Abstract
本发明公开了一种调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂,包括以下按重量份数配比的原料:人参茎叶9份‑38份,黄芪2份‑17份,当归身3份‑21份,党参6份‑25份,钟乳石20份‑32份,猪蹄甲16份‑20份,奶浆果32份‑38份,女娄菜12份‑17份,催乳藤15份‑21份,毛车藤8份‑10份,熟地黄8份‑12份,桑椹9份‑13份,天门冬6份‑9份,绿豆36份‑42份,蒲公英26份‑40份,穿心莲40份‑48份,大枣12份‑34份,生姜8份‑12份。本发明还公开了一种调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂的制备方法。本发明制备得到的中药复方添加剂能提高哺乳母猪的采食量,还能提高哺乳母猪的放乳持续时间与泌乳量、丰富乳汁的营养成分。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及饲料添加剂领域,具体涉及到调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在目前的母畜养殖过程中,母畜的生产能力是限制母畜养殖规模的重要因素,同时母畜的泌乳质量也会直接影响仔畜生长性能与成活率。随着养殖业集约化,哺乳期母畜(尤其是体弱、初产、老龄)发生泌乳量低、甚至无乳的情况增多,给养殖户造成了巨大的经济损失。如何有效提高母畜采食量、增强母畜体质、促进泌乳是养殖生产中备受关注的问题。
母畜产后乳汁不下与其营养不良、体质虚弱等因素相关,因此补充蛋白质等营养物质、调节机能至关重要。传统中医药在调节母畜产后机能方面具有更明显的优势。
现有技术中,母畜在产后泌乳时存在泌乳量不足以及放乳持续时间短、母畜产后体质虚弱的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂及其制备方法,用于解决现有技术中母畜在产后泌乳时存在泌乳量不足以及放乳持续时间短、母畜产后体质虚弱的技术问题。
为达上述目的,本发明的一个实施例中提供了一种调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂,包括以下按重量份数配比的原料:
人参茎叶9份-38份,黄芪2份-17份,当归身3份-21份,
党参6份-25份,钟乳石20份-32份,猪蹄甲16份-20份,
奶浆果32份-38份,女娄菜12份-17份,催乳藤15份-21份,
毛车藤8份-10份,熟地黄8份-12份,桑椹9份-13份,
天门冬6份-9份,绿豆36份-42份,蒲公英26份-40份,
穿心莲40份-48份,大枣12份-34份,生姜8份-12份。
本发明优选的方案之一,中药复方添加剂包括以下按重量份数配比的原料:
人参茎叶11份-16份,黄芪4份-12份,当归身8份-9份,
党参9份-14份,钟乳石22份-29份,猪蹄甲16份-19份,
奶浆果34份-38份,女娄菜13份-16份,催乳藤17份-20份,
毛车藤8份-9份,熟地黄10份-12份,桑椹9份-12份,

基于本发明公开了一种调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂,本发明还公开了一种调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):将人参茎叶、黄芪以及穿心莲进行醇提,醇提后滤过,得到醇提浓缩液;
步骤(2):将猪蹄甲灭菌、干燥后与钟乳石混合粉碎,再加水进行煎煮,煎煮后滤过,滤液离心,得到猪蹄甲与钟乳石提取液;
步骤(3):将步骤(1)中醇提后的药渣以及步骤(2)中煎煮后的药渣加入至剩余原料中加水煎煮,煎煮后滤过,滤液离心,离心后得到的提取液与步骤(2)中得到的猪蹄甲与钟乳石提取液混合,浓缩,得到水提浓缩液;
步骤(4):取步骤(1)醇提浓缩液、步骤(3)水提浓缩液,加入辅料,混合均匀,经干燥、粉碎、混合、制粒、再混合、分装后得到中药复方添加剂。
本发明优选的方案之一,步骤(1)中醇提用的为质量分数为70%的乙醇,并且加热回流提取2次。
本发明优选的方案之一,步骤(2)中煎煮为高温高压煎煮,其中煎煮的压力为0.14Mpa-0.22Mpa,煎煮时间为2h-3h。
本发明优选的方案之一,步骤(2)中煎煮的压力为0.18Mpa,煎煮的时间为2.5h。
本发明优选的方案之一,步骤(3)中加水煎煮为3次加水煎煮。
本发明优选的方案之一,步骤(4)中辅料为麦芽糊精、糊精、胶态二氧化硅以及可溶性淀粉中的至少一种,并且步骤(4)中制粒为干法制粒。
本发明优选的方案之一,步骤(4)中辅料为麦芽糊精与可溶性淀粉的混合物,其中麦芽糊精和可溶性淀粉的质量比为1:0.7-7.5。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明制备所得的中药复方添加剂能增加哺乳母畜的采食量,其还能显著提高母畜产后放乳持续时间、泌乳量以及丰富乳汁的营养成分,进而提高仔猪的生长性能,降低母猪产后并发症的发生率。
2、药理试验结果表明,本发明制备所得的中药复方添加剂对溴隐亭所致雌性大鼠产后缺乳具有明显治疗作用,显著提高血清催乳素(PRL)水平、乳腺重量。
3、本发明制备所得的中药复方添加剂,其中药复方添加剂中的人参茎叶、黄芪、党参补气;当归身、熟地黄、桑椹、天门冬滋阴生津养血;钟乳石、猪蹄甲、奶浆果、女娄菜、催乳藤、毛车藤通络下乳;佐以绿豆、蒲公英、穿心莲清热解毒;使以枣、姜调和脾胃,以资化源;诸药相配,共凑益气养血,疏经通络。气血充足,乳脉通畅,则乳汁得化。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂,包括以下按重量份数配比的原料:人参茎叶10份,黄芪8份,当归身6份,党参7份,钟乳石21份,猪蹄甲18份,奶浆果33份,女娄菜14份,催乳藤16份,毛车藤9份,熟地黄9份,桑椹11份,天门冬7份,绿豆37份,蒲公英28份,穿心莲47份,大枣18份,生姜10份。
一种调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):将人参茎叶、黄芪以及穿心莲用70%的乙醇加热回流2次,醇提后滤过,得到醇提浓缩液,醇提完成后进行醇回收;
步骤(2):将猪蹄甲灭菌、干燥后与钟乳石混合粉碎,再加水,在压力0.18Mpa、温度113℃的条件下煎煮2.5h,煎煮后滤过,滤过后的滤液进行离心处理,得到猪蹄甲与钟乳石提取液;
步骤(3):将步骤(1)中醇提后的药渣以及步骤(2)中煎煮后的药渣加入至剩余原料中加水煎煮3次,煎煮后滤过,滤过后的滤液进行离心处理,离心后得到的提取液与步骤(2)中得到的猪蹄甲与钟乳石提取液混合,浓缩,得到水提浓缩液;

步骤(4):取步骤(1)醇提浓缩液、步骤(3)水提浓缩液,加入辅料,混合均匀,经干燥、粉碎、混合、制粒、再混合、分装后得到中药复方添加剂,其中辅料为麦芽糊精与可溶性淀粉的混合物,并且麦芽糊精和可溶性淀粉的质量比为1:1。

一种调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂,包括以下按重量份数配比的原料:人参茎叶11份,黄芪12份,当归身8份,党参9份,钟乳石29份,猪蹄甲16份,奶浆果34份,女娄菜16份,催乳藤17份,毛车藤8份,熟地黄10份,桑椹12份,天门冬7份,绿豆37份,蒲公英29份,穿心莲46份,大枣29份,生姜9份。

步骤(1):将人参茎叶、黄芪以及穿心莲用70%的乙醇加热回流2次,醇提后滤过,得到醇提浓缩液;
步骤(2):将猪蹄甲灭菌、干燥后与钟乳石混合粉碎,再加水,在压力0.16Mpa、温度113℃的条件下煎煮2.5h,煎煮后滤过,得到猪蹄甲与钟乳石提取液;
步骤(3):将步骤(1)中醇提后的药渣以及步骤(2)中煎煮后的药渣加入至剩余原料中加水煎煮3次,煎煮后滤过,滤过后的滤液进行离心处理,离心后得到的提取液与步骤(2)中得到的猪蹄甲与钟乳石提取液混合,浓缩,得到水提浓缩液;
步骤(4):取步骤(1)醇提浓缩液、步骤(3)水提浓缩液,加入辅料,混合均匀,经干燥、粉碎、混合、制粒、再混合、分装后得到中药复方添加剂,其中辅料为麦芽糊精与可溶性淀粉的混合物,并且麦芽糊精和可溶性淀粉的质量比为1:5。
设置1个对比例,对比例1:不含中药复方添加剂。
试验检测
试验1:在四川省某猪场试验,选择胎次、体重、体况、预产期相近的长白妊娠母猪132头,随机分为6组,每组各22头,分别为对比例1组和实施例1-5组。饲喂周期自母猪分娩次日开始,直至第21天仔猪断奶为止。实施例1-5组给予相同的基础饲粮,并加入1%中药复方添加剂,与基础饲粮混匀后喂食。对比例1组仅给予相同的基础饲粮,不喂食中药复方添加剂。数据采用统计分析软件SPSS22.0处理,单因素方差分析,采用Duncan氏法进行多重比较,P<0.05认为差异具有有统计学意义。试验结果如下:
(1)采食量测定
记录母猪哺乳期每天的投料量和剩余料量,计算母猪产后一周内和整个哺乳期的平均日采食量,结果如表1所示。

由表1可知:与对比例1组比较,实施例1-5组均能提高母猪产后一周、整个哺乳期的平均日采食量。
(2)放乳持续时间、泌乳量的测定
每天记录母猪授乳次数,并在4h、8h、12h、16h、20h、24h测定一次泌乳量和放乳时间。每天6次泌乳量的平均值乘以全天的授乳次数作为当日的泌乳总量,结果如表2所示。

由表2可知:与对比例1组比较,实施例1-5组的母猪哺乳期平均放乳持续时间以及母猪哺乳期的平均日泌乳量均高于对比例1组的,并且两数值之间具备显著变化,因此本发明制备所得的中药复方添加剂能提高哺乳母猪的放乳持续时间与泌乳量。
(3)乳汁营养成分的测定
蛋白质与脂肪含量测定分别采用微量定氮法、索氏抽取法,Teles比色法测定乳糖的含量,结果如表3所示。

由表3可知:与对比例1组比较,实施例1-5组的常乳中的脂肪、乳糖、蛋白质含量均高于对比例1组。因此表明本发明制备的中药复方添加剂不仅能提高母畜的泌乳量,而且还能丰富乳汁的营养成分。
(4)哺乳仔猪生长性能
仔猪在21天断奶时,称量其体重,并记录健康仔猪的数量,计算断奶健康仔猪的数量与平均日增重,结果如表4所示。

由表4可知:与对比例1组比较,实施例1-5组均能增加断奶仔猪的健康率与平均日增重,并且相对于对比例1组,实施例1-5组的断奶仔猪的健康率与平均日增重均有显著提高。因此本发明制备所得的中药复方添加剂能提高断奶仔猪的健康率与平均日增重。
(5)母猪产后并发症
在仔猪21天奶时,记录记录每组哺乳母猪有效乳头数量及发生乳房炎的阳性乳头数量,计算乳房炎的发生率,结果如表5所示。

由表5可知:与对比例1组比较,实施例1-5组哺乳母猪的乳房炎发生率均下降,因此本发明制备所得的中药复方添加剂能有效降低母猪产后的并发症。
试验2:将未经产SD雌鼠和雄鼠按照3:1比例自然配种,分娩后随机将雌鼠分成3组,每组12只,分别为空白对照组、模型组、实施例1组。灌胃给药,空白对照组给予等体积生理盐水,连续给药7天。其余组大鼠在产后第2天起,按每天10mg/kg灌胃0.05mg/ml溴隐亭溶液,连续7天。在给药后第8天,眼眶取血2ml,全血37℃恒温水浴2h,离心(3500rpm、15min),分离血清,采用酶联免疫法测定催乳素。对各组雌鼠的乳腺重量进行分析,结果如表6所示。

由表6可知:与空白对照组比较,模型组的催乳素(PRL)、乳腺重量降低水平具有统计学意义(P<0.05),说明产后大鼠缺乳模型造模成功。与模型组比较,实施例1组催乳素(PRL)、乳腺重量的增加量具有显著性差异(P<0.05),因此试验表明,实施例1组能提高血清催乳素水平、增加乳腺重量。因此,本发明制备所得的中药复方添加剂对溴隐亭所致雌性大鼠产后缺乳具有明显治疗作用,显著提高血清催乳素(PRL)水平和乳腺重量。
综上所述,本发明制备所得的中药复方添加剂能提高哺乳母猪的采食量,还能提高哺乳母猪的放乳持续时间与泌乳量、丰富乳汁的营养成分,还兼具提高断奶仔猪的健康率与平均日增重以及有效降低母猪产后的并发症的功效。

1.一种调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份数配比的原料:
人参茎叶9份-38份,黄芪2份-17份,当归身3份-21份,
党参6份-25份,钟乳石20份-32份,猪蹄甲16份-20份,
奶浆果32份-38份,女娄菜12份-17份,催乳藤15份-21份,
毛车藤8份-10份,熟地黄8份-12份,桑椹9份-13份,

人参茎叶11份-16份,黄芪4份-12份,当归身8份-9份,
党参9份-14份,钟乳石22份-29份,猪蹄甲16份-19份,
奶浆果34份-38份,女娄菜13份-16份,催乳藤17份-20份,
毛车藤8份-9份,熟地黄10份-12份,桑椹9份-12份,
天门冬7份-9份,绿豆37份-41份,蒲公英29份-35份,
穿心莲43份-48份,大枣18份-29份,生姜9份-11份。
3.一种调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤(1):将人参茎叶、黄芪以及穿心莲进行醇提,醇提后滤过,得到醇提浓缩液;
步骤(2):将猪蹄甲灭菌、干燥后与钟乳石混合粉碎,再加水进行煎煮,煎煮后滤过,滤液离心,得到猪蹄甲与钟乳石提取液;
步骤(3):将步骤(1)中醇提后的药渣以及步骤(2)中煎煮后的药渣加入至剩余原料中加水煎煮,煎煮后滤过,滤液离心,离心后得到的提取液与步骤(2)中得到的猪蹄甲与钟乳石提取液混合,浓缩,得到水提浓缩液;
步骤(4):取步骤(1)醇提浓缩液、步骤(3)水提浓缩液,加入辅料,混合均匀,经干燥、粉碎、混合、制粒、再混合、分装后得到中药复方添加剂。
4.如权利要求3所述的调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中醇提用的为质量分数为70%的乙醇,并且加热回流提取2次,醇提完成后进行醇回收。
5.如权利要求3所述的调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中煎煮为高温高压煎煮,其中煎煮的压力为0.14Mpa-0.22Mpa,煎煮时间为2h-3h。
6.如权利要求5所述的调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中煎煮的压力为0.18Mpa,煎煮的时间为2.5h。
7.如权利要求3所述的调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中加水煎煮为3次加水煎煮。
8.如权利要求3所述的调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中辅料为麦芽糊精、糊精、胶态二氧化硅以及可溶性淀粉中的至少一种,并且步骤(4)中制粒为干法制粒。
9.如权利要求8所述的调节母畜产后泌乳功能的中药复方添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中辅料为麦芽糊精与可溶性淀粉的混合物,其中麦芽糊精和可溶性淀粉的质量比为1:0.7-7.5。
