Abstract
本发明公开了一种含黄芩提取物的天然植物祛痘组合物及其制备方法,天然植物祛痘组合物包括如下按质量份计的组份:组份A,包括:1,3‑丁二醇、丙二醇、羟乙基纤维素、羟苯甲酯、尿囊素;组份B,去离子水;组份C,包括:5%卡波姆分散液,聚山梨醇酯‑20,酵母多糖类提取物;组份D,包括:烟酰胺,尿素,蔓荆果提取液,黄芩根提取物;组份E,包括:甘油、甜茶叶提取液、苯氧乙醇。该祛痘组合物解决黄芩苷在祛痘产品中溶解度低,易析出,易光照、氧化变色的问题,祛痘效果好,形成的凝胶稳定性及透明度高。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及祛痘化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种含黄芩提取物的天然植物祛痘组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有祛痘产品开发时,黄芩苷由于具有离子性,水溶性极差,且易光照、氧化变色的问题,很难做成透明稳定凝胶产品,而使用其他祛痘原料,如水杨酸、果酸等,则祛痘效果差,且刺激性强,安全性有局限。
因此我们设计了抗氧化体系来解决黄芩苷变色问题,并且设计了增稠体系来解决凝胶稳定性问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的上述缺陷,提供一种含黄芩提取物的天然植物祛痘啫喱及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过采取如下技术方案达到:
一种含黄芩提取物的天然植物祛痘组合物,所述天然植物祛痘组合物包括如下按质量份计的组份:
组份A:1,3-丁二醇:3-10份;丙二醇:1-5份;羟乙基纤维素:0.1-1份;尿囊素:0.1-0.2份;
组份B:去离子水:余量;
组份C:5%卡波分散液:10-20份;酵母多糖类提取物:1-5份;
组份D:烟酰胺:0.5-5份;尿素:0.1-3份;蔓荆果提取液0.5-3份;黄芩根提取物:0.2-3份;
组份E:甘油:1-5份;甜茶叶提取液:0.5-2份;苯氧乙醇:0.1-1份。
进一步地,所述天然植物祛痘组合物包括如下按质量份计的组份:
组份A:1,3-丁二醇:2-8份;丙二醇:1-4份;羟乙基纤维素:0.1-0.5份;尿囊素:0.15-0.3份;
组份B:去离子水:余量;
组份C:5%卡波分散液:5-17份;酵母多糖类提取物:1-3份;
组份D:烟酰胺:0.2-3份;尿素:0.5-2份;蔓荆果提取液0.7-2.8份;黄芩根提取物:0.1-2.4份;
组份E:甘油:2-8份;甜茶叶提取液:0.3-1.9份;苯氧乙醇:0.1-0.5份。
进一步地,所述天然植物祛痘组合物包括如下按质量份计的组份:
组份A:1,3-丁二醇:2-7份;丙二醇:2-3份;羟乙基纤维素:0.2-0.7份;尿囊素:0.15-0.3份;
组份B:去离子水:余量;
组份C:5%卡波分散液:12-18份;酵母多糖类提取物:2-4份;
组份D:烟酰胺:0.3-4份;尿素:0.2-1.5份;蔓荆果提取液0.5-2.6份;黄芩根提取物:0.5-2.0份;
组份E:甘油:3-7份;甜茶叶提取液:0.5-3份;苯氧乙醇:0.3-0.7份。
进一步地,所述黄芩根提取物中黄芩苷含量80%,蔓荆果提取液中蔓荆子黄素含量26%。
黄芩根提取物为双子叶植物唇形科Labiatae黄芩Scutellaria baicalensisGeorgi的干燥根提取得到的植物黄酮,所述黄芩根提取物主要成分为黄芩苷,分子式为C21H18O11,几乎不溶于水,在碱性溶液中溶解,但不稳定,渐变暗棕色。
黄芩苷具有显著的生物活性,有抑菌、利尿、抗炎、抗变态反应的作用,同时还能吸收紫外线,清除氧自由基,抑制黑色素的生成,因此常用在抗敏、祛痘等功效型化妆品。
蔓荆果提取液为马球鞭草科植物单叶蔓荆或蔓荆的果实提取得到,含蔓荆子黄素26%。蔓荆子黄素分子式为C19H18O8,易溶于水,溶于水后为深棕色,具有强抗氧化能力,并对200-400nm紫外线有良好的吸收,因此可以延缓黄芩苷被氧化变色,以及见光变色。
进一步地,所述5%卡波分散液为卡波姆940,羟乙基纤维素为羟乙基纤维素HHR250。
黄芩苷有离子性,化妆品常用的卡波姆、CM等增稠剂无法稳定增稠,5%卡波姆940分散液比例为5-20份,羟乙基纤维素HHR250比例为0.1-0.8份,卡波姆940在水中形成立体网状结构,在羟乙基纤维素存在的情况下具有更强的耐离子性,利于含黄芩苷的凝胶形成和稳定。
本发明相对于现有技术具有如下的优点及效果:
1.黄芩苷具有具有显著的生物活性,有抑菌、利尿、抗炎、抗敏和祛痘作用,添加量达到一定浓度以后,形成的凝胶对痤疮丙酸杆菌抑制效果显著(>90%的抑制率),因此祛痘快,刺激性低,安全性好。
2.蔓荆果提取液中的蔓荆子黄素具有强抗氧化和吸收紫外线(200-400nm)的作用,因此做为黄芩苷的光保护剂和抗氧化剂,延缓黄芩苷氧化和光照变色,保证凝胶的颜色稳定。
3.特定浓度的卡波姆940、羟乙基纤维素HHR250能够解决其他增稠剂不耐离子的问题,能形成稳定的立体网状结构,利于黄芩苷的溶解和稳定形成透明凝胶。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种含黄芩提取物的天然植物祛痘组合物及其制备方法,其中,天然植物祛痘组合物包括如下按质量份计的组份:
组份A,包括:
组份B,包括:
去离子水 余量;
组份C,包括:
5%卡波姆分散液 15质量份;
聚山梨醇酯-20 0.25质量份;
酵母多糖类提取物 2质量份;
组份D,包括:
组份E,包括:
甘油 4质量份;
甜茶叶提取液 0.7质量份;
苯氧乙醇 0.5质量份。
其中,黄芩根提取物中黄芩苷含量80%、烟酰胺含量100%,蔓荆果提取液中蔓荆子黄素含量26%、尿素含量100%。
天然植物祛痘组合物的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
组份E溶液:将组份E引入50ml装烧杯中高速搅拌至物料溶解均匀后得到组份E溶液,密闭静置待用;
将组份A引入1000ml装烧杯中,高速搅拌至物料混合均匀后,在高速分散搅拌下将组份B加入,加完后在密闭状态下加热至73℃-75℃恒温搅拌10min,然后在高速分散搅拌下将组份C按顺序逐个加入,加完后在密闭状态下加热至70℃-72℃恒温搅拌30min,继而在高速分散搅拌下将组份D按顺序逐个加入,加完后在密闭状态下加热至70℃-72℃恒温搅拌10min,然后离开水浴锅,并在密闭状态和中速搅拌下进行循环冷却降温,待温度降至43℃-45℃时,在高速分散搅拌下将组份E溶液和适量损耗水加入,加入后在密闭状态和中速搅拌下进行自然冷却降温,待温度降至40℃-42℃时,密闭静置降温,24h后,进行各项稳定性测试和微生物检验。
实施例2:
本实施例提供另一种含黄芩提取物的天然植物祛痘组合物及其制备方法,其中,天然植物祛痘组合物包括如下按质量份计的组份:
组份A,包括:

天然植物祛痘组合物的制备方法,包括以下具体步骤:
组份E溶液:将组份E引入50ml装烧杯中高速搅拌至物料溶解均匀后得到组份E溶液,密闭静置待用;

实施例4
对比上述实施例1、实施例2与实施例3,其区别仅在于:黄芩根提取物添加量分别为0.5质量份、1质量份与2质量份。
根据GB 15979-2002《一次性使用卫生用品卫生标准》附录C4“溶出性抗(抑)菌产品抑菌性能试验方法”和QB/T 2738-2012《日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》,分别针对引起青春痘的主要致病菌-金黄色葡萄球菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌对样品进行抑菌性能测试。
测试结果为:上述含黄芩提取物的天然植物祛痘组合物(黄芩根提取物添加量为0.5-2.0质量份)对金黄色葡萄球菌有较强抑菌作用;上述发明专利的祛痘啫喱(黄芩根提取物添加量为0.5~2.0质量份)对痤疮丙酸杆菌有较强抑菌作用。
从表1和表2可得出,本发明公开的含黄芩提取物的天然植物祛痘组合物及其制备方法,采用卡波+纤维素增稠体系,解决黄芩苷在祛痘产品中应用易析出的问题,得到的天然植物祛痘啫喱祛痘效果好,实用性强。
一、金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌性能试验,试验方法如下:
1.试验条件如下:
(1)菌种:金黄色葡萄球菌
(2)培养基:营养琼脂培养基(环凯生物)
(3)培养条件:35±2℃,48h
(4)溶液及对照:阴性对照(Control):生理盐水
(5)测试样品:实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中制备得到的祛痘组合物。
2.试验方法如下:
(1)增菌培养,将10μL甘油菌滴加至营养琼脂培养基表面,用三角棒均匀涂布,于36±1℃培养箱培养24h。
(2)接种,将上述24h培养物用PBS洗下,制成菌悬液(要求:用100μL滴于5mL样液,回收菌数为1×104~1×109cfu/mL)。
(3)样品配置,分别称取实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中制备得到的祛痘组合物1.0g待测。
(4)加样,分别往受试样中滴加100μL菌悬液,均匀混合,作用2、5、10、20min。取样0.5mL,投入含5mL无菌生理盐水的试管作10倍稀释,制成10、100,1000倍样液。分别取0.5mL置于两个平皿,倒入50℃的营养琼脂培养基均匀,待琼脂凝固后翻转平板,于35±2℃培养箱中培养48h,作活菌计数。按式(C1)计算抑菌率:

式中,X1—抑菌率,%;A—对照样品平均菌落数;B—被测样品平均菌落数。
(5)评价标准:
表1.金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌性能试验结果(n=3)
如表1所示,本发明三个实施例的祛痘组合物对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌率≥90%,有较强抑菌作用。
二、痤疮丙酸杆菌抑菌性能试验,试验方法如下:
1.试验条件如下:
(1)菌种:痤疮丙酸杆菌
(2)培养基:增强梭菌培养基(青岛海博)
(3)培养条件:厌氧,35±2℃,72h
(4)溶液及对照:阴性对照(Control):生理盐水
(5)测试样品:实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中制备得到的祛痘组合物。
2.试验方法如下:
(1)增菌培养,取半滴甘油菌加入增强梭菌液体培养基,于35±2℃培养箱中厌氧培养72h。
(3)样品配置,取实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中制备得到的祛痘组合物1.0g待测。
(4)加样,吸取1.5mL基底培养液至5mL试管,加入三种待测样品,制成基底培养液,置35±2℃培养箱中厌氧培养72h,测量吸光度并计算抑菌率。
按式(C2)计算抑菌率:
X2=(Ⅰ-Ⅱ)/Ⅰ×100% (C2)
式中,X2—抑菌率,Ⅰ一对照样品平均菌落数,Ⅱ—被测样品平均菌落数。
(5)评价标准:
抑菌率≥50~90%,产品有抑菌作用;抑菌率≥90%,产品有较强抑菌作用。

如表2如示,上述实施例1、2和3的祛痘组合物对对座疮丙酸杆菌抑菌率≥90%,有较强抑菌作用。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种含黄芩提取物的天然植物祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述天然植物祛痘组合物包括如下按质量份计的组份:
组份A,包括:1,3-丁二醇、6质量份,丙二醇、2质量份,羟乙基纤维素HHR-250、0.1-0.8质量份,羟苯甲酯、0.1质量份,尿囊素、0.15质量份;
组份B,包括:去离子水、余量;
组份C,包括:5%卡波940分散液、5-20质量份,聚山梨醇酯-20、0.25质量份,酵母多糖类提取物、2质量份;
组份D,包括:烟酰胺、2质量份,尿素、0.5质量份,蔓荆果提取液、0.5-3质量份,黄芩根提取物、0.5-2.0质量份;
组份E,包括:甘油、4质量份,甜茶叶提取液、0.7质量份,苯氧乙醇、0.5质量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含黄芩提取物的天然植物祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述黄芩根提取物中黄芩苷含量80%,烟酰胺含量100%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含黄芩提取物的天然植物祛痘组合物,其特征在于,所述蔓荆果提取液中蔓荆子黄素含量26%,尿素含量100%。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的一种含黄芩提取物的天然植物祛痘组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下具体步骤:
将组份E引入50ml装烧杯中高速搅拌至物料溶解均匀后得到组份E溶液,密闭静置待用;
将组份A引入1000ml装烧杯中,高速搅拌至物料混合均匀后,在高速分散搅拌下将组份B加入,加完后在密闭状态下加热至68-72℃恒温搅拌8-12min,然后在高速分散搅拌下将组份C按顺序逐个加入,加完后在密闭状态下加热至68-72℃恒温搅拌28-32min,继而在高速分散搅拌下将组份D按顺序逐个加入,加完后在密闭状态下加热至68-72℃恒温搅拌8-12min,然后离开水浴锅,并在密闭状态和中速搅拌下进行循环冷却降温,待温度降至42-48℃时,在高速分散搅拌下将组份E溶液和适量损耗水加入,加入后在密闭状态和中速搅拌下进行自然冷却降温,待温度降至38-42℃时,密闭静置降温,22-24h后,制备得到天然植物祛痘组合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种含黄芩提取物的天然植物祛痘组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,在高速分散搅拌下将组份C按15质量份的5%卡波940分散液、0.25质量份的聚山梨醇酯-20、2质量份的酵母多糖类提取物的顺序逐个加入。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种含黄芩提取物的天然植物祛痘组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,在高速分散搅拌下将组份D按2质量份的烟酰胺、0.5质量份的尿素、2.5质量份的蔓荆果提取液、1.0质量份的黄芩根提取物的顺序逐个加入。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种含黄芩提取物的天然植物祛痘组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述高速分散搅拌的转速为500r/min;所述中速搅拌的转速为200r/min。
