Abstract

本发明公开了一种复合酚消毒剂,包含以下各组分:五倍子酸丙酯、丁基大茴香醚、羧甲基牛脂基聚丙胺钠、粗酚、醋酸、柴油和十二烷基苯磺酸。本发明的复合酚消毒剂中加入的羧甲基牛脂基聚丙胺钠,可有效提高粗酚与五倍子酸丙酯和丁基大茴香醚等抗氧化剂的深度溶合,增强十二烷基苯磺酸对五倍子酸丙酯和丁基大茴香醚在粗酚中的分散作用,从而使得五倍子酸丙酯和丁基大茴香醚对粗酚的抗氧化保护作用增强,防止和减缓粗酚在空气中的氧化,提高复合酚消毒剂的抗氧化稳定性,保持粗酚的消毒效果,有效的延长消毒作用时间。

一种复合酚消毒剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于消毒剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种复合酚消毒剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
复合酚,又名菌毒敌,是一种液体杀菌剂,多做兽药使用,可以治疗多种家畜传染病的治疗,也可以作为常规的环境消毒,如动物圈舍、笼具、饲养场地、运输工具及排泄物的消毒,现在我国有多家企业生产。
复合酚消毒剂的作用机理在于,其含有的酚可以使菌体蛋白质变性、沉淀,酚类还通过抑制细菌脱氢酶和氧化酶等活性,产生抑菌作用,从而杀灭多种细菌和病毒。但由于酚的特殊化学性质,容易在空气中被氧化成醌,从而降低消毒效果。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提供一种复合酚消毒剂,具有不易被氧化、稳定性高、杀菌效果好的优点。
本发明的技术方案为:
一种复合酚消毒剂,包含以下各组分:五倍子酸丙酯、丁基大茴香醚、羧甲基牛脂基聚丙胺钠、粗酚、醋酸、柴油和十二烷基苯磺酸。
优选地,所述复合酚消毒剂中包含有机助溶剂。
优选地,所述有机助溶剂为乙醇;也可以为乙二醇、甘油等。
优选地,各组分的质量含量为:五倍子酸丙酯0.2-0.5%,丁基大茴香醚0.1-0.3%,羧甲基牛脂基聚丙胺钠0.2-0.5%,粗酚25-35%,醋酸20-26%,柴油2-4%,十二烷基苯磺酸25-35%,乙醇5-10%,余量为水。
优选地,以下组分的百分含量为:五倍子酸丙酯0.3%,丁基大茴香醚0.3%,羧甲基牛脂基聚丙胺钠0.3%。
本发明还公开了上述复合酚消毒剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将五倍子酸丙酯和丁基大茴香醚溶于有机助溶剂中,得到溶液A;
步骤二,将粗酚、醋酸、柴油和十二烷基苯磺酸与水混合,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
步骤三,将溶液A、混合液B和羧甲基牛脂基聚丙胺钠混合,并充分搅拌,即得到复合酚消毒剂。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的复合酚消毒剂中加入的羧甲基牛脂基聚丙胺钠,可有效提高粗酚与五倍子酸丙酯和丁基大茴香醚等抗氧化剂的深度溶合,增强十二烷基苯磺酸对五倍子酸丙酯和丁基大茴香醚在粗酚中的分散作用,从而使得五倍子酸丙酯和丁基大茴香醚对粗酚的抗氧化保护作用增强,防止和减缓粗酚在空气中的氧化,提高复合酚消毒剂的抗氧化稳定性,保持粗酚的消毒效果,有效的延长消毒作用时间。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做详细说明。
实施例1
制备一种复合酚消毒剂,步骤如下:
步骤一,将0.3质量份的五倍子酸丙酯和0.3质量份的丁基大茴香醚溶于8质量份的乙醇中,得到溶液A;
步骤二,将28质量份的粗酚、24质量份的醋酸、2质量份的柴油和28.0质量份的十二烷基苯磺酸与9.1质量份的水混合,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
步骤三,将得到的溶液A、混合液B和0.3质量份的羧甲基牛脂基聚丙胺钠混合,并充分搅拌,即得到复合酚消毒剂。
实施例2-8、对比例1-4
采用和实施例1相同的方法配制复合酚消毒剂,各实施例和对比例中各成分的质量百分含量如表1所示。

抗氧化性能测试:
对上述实施例1—8和对比例1—4所制备的复合酚消毒剂进行抗氧化性能测试:
准确各称取200ml所制备的复合酚消毒剂,分别倒入1000ml的敞口玻璃烧杯中,统一置于温度25±2℃、湿度50%±5%的室内环境中,每天定时均匀搅拌三次,每次搅拌10分钟,进行连续10天的室内暴露放置。10天之后,分别与去离子水按照1:800的体积比进行稀释,再按照以下的方法对稀释后的液体进行杀菌实验:(1)将大肠杆菌原菌液稀释1000倍后,各取0.2mL于无菌平面皿中,加入培养基,培养24h后进行活菌计数得到总菌数N总;(2)将各实施例及对比例稀释后的复合酚消毒剂与原菌液混合搅拌10min后,取出适量混合溶液,稀释1000倍,按照上述方法取液培养,得到N活;(3)计算杀菌率:
杀菌率%=100×(N总-N活)/N总
检测结果见表2。

从以上结果可以看出:对比例4与其它各对比例及各实施例相比,对比例4所制备的复合酚消毒剂中不含抗氧化剂五倍子酸丙酯、丁基大茴香醚或羧甲基牛脂基聚丙胺钠,其经暴露实验处理的后再与去离子水按照1:800的比例稀释后,杀菌效果要远低于含抗氧化剂和羧甲基牛脂基聚丙胺钠的各实施例及各对比例,由此可见,抗氧化剂有效提高了复合酚消毒剂的抗氧化性,保持了较好的消毒效果。
由对比例1、对比例2和对比例3及各实施例的结果可以看出,对比例3中使用了两种抗氧化剂五倍子酸丙酯和丁基大茴香醚,对比例1和对比例2中各使用了一种抗氧化剂,抗氧化剂的含量基本相当,其杀菌率也大体相当,杀菌率都在65-66%。从对比例3和实施例1的结果可以看出,当在复合酚消毒剂中添加了0.3%的羧甲基牛脂基聚丙胺钠后,复合酚消毒剂的杀菌率提高到了100%,由此可见,在复合酚消毒剂中加入羧甲基牛脂基聚丙胺钠后,复合酚的消毒效果有明显提高,这主要是由于加入的羧甲基牛脂基聚丙胺钠有效提高了粗酚与五倍子酸丙酯和丁基大茴香醚等抗氧化剂的深度溶合,增强了十二烷基苯磺酸对五倍子酸丙酯和丁基大茴香醚在粗酚中的分散作用,从而使得五倍子酸丙酯和丁基大茴香醚对粗酚的抗氧化保护作用增强,防止和减缓粗酚在空气中的氧化,提高了复合酚消毒剂的抗氧化稳定性,有效地防止了复合酚消毒剂暴露在空气中被氧化而失效,提高了复合酚消毒剂的稳定性。
在此需要说明的是,对于这些实施方式的说明用于帮助理解本发明,但并不构成对本发明的限定。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种复合酚消毒剂,其特征在于,包含以下各组分:五倍子酸丙酯、丁基大茴香醚、羧甲基牛脂基聚丙胺钠、粗酚、醋酸、柴油和十二烷基苯磺酸。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合酚消毒剂,其特征在于,所述复合酚消毒剂中包含有机助溶剂。
3.如权利要求2所述的复合酚消毒剂,其特征在于,所述有机助溶剂为乙醇。
4.如权利要求3所述的复合酚消毒剂,其特征在于,各组分的质量百分含量为:五倍子酸丙酯0.2-0.5%,丁基大茴香醚0.1-0.3%,羧甲基牛脂基聚丙胺钠0.2-0.5%,粗酚25-35%,醋酸20-26%,柴油2-4%,十二烷基苯磺酸25-35%,乙醇5-10%,余量为水。
5.如权利要求4所述的复合酚消毒剂,其特征在于,以下组分的百分含量为:五倍子酸丙酯0.3%,丁基大茴香醚0.3%,羧甲基牛脂基聚丙胺钠0.3%。
6.一种如权利要求1-5之一所述的复合酚消毒剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将五倍子酸丙酯和丁基大茴香醚溶于有机助溶剂中,得到溶液A;
步骤二,将粗酚、醋酸、柴油和十二烷基苯磺酸与水混合,搅拌均匀,得到混合液B;
步骤三,将溶液A、混合液B和羧甲基牛脂基聚丙胺钠混合,并充分搅拌,即得到复合酚消毒剂。
