Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of skin care products, in particular to a seabuckthorn anti-aging composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Skin aging means progressive functional and organic degenerative changes over time, and macroscopically manifested as dry face, dandruff, dryness, sagging, wrinkles, color spots, and the like. With the improvement of the skin care consciousness of people, people pay more and more attention to finding a method for resisting aging, and anti-aging cosmetics are more and more favored. The cosmetics containing natural active ingredients have good efficacy, small side effect and higher safety, and the research and development of the natural active ingredients applied to the cosmetics become an important link for sustainable development of the cosmetic industry.
The flavonoids (flavanoids) are phenolic compounds widely existing in various natural plants, have wide pharmacological activity and remarkable anti-oxidation and anti-aging effects. The seabuckthorn fruit contains rich seabuckthorn flavone which has the functions of removing free radicals, resisting oxidation, reducing the oxidative damage of organism tissues and inhibiting apoptosis so as to resist aging. The anti-aging effect of sea buckthorn is of great concern, various related researches are in endlessly, and various related health care products and food and beverage are continuously developed to respond to the market demands. However, the seabuckthorn facial cream is not well developed, and although the existing seabuckthorn facial cream is proved to have good skin care effect through efficacy verification, the formula is old, the skin feel is poor, and the requirements of modern people on facial cream cosmetics are not met. The seabuckthorn anti-aging composition disclosed by the invention is strong in efficacy, high in safety, good in skin feel and appearance and high in stability, and more conforms to the concept of modern cosmetics.

The components of the seabuckthorn anti-aging composition and the effect profile thereof are as follows:
the hydroxyl radical is the most active and most toxic radical, can react with any molecule in living cells to trigger histiocytosis, cause various diseases and body aging, and has very high reaction speed. The flavonoid antioxidation is to interrupt the chain reaction by forming resonance stable half-roll type free radicals through the reaction of phenolic hydroxyl and free radicals; in the redox reaction in organisms, approximately 2% -5% of oxygen can generate superoxide anion free radicals which are the free radicals with the longest life in organisms, and the superoxide anion free radicals are generally used as initiators of free radical chain reaction to generate hydroxyl free radicals with stronger activity, so that the organisms are further harmed, and the research shows that the surface seabuckthorn flavone also has strong inhibition effect on the superoxide anion free radicals. By inhibiting the two free radicals, the seabuckthorn flavone shows good anti-aging effect when being applied to cosmetics.
The jojoba oil has good skin-friendly property and strong skin penetration capability, can quickly penetrate from the stratum corneum to the dermis, and can increase the elasticity of the skin by 37% after about 30 minutes. The jojoba oil has good moisture retention, can form a stable lipid layer on skin when added into skin care products, greatly reduces the evaporation loss of skin moisture, and can effectively reduce wrinkles of facial skin through the test determination of moisture retention efficiency. The jojoba oil contains abundant monounsaturated fatty acid, vitamin A, B, E, and various phenolic antioxidant substances, and can resist the generation of facial fine wrinkles and prevent skin aging.
Experiments show that: the pomegranate seed oil with the content of 0.5-4 mg/mL has remarkable scavenging capacity for superoxide anion free radicals, and the scavenging capacity for the free radicals is improved along with the increase of the content of the pomegranate seed oil; and it has protective effect on DNA and protein, and the damage of DNA and protein is macroscopically expressed on human body as various diseases or body aging. The addition of pomegranate seed oil can improve the vitality of facial skin and resist aging.
The tea seed oil belongs to one of natural oil, has high moisturizing degree and thick skin feel, has the greatest effect of improving skin texture except the moisturizing effect, and can effectively relieve skin aging, improve fine wrinkles and other phenomena by compounding the rose oil and some anti-aging and wrinkle-removing components. The anti-aging functional components are mutually cooperated, so that the anti-aging function of the cream is enhanced, the skin can be deeply moistened, the water is locked and the moisture is kept, the penetration is promoted, and meanwhile, the slight fruity fragrance is added, so that the product is more easily accepted.
