The invention discloses a channel type front garbage hopper and a working method thereof, which realize pollution-free discharging of a rear-mounted compression truck. The garbage can turnover mechanism comprises a portal frame, a rectangular turnover frame, a hopper, a turnover oil cylinder and a walking oil cylinder, wherein a channel for compressing a garbage can is arranged below the portal frame; the hopper is provided with a movable pulley which is supported and matched on a longitudinal beam of the rectangular turnover frame, the hopper is provided with a hopper cylinder seat, the cylinder body end of the walking cylinder is connected to the rectangular turnover frame, and the piston rod end of the lifting cylinder is connected to the hopper cylinder seat, so that a mechanism for driving the hopper to longitudinally move along the rectangular turnover frame is formed.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of feeding of hoppers of a garbage compression station, in particular to a channel type front garbage hopper and a working method thereof.
Background
The garbage hopper is a device for conveying garbage at a low position to a high position through a mechanical transmission device of the hopper and discharging the garbage into a compressor. The currently adopted method is as follows: (1) The rear door of the rear-loading compression vehicle is opened, the vehicle is backed to enter the hopper, under the command of personnel, a part of the vehicle is backed, the vehicle leaves the hopper, the hopper is loaded, and the rear-loading compression vehicle is unloaded through multiple cycles. (2) The two-layer platform is adopted for unloading, garbage is directly unloaded into the compressor by virtue of gravity, but a ramp of the upper two-layer platform needs to be repaired for the vehicle, and although the unloading problem of the rear-mounted compression vehicle can be solved by adopting the two methods, the following adverse factors exist:
(1) The material can enter the hopper after the rear discharging door is opened, so that when the rear door is opened, part of garbage and sewage fall into the ground of a garbage station operation field to pollute the environment.
(2) Because the garbage hopper has small capacity and needs to unload for multiple times, the vehicle can be moved back and forth when the back door is opened all the time, and the fuel consumption of the vehicle and the further pollution to the ground are increased.
(3) The multiple unloading operation reduces the unloading efficiency of the collecting vehicle, and influences the unloading of the vehicles behind to cause the crowding and queuing in the station.
(4) Although the unloading effect of the second-layer platform on the ramp is good, the occupied area for repairing the ramp is large, the civil engineering cost for repairing the second-layer platform is high, the fuel consumption is high when the garbage truck is used for repairing the second-layer platform, the pollution is large, and the problem that the electric truck is used for climbing the ramp is more severe if the electric garbage truck is popularized and used in future.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a channel type preposed garbage hopper and a working method thereof, so that pollution-free discharging of a rear-mounted compression truck is realized, and meanwhile, a discharging area and a transferring area are in the same place, so that the occupied area of a garbage station is greatly reduced.
