In the production and reproduction processes of polygonatum odoratum, a large number of diseases are caused, the most serious is polygonatum odoratum root rot, and the main pathogeny of polygonatum odoratum root rot is Fusarium (Fusarium redolen). The disease has a tendency of gradually increasing diffusion in recent years, and the occurrence and spread of polygonatum root rot affect the yield and quality of polygonatum.
The rhizoctonia rot of the polygonatum is a soil-borne disease, and is mainly prevented and controlled by chemical reagents such as carbendazim, chlorothalonil and the like at present. With the use of a large amount of chemical pesticides, on the one hand, the drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria is caused; on the other hand, the problems of pesticide residue, excessive heavy metal and the like are caused and are more and more resisted by consumers. Therefore, the development of a pollution-free, green and environment-friendly biopesticide for preventing and treating the rhizopus of the polygonatum becomes the key for solving the problems.
According to research reports, many traditional Chinese medicines have been used for preventing and treating diseases. Such as honeysuckle, stemona root, clove and the like, which are used for inhibiting pathogenic bacteria such as anthracnose, pedicellus et pericarpium citri reticulatae and the like; bupleuri radix, fructus Gardeniae, herba Menthae, Poria, etc. can inhibit Staphylococcus aureus; the plantain herb has better bacteriostatic effect on apple ring spot and citrus anthracnose; the Chinese gall has an obvious bacteriostatic effect on the black spot of the Chinese cabbage; the asarum has a good bacteriostatic effect on cotton fusarium wilt. The application of the Chinese herbal medicine in preventing and treating the polygonatum root rot is not reported.
