: 1 to 3.
Preferably, the acne-removing composition is prepared from stemona root extract and folium artemisiae argyi extract according to a weight ratio of 0.5-2: 1.
As a preferred scheme, the preparation method of the stemona extract comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning and drying radix stemonae, and crushing to 50-100 meshes to obtain radix stemonae powder;
(2) adding 0.01-0.04 part by weight of endoglucanase, 0.01-0.05 part by weight of pectinase, 0.02-0.05 part by weight of glucoamylase and 1 part by weight of radix stemonae powder into 4-10 parts by weight of deionized water, and stirring at the rotating speed of 100-500 rpm at the temperature of 55-70 ℃ for 2-6 hours to obtain an enzymatic hydrolysate;
(3) adding the enzymolysis liquid into 60-90 wt% ethanol water, uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed liquid, placing the mixed liquid in a microwave extraction device, performing microwave treatment at the temperature of 60-75 ℃ by 400-1000W for 20-40 min, filtering by a filter screen of 300-500 meshes, and drying to obtain the stemona root extract.
As a preferred scheme, the preparation method of the folium artemisiae argyi extract comprises the following steps:
(11) cleaning and drying folium artemisiae argyi, and crushing to 50-100 meshes to obtain folium artemisiae argyi powder
(12) Adding 1 part by weight of folium artemisiae argyi powder into 4-10 parts by weight of 50-80 wt% ethanol water solution, performing reflux extraction for 2-4 times, extracting for 2-3 hours each time, and combining extracting solutions to obtain folium artemisiae argyi ethanol extracting solution;
(13) uniformly mixing the folium artemisiae argyi ethanol extract with silica gel according to the weight ratio of 1: 0.5-2, loading the mixture into a chromatographic column, eluting the mixture at the speed of 0.2-0.8 ml/min by using acetone as an eluent, collecting the eluent, and drying to obtain the folium artemisiae argyi extract.
Preferably, the emulsifier is composed of PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate and ceteareth-21 in a weight ratio of 2-5: 1-4; the humectant is prepared from glycerol, 1, 3-butanediol and sorbitol according to a weight ratio of 4-10: 2-6: 0.5 to 2.
As a preferred scheme, the chelating agent is disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate; the thickening agent is prepared from sclerotium rolfsii gum and carbomer 980 in a weight ratio of 1: 0.2-0.8 percent; the antioxidant is tocopherol; the soothing agent is allantoin.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the repair cream containing the fullerene, which comprises the following steps:
(21) adding a chelating agent, water-soluble fullerene, a thickening agent and a soothing agent into deionized water, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a water phase;
(22) uniformly mixing an emulsifier, a humectant and emollient oil to obtain an oil phase;
(23) adding the oil phase into the water phase, uniformly stirring at the rotating speed of 200-800 rpm, homogenizing at the rotating speed of 800-2000 rpm for 5-15 min, adding bisabolol, an antioxidant, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, alpha-arbutin, a radix puerariae extract, a radix astragali extract and an acne-removing composition, uniformly stirring, and cooling to obtain the repair cream containing the fullerene.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the repair cream has good repair effect and acne removing effect, the acne removing composition can remarkably improve the acne removing effect, and the folium artemisiae argyi extract and the radix stemonae extract have remarkable synergistic effect in the aspect of acne removing.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are a part of the embodiments of the present invention, but not all of the embodiments. Example 1
A repair cream containing fullerene is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.05 part of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.2 part of water-soluble fullerene (C60), 0.4 part of bisabolol, 0.5 part of tocopherol, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.5 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.6 part of alpha-arbutin, 0.6 part of radix puerariae extract, 0.8 part of allantoin, 1 part of thickening agent, 1.5 parts of astragalus membranaceus root extract, 5.8 parts of emulsifier, 4 parts of acne-removing composition, 12 parts of humectant, 15 parts of skin-moistening oil and 56.55 parts of deionized water.
The skin moistening oil is prepared from chinaroot greenbrier seed oil, jojoba oil, sunflower seed oil and camellia seed oil according to a weight ratio of 6: 4: 3: 2.
The acne-removing composition is prepared from stemona extract and artemisia leaf extract according to a weight ratio of 1: 1.
The emulsifier is prepared from PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate and ceteareth-21 according to the weight ratio of 3.8: 2.
The humectant is prepared from glycerol, 1, 3-butanediol and sorbitol according to a weight ratio of 7: 4: 1.
The thickening agent is prepared from sclerotium rolfsii gum and carbomer 980 in a weight ratio of 1: 0.5.
The preparation method of the stemona extract comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning radix Stemonae, drying, and pulverizing to 80 mesh to obtain radix Stemonae powder;
(2) adding 0.02 weight part of endoglucanase, 0.03 weight part of pectinase, 0.05 weight part of glucoamylase and 1 weight part of radix stemonae powder into 8.9 weight parts of deionized water, and stirring at 65 ℃ and 400rpm for 5h to obtain an enzymatic hydrolysate;
(3) adding the enzymolysis solution into 80wt% ethanol water solution (weight ratio of the enzymolysis solution to the ethanol water solution is 1: 4), mixing well to obtain mixed solution, placing the mixed solution in a microwave extraction device, performing microwave treatment at 70 deg.C under 800W for 25min, filtering with 400 mesh filter screen, and drying to obtain radix Stemonae extract.
The preparation method of the folium artemisiae argyi extract comprises the following steps:
(11) cleaning folium Artemisiae Argyi, drying, and pulverizing to 60 mesh to obtain folium Artemisiae Argyi powder
(12) Adding 1 weight part of folium Artemisiae Argyi powder into 6 weight parts of 70wt% ethanol water solution, reflux extracting for 3 times, each time for 3 hr, mixing extractive solutions to obtain folium Artemisiae Argyi ethanol extractive solution;
(13) mixing the folium artemisiae argyi ethanol extract and silica gel (100-200 meshes) according to the weight ratio of 1: 1, mixing uniformly, loading into a chromatographic column (the column has an outer diameter of 120mm and a length of 1000mm, and a collection bottle of 2L), eluting with acetone as eluent at a speed of 0.5ml/min for 60min, collecting the eluent, and drying to obtain folium Artemisiae Argyi extract.
The preparation method of the repair cream containing the fullerene comprises the following steps:
(21) adding disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, water-soluble fullerene, a thickening agent and allantoin into deionized water, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a water phase;
(22) uniformly mixing an emulsifier, a humectant and emollient oil to obtain an oil phase;
(23) adding the oil phase into the water phase, stirring uniformly at 500rpm, homogenizing at 1200rpm for 10min, adding bisabolol, tocopherol, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, alpha-arbutin, radix Puerariae extract, radix astragali extract, and acne removing composition, stirring uniformly, and cooling to obtain repair cream containing fullerene.
Example 2
A repair cream containing fullerene is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.02 part of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.4 part of water-soluble fullerene, 0.1 part of bisabolol, 0.5 part of tocopherol, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.5 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.8 part of alpha-arbutin, 0.4 part of radix puerariae extract, 1 part of allantoin, 0.5 part of thickening agent, 1.5 parts of astragalus membranaceus root extract, 4 parts of emulsifier, 3 parts of acne-removing composition, 15 parts of humectant, 14 parts of skin oil and 57.78 parts of deionized water.
The skin moistening oil is prepared from chinaroot greenbrier seed oil, jojoba oil, sunflower seed oil and camellia seed oil according to a weight ratio of 6: 4: 2: 2.
The acne-removing composition is prepared from stemona extract and artemisia leaf extract according to a weight ratio of 1: 1.

A repair cream containing fullerene is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.08 part of disodium ethylene diamine tetraacetate, 0.1 part of water-soluble fullerene, 0.5 part of bisabolol, 0.2 part of tocopherol, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.5 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.3 part of alpha-arbutin, 0.7 part of radix puerariae extract, 0.5 part of allantoin, 1.2 parts of thickening agent, 0.8 part of astragalus membranaceus root extract, 6 parts of emulsifier, 2.5 parts of acne-removing composition, 12 parts of humectant, 18 parts of emollient oil and 56.12 parts of deionized water.
The skin moistening oil is prepared from chinaroot greenbrier seed oil, jojoba oil, sunflower seed oil and camellia seed oil according to the weight ratio of 8: 5: 3: 2.
The acne-removing composition is prepared from stemona extract and artemisia leaf extract according to a weight ratio of 1: 1.

In this comparative example, a single pectinase was used to treat the stemona powder.
The preparation method of the stemona extract comprises the following steps:
(1) cleaning radix Stemonae, drying, and pulverizing to 80 mesh to obtain radix Stemonae powder;
(2) adding 01 parts by weight of pectinase and 1 part by weight of radix stemonae powder into 8.9 parts by weight of deionized water, and stirring at the rotating speed of 400rpm for 5 hours at 65 ℃ to obtain an enzymatic hydrolysate;
(3) adding the enzymolysis solution into 80wt% ethanol water solution (weight ratio of the enzymolysis solution to the ethanol water solution is 1: 4), mixing well to obtain mixed solution, placing the mixed solution in a microwave extraction device, performing microwave treatment at 70 deg.C under 800W for 25min, filtering with 400 mesh filter screen, and drying to obtain radix Stemonae extract.
Comparative example 4
Comparative example 4 is different from example 1 in that the preparation method of the artemisia argyi leaf extract described in comparative example 4 is different from example 1, and the rest is the same.
In this comparative example, 70wt% aqueous ethanol was used as the eluent.
The preparation method of the folium artemisiae argyi extract comprises the following steps:
(11) cleaning folium Artemisiae Argyi, drying, and pulverizing to 60 mesh to obtain folium Artemisiae Argyi powder
(12) Adding 1 weight part of folium Artemisiae Argyi powder into 6 weight parts of 70wt% ethanol water solution, reflux extracting for 3 times, each time for 3 hr, mixing extractive solutions to obtain folium Artemisiae Argyi ethanol extractive solution;
(13) mixing the folium artemisiae argyi ethanol extract and silica gel (100-200 meshes) according to the weight ratio of 1: 1, mixing, loading into a chromatographic column (column external diameter of 120mm, length of 1000mm, collection bottle 2L), eluting with 70wt% ethanol water solution as eluent at 0.5ml/min for 60min, collecting eluate, and drying to obtain folium Artemisiae Argyi extract.
To further demonstrate the effect of the present invention, the following test methods were provided:
1. acne removal performance test (conventional method): the anti-acne cream described in the embodiments 1-3 and the comparative examples 1-4 of the invention is subjected to antibacterial performance determination by referring to appendix C4 of GB 15979-2002 hygienic Standard for Disposable sanitary articles, namely the test method for antibacterial performance of dissolution-type antibacterial (bacteriostatic) products: the 24h (Propionibacterium acnes and Paeonia furfur, respectively) culture of the test bacteria was washed with 0.03mol/L phosphate buffer solution to make 106cfu/mL bacterial suspension; 2. 1g of a test sample (the acne cream described in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-4) is respectively taken, 0.1mL of the bacterial suspension is added for uniform coating and mixing, 9mL of 0.03mol/L phosphate buffer solution is added for sufficient mixing after timing is started for 20min, 3 dilutions are taken, and 1mL is respectively placed in two parallel plates. Adding corresponding culture medium, and performing mixed culture for bacterial colony counting. The above experiment was repeated 3 times, and the average was taken while a blank control was set. Calculating the formula: x (%) - (a-B)/ax100, wherein X is the bacteriostatic rate and a is the average number of recovered colonies of the control sample; b is the average number of recovered colonies of the test samples, and the test results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the repair cream containing fullerene has a good acne removing effect.
As can be seen from examples 1 to 3, different raw material ratios and preparation parameters of the extract can affect the acne removing effect within a certain range, wherein example 1 is the optimal ratio.
As can be seen from the comparison of the example 1 and the comparative examples 1-2, the radix stemonae extract and the folium artemisiae argyi extract have a remarkable synergistic effect in the aspect of acne removal.
Compared with the comparative example 3, the stemona japonica extract obtained by treating the stemona sessilifolia with different enzymes has different acne removing effects, and the stemona sessilifolia extract prepared by the method can obviously improve the acne removing effect.
Compared with the comparative example 4, the folium artemisiae argyi extract disclosed by the invention can obviously improve the acne removing effect, the folium artemisiae argyi extracts obtained by eluting with different eluents have different acne removing effects, and the folium artemisiae argyi extract prepared by the preparation method of the folium artemisiae argyi extract disclosed by the invention can obviously improve the acne removing effect.
In light of the foregoing description of preferred embodiments according to the invention, it is clear that many changes and modifications can be made by the person skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. The technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the contents of the specification, and must be determined according to the scope of the claims.
Claims (10)
1. The repair cream containing fullerene is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.02-0.08 part of chelating agent, 0.1-0.4 part of water-soluble fullerene, 0.1-0.5 part of bisabolol, 0.2-0.5 part of antioxidant, 0.2-0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.2-0.5 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.3-0.8 part of alpha-arbutin, 0.4-0.7 part of radix puerariae extract, 0.5-1 part of soothing agent, 0.5-1.2 parts of thickening agent, 0.8-1.5 parts of astragalus membranaceus root extract, 4-6 parts of emulsifier, 2.5-5 parts of acne-removing composition, 8-15 parts of humectant, 10-18 parts of emollient oil and 40-60 parts of deionized water.
2. The repair cream containing fullerene as claimed in claim 1, characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.04-0.08 part of chelating agent, 0.1-0.3 part of water-soluble fullerene, 0.2-0.5 part of bisabolol, 0.3-0.5 part of antioxidant, 0.3-0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.3-0.5 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.4-0.8 part of alpha-arbutin, 0.5-0.7 part of radix puerariae extract, 0.6-1 part of soothing agent, 0.6-1.2 parts of thickening agent, 1-1.5 parts of moisturizing agent, 4.5-6 parts of emulsifier, 3-5 parts of acne-removing composition, 10-15 parts of emollient oil, 12-18 parts of emollient oil and 45-60 parts of deionized water.

The repair cream containing fullerene as claimed in claim 1, characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.05 part of chelating agent, 0.2 part of water-soluble fullerene, 0.4 part of bisabolol, 0.5 part of antioxidant, 0.5 part of p-hydroxyacetophenone, 0.5 part of 1, 2-hexanediol, 0.6 part of alpha-arbutin, 0.6 part of kudzu root extract, 0.8 part of soothing agent, 1 part of thickening agent, 1.5 parts of astragalus membranaceus root extract, 5.8 parts of emulsifying agent, 4 parts of acne-removing composition, 12 parts of moisturizing agent, 15 parts of skin-moistening oil and 56.55 parts of deionized water.
4. The repair cream containing fullerene as claimed in claim 1, wherein the emollient oil is prepared from chinaroot greenbrier seed oil, jojoba oil, sunflower seed oil and camellia seed oil in a weight ratio of 3-8: 2-5: 1-4: 1 to 3.
5. The repair cream containing fullerene as claimed in claim 1, wherein the acne-removing composition is prepared from stemona root extract and artemisia argyi leaf extract according to a weight ratio of 0.5-2: 1.
6. The repair cream containing fullerene as claimed in claim 5, wherein the stemona japonica extract is prepared by a method comprising:
(1) cleaning and drying radix stemonae, and crushing to 50-100 meshes to obtain radix stemonae powder;
(2) adding 0.01-0.04 part by weight of endoglucanase, 0.01-0.05 part by weight of pectinase, 0.02-0.05 part by weight of glucoamylase and 1 part by weight of radix stemonae powder into 4-10 parts by weight of deionized water, and stirring at the rotating speed of 100-500 rpm at the temperature of 55-70 ℃ for 2-6 hours to obtain an enzymatic hydrolysate;
(3) adding the enzymolysis liquid into 60-90 wt% ethanol water, uniformly mixing to obtain a mixed liquid, placing the mixed liquid in a microwave extraction device, performing microwave treatment at the temperature of 60-75 ℃ by 400-1000W for 20-40 min, filtering by a filter screen of 300-500 meshes, and drying to obtain the stemona root extract.
7. The repair cream containing fullerene as claimed in claim 5, wherein the preparation method of the folium artemisiae argyi extract comprises:
(11) cleaning folium Artemisiae Argyi, drying, and pulverizing to 50-100 mesh to obtain folium Artemisiae Argyi powder
(12) Adding 1 part by weight of folium artemisiae argyi powder into 4-10 parts by weight of 50-80 wt% ethanol water solution, performing reflux extraction for 2-4 times, extracting for 2-3 hours each time, and combining extracting solutions to obtain folium artemisiae argyi ethanol extracting solution;
(13) uniformly mixing the folium artemisiae argyi ethanol extract with silica gel according to the weight ratio of 1: 0.5-2, loading the mixture into a chromatographic column, eluting the mixture at the speed of 0.2-0.8 ml/min by using acetone as an eluent, collecting the eluent, and drying to obtain the folium artemisiae argyi extract.

The repair cream containing fullerene as claimed in claim 1, wherein the emulsifier is composed of PEG-20 methyl glucose sesquistearate and ceteareth-21 in a weight ratio of 2-5: 1-4; the humectant is prepared from glycerol, 1, 3-butanediol and sorbitol according to a weight ratio of 4-10: 2-6: 0.5 to 2.

The repair cream containing fullerene according to claim 1, wherein the chelating agent is disodium ethylenediaminetetraacetate; the thickening agent is prepared from sclerotium rolfsii gum and carbomer 980 in a weight ratio of 1: 0.2-0.8 percent; the antioxidant is tocopherol; the soothing agent is allantoin.
10. A method for producing a repair cream containing fullerene according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the steps of:
(21) adding a chelating agent, water-soluble fullerene, a thickening agent and a soothing agent into deionized water, and uniformly dispersing to obtain a water phase;
(22) uniformly mixing an emulsifier, a humectant and emollient oil to obtain an oil phase;
(23) adding the oil phase into the water phase, uniformly stirring at the rotating speed of 200-800 rpm, homogenizing at the rotating speed of 800-2000 rpm for 5-15 min, adding bisabolol, an antioxidant, p-hydroxyacetophenone, 1, 2-hexanediol, alpha-arbutin, a radix puerariae extract, a radix astragali extract and an acne-removing composition, uniformly stirring, and cooling to obtain the repair cream containing the fullerene.
