技术领域
本发明属于防水材料制备领域,具体涉及新型环保湿固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
单组分聚氨酯防水涂料属于化学反应型防水涂料,由于聚氨酯防水涂料呈液体状态、因此有流平性好、渗透性好、可一次性喷涂,成膜后可形成橡胶状统一整体防水层,因此在建筑防水中应用广泛。
目前市场上单组分聚氨酯涂料考虑到成本问题选用的异氰酸酯原材料均为甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),不可避免带来游离TDI的污染,聚氨酯防水涂料国家标准GB/T 19250-2013中根据产品环保性分为A类和B类,A类产品要求涂料中游离TDI含量≤0.3%,B类产品要求涂料中游离TDI含量≤0.7%,实际市售多数产品,质量控制差,产品的游离TDI含量一般在1%左右,质量控制较优的企业产品一般在0.4%-0.6%,仅符合B类标准,市售仅有少量的A类产品应用,基本为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)体系不含游离TDI,也有部分企业是MDI与TDI混配体系,但A类产品因成本高,难以在市场广泛应用。
单组分聚氨酯防水涂料可分为两种固化类型,一种为湿固化型,一种为潜固化型,其中湿固化型单组分聚氨酯防水涂料固化机理为涂料中的-NCO基团与水蒸气进行化学反应,涂膜内部产生交联反应而固化成膜,其缺点为涂料与水蒸气反应固化同时产生二氧化碳气体,使得涂膜成膜后的表面、截面气孔较多,密实性差因而防水效果受到影响,潜固化型涂料固化机理为涂料中的潜固化剂遇水蒸气先水解成含有羟基和氨基的小分子,小分子进一步与涂料中-NCO基团反应交联固化成膜,优势在于解决了涂膜截面、表面反应型气泡,提高涂膜密实性,相比湿固化型单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,缺点在于,成本高15%-20%,以及因潜固化剂带来的明显刺激性气味。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明目的是提供一种新型环保湿固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,其成本低、厚涂不起泡、环保性优异气味小、游离TDI含量低仅为国标A类产品要求的1/3。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种新型环保湿固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,包含异氰酸酯2-3重量份、聚醚多元醇15-20重量份、增塑剂15-20重量份、粉料45-50重量份、低气味溶剂10-13重量份、消泡剂0.2-0.3重量份、分散剂0.5-1重量份、温和催化剂0.1-0.2重量份。
所述一种新型环保湿固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,所述的异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯。
所述一种新型环保湿固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,所述的粉料为高岭土、滑石粉、重质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙、硫酸钡中的一种或几种。

g.将增塑剂15-20重量份、粉料45-50重量份、分散剂0.5-1重量份加入行星搅拌机中,开启高速搅拌,真空条件下脱水1-2小时,真空度保持在-0.08~-0.09MPa;
h.将温度降温到50-60℃,预混料出料备用;
i.将聚醚二元醇、高活性聚醚三元醇各自真空条件下脱水1-2小时,真空度保持在-0.08~-0.09MPa,备用;
j.在反应容器中加入聚醚二元醇,逐步滴加异氰酸酯2-3重量份进行第一步聚合,80-100℃搅拌状态下,反应2小时,然后加入高活性聚醚三元醇进行第二步聚合,80-100℃搅拌状态下,反应2小时;
k.将温度降到60-80℃,加入60.5-71重量份预混料、溶剂5-10重量份、消泡剂0.2-0.3重量份、催化剂0.1-0.2重量份,搅拌0.5-1h。
l.搅拌完成后,降温至50-60℃出料。

特殊的,所述技术方案中制备步骤为,先将聚氨酯预聚体单独聚合,其中单独聚合过程是先二元聚醚与异氰酸酯先聚合反应,再添加三元聚醚进行扩链聚合,聚合完成后,预聚体再与增塑剂、填料、助剂等混合完成制备,可降低游离TDI含量。
特殊的,所述技术方案中异氰酸酯与聚醚多元醇聚合过程中,异氰酸酯加入方式为滴加。
特殊的,所述技术方案中溶剂油选用WS8温和催化剂,产品涂膜气泡更少。
特殊的,所述技术方案中溶剂油选用180#溶剂油,产品气味更低。
特殊的,所述技术方案中不添加潜固化剂,无潜固化剂带来的刺激气味。
本发明采用以上技术方案,相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明新型环保湿固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料不添加潜固化剂,成本低、厚涂不起泡、环保性优异气味小、游离TDI含量仅为国标A类产品标准要求的1/3。

a.将增塑剂、粉料、分散剂加入行星搅拌机中,开启高速搅拌,真空条件下脱水1-2小时,真空度保持在-0.08~-0.09MPa;
b.将温度降温到50-60℃,预混料出料备用;
c.将聚醚二元醇、高活性聚醚三元醇各自真空条件下脱水1-2小时,真空度保持在-0.08~-0.09MPa,备用;
d.在反应容器中加入聚醚二元醇,逐步滴加异氰酸酯进行第一步聚合,80-100℃搅拌状态下,反应2小时,然后加入高活性聚醚三元醇进行第二步聚合,80-100℃搅拌状态下,反应2小时;
e.将温度降到60-80℃,加入预混料、溶剂、消泡剂、催化剂,搅拌0.5-1h。
f.搅拌完成后,降温至50-60℃出料。

2.所述的一种新型环保湿固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料是按以下述步骤制备:
a.将增塑剂15-20重量份、粉料45-50重量份、分散剂0.5-1重量份加入行星搅拌机中,开启高速搅拌,真空条件下脱水1-2小时,真空度保持在-0.08~-0.09MPa;
b.将温度降温到50-60℃,预混料出料备用;
c.将聚醚二元醇、高活性聚醚三元醇各自真空条件下脱水1-2小时,真空度保持在-0.08~-0.09MPa,备用;
d.在反应容器中加入聚醚二元醇,逐步滴加异氰酸酯3-4重量份,进行第一步聚合,80-100℃搅拌状态下,反应2小时,然后加入高活性聚醚三元醇进行第二步聚合,80-100℃搅拌状态下,反应2小时;
e.将温度降到60-80℃,加入60.5-71重量份预混料、溶剂10-13重量份、消泡剂0.2-0.3重量份、催化剂0.1-0.2重量份,搅拌0.5-1h。
f.搅拌完成后,降温至50-60℃出料。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新型环保湿固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,所述的异氰酸酯为甲苯二异氰酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种新型环保湿固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,所述的粉料为高岭土、滑石粉、重质碳酸钙、轻质碳酸钙、硫酸钡中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种新型环保湿固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,其中所述的温和催化剂为广州优润WS8。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种新型环保湿固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,其中所述的溶剂为180#溶剂油。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种新型环保湿固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,其中所述的消泡剂为BYK065,BYK1790中的一种或两种。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种新型环保湿固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,其中所述的分散剂为BYK108,BYK-ATU中的一种或两种。
9.根据权利要求1所述一种新型环保湿固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,其中所述的聚醚多元醇包含聚醚二元醇2000、高活性聚醚多元醇330N两种。
10.根据权利要求1所述一种新型环保湿固化单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,其特征在于,其中所述的增塑剂为52#氯化石蜡、DOP、DINP中的一种或多种。
