Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a sterilization spray suitable for infant clothes, and belongs to the technical field of sterilization sprays.
Background
At present, a large number of spray type products such as daily cleaning products air fresheners, disinfectants, air purifiers and the like sold on the market are produced by adopting industrial chemical raw materials, and certain side effects can be brought to human body and environment protection in the production process and the use process.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a sterilizing spray suitable for infant clothes, so as to solve the problems in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a degerming spray suitable for clothes of infants and children is composed of the following raw materials: water, methyl propylene glycol, isopropyl methyl phenol, nonyl phenol polyether-14, PEG-50 hydrogenated castor oil, menthol, EDTA disodium, glycerol, a chlorophytum comosum extracting solution, an aloe extracting solution, fendorin and sodium alginate.
Furthermore, m-methyl phenol, fuming sulfuric acid and isopropanol are used as raw materials, and the raw materials are subjected to sulfonation and alkylation to prepare isopropyl methyl phenol.
Further, utilizing the property that citronellal is easy to cyclize into isopulegol, dextrorotation citronellal is cyclized into levorotation isopulegol by silica gel, levorotation isopulegol is separated out, and menthol in the raw material is generated by hydrogenation.
Further, epichlorohydrin is hydrolyzed in an aqueous solution of 10% sodium hydroxide and 1% sodium carbonate at 150 ℃ under a carbon dioxide pressure of 1.37MPa to produce a sodium chloride-containing glycerin aqueous solution having a glycerin content of 5-20%, and the glycerin in the raw material is obtained by concentration, desalination and distillation.
Further, the aloe in the aloe extract is an aloe arborescens, and is extracted by using McAalley and Coats cold treatment method, namely, aloe leaves are cleaned and peeled, ground into pulp, removed with cellulose, precipitated with alcohol, centrifugally filtered, freeze-dried, and finally prepared into the aloe extract in the raw materials.
Further, the feed additive is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 80-92 parts of water, 3-5 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 15-18 parts of isopropyl methyl phenol, 2-4 parts of nonylphenol polyether-14, 3-5 parts of PEG-50 hydrogenated castor oil, 2-4 parts of menthol, 1-2 parts of EDTA disodium, 3-5 parts of glycerol, 1-2 parts of chlorophytum comosum extract, 1-2 parts of aloe extract, 2-4 parts of fendorin and 1-3 parts of sodium alginate.
Further, the feed additive is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 92 parts of water, 5 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 15 parts of isopropyl methyl phenol, 4 parts of nonylphenol polyether-14, 3-5 parts of PEG-50 hydrogenated castor oil, 4 parts of menthol, 2 parts of EDTA disodium, 3 parts of glycerol, 2 parts of chlorophytum comosum extract, 1 part of aloe extract, 2 parts of fendorin and 3 parts of sodium alginate.
Further, the feed additive is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 82 parts of water, 3 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 15 parts of isopropyl methyl phenol, 4 parts of nonylphenol polyether-14, 5 parts of PEG-50 hydrogenated castor oil, 2 parts of menthol, 2 parts of EDTA disodium, 3 parts of glycerol, 2 parts of chlorophytum comosum extracting solution, 1 part of aloe extracting solution, 4 parts of fendorin and 1 part of sodium alginate.
Further, the feed additive is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 86 parts of water, 5 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 18 parts of isopropyl methyl phenol, 2 parts of nonylphenol polyether-14, 5 parts of PEG-50 hydrogenated castor oil, 2 parts of menthol, 2 parts of EDTA disodium, 3 parts of glycerol, 2 parts of chlorophytum comosum extracting solution, 1 part of aloe extracting solution, 4 parts of fendorin and 1 part of sodium alginate.
Further, the feed additive is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 89 parts of water, 3 parts of methyl propylene glycol, 18 parts of isopropyl methyl phenol, 2 parts of nonylphenol polyether-14, 5 parts of PEG-50 hydrogenated castor oil, 2 parts of menthol, 2 parts of EDTA disodium, 3 parts of glycerol, 2 parts of chlorophytum comosum extracting solution, 2 parts of aloe extracting solution, 2 parts of fendorin and 3 parts of sodium alginate.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the degerming spray for the clothes of the infants is specially designed for the infants, adopts natural components, does not contain insecticide, can effectively repel and prevent mites and larva formation, can remove bacteria and eliminate peculiar smell, and is proved by experiments that the degerming spray can effectively remove the larvae such as the mites after being sprayed, and is suitable for daily mite removal and degerming of household spaces of the infants and common clothes and toy products.
Detailed Description
In order to make the technical means, the creation characteristics, the achievement purposes and the effects of the invention easy to understand, the invention is further described with the specific embodiments.
The invention provides a technical scheme that: a degerming spray suitable for clothes of infants and children is composed of the following raw materials: water, methyl propylene glycol, isopropyl methyl phenol, nonyl phenol polyether-14, PEG-50 hydrogenated castor oil, menthol, EDTA disodium, glycerol, a chlorophytum comosum extracting solution, an aloe extracting solution, fendorin and sodium alginate.
As an embodiment of the present invention: the isopropyl methyl phenol in the raw material is prepared by taking m-methyl phenol, fuming sulfuric acid and isopropanol as raw materials and carrying out sulfonation and alkylation reactions.
As an embodiment of the present invention: utilizing the property of citronellal easy to cyclize into isopulegol, right-handed citronellal is cyclized into left-handed isopulegol by silica gel, left-handed isopulegol is separated out, and menthol in the raw material is generated by hydrogenation.
