The inside of the extraction box 14 is provided with fixed frames 20 at equal intervals, the circumference of the fixed frames 20 is smaller than that of the discharging channel 18, the fixed frames 20 are in fit connection with the condensing plate 15, and the bottom of the extraction box 14 is provided with a return pipe 19; the discharging channel 18 discharges raw materials into the fixed frame 20, the fixed frame 20 absorbs the cold energy of the condensing plate 15, so that the raw materials are semi-solidified, and the fixed frame 20 is convenient to take out from the extracting box 14, so that the raw materials are applied to different scenes according to actual requirements.
Mounting seats 22 are distributed on the inner surface of the fixed frame 20 at equal intervals, extension supporting rods 21 are arranged between the mounting seats 22 and the fixed frame 20, a shaping cylinder 23 is arranged in the mounting seats 22, and the fixed frame 20 is in fit sliding connection with the extraction box 14; the mounting seat 22 and the extension supporting rod 21 control the position of the shaping cylinder 23, and the plurality of fixing frames 20 are overlapped and placed, so that the positions of the mounting seat 22 are not overlapped, uneven distribution of raw materials in the shaping cylinder 23 is avoided when the raw materials flow, the distribution uniformity of the materials is improved, and the overall practicability is improved.
The method for prolonging the storage period of the black egg bee egg blocks of the noctuid comprises the following steps:
s1, discharging sodium alginate, carrageenan and egg white into reaction equipment according to a proper proportion for reaction, adding a proper amount of clear water, stirring at 60-80 ℃ for 30-60min, and obtaining the egg mass cultivation slurry raw material.
S2, immediately adding quicklime, an inorganic antibacterial agent and a preservative into the equipment after the step S2 is completed, accelerating the stirring rotation speed, and keeping the rotation speed at 12000-15000 revolutions.
S3, after the step S3 is completed, discharging the raw materials into a material guiding frame under the centrifugal action, standing for storage, and sequentially adding a thickening agent, inorganic salt and cellulose to precipitate in the raw materials.
S4, reducing the temperature inside the extraction box to 2-10 ℃, and standing for 10min to obtain the semi-solidified material serving as the egg mass placenta.
By adopting the technical scheme, the egg blocks are stored by setting the semisolid raw materials with strong cold absorption property, so that the incubation time of the eggs can be prolonged in a low-temperature mode, the raw materials have an antibacterial effect, and meanwhile, the raw materials have nutrition at one end, so that the eclosion success rate of the eggs can be increased.
Working principle: when the method for prolonging the storage period of the black egg bee egg mass is used, firstly, prepared materials are sequentially put into a reaction device 1 according to the proportion, then a motor 3 is started to rotate a rotating shaft 4, a first paddle 5, a second paddle 6 and a third paddle 7 stir raw materials, in the stirring process, the materials are stirred in a grading manner by matching a movable shaft 10 and a stirring blade 24, the stirring effect is improved, raw materials in the equipment are sucked into the rotating shaft 4 by a turbine 9, the raw materials slide upwards along the inner surface of the rotating shaft 4 under the action of high-speed centrifugation and are thrown out from the inside of a through cavity 13, then clear water in a water tank 17 uniformly flows out along the inner wall of a material guiding frame 16, the dilution degree of the raw materials is increased, finally, the raw materials are discharged into a fixed frame 20 from a discharging channel 18, are piled up in a molding cylinder 23 to wait for cooling molding, the molded raw materials are semisolid materials, the egg mass is placed in the inside, the semisolid materials have good cold absorption property, the cooperation can keep the low-temperature state in the inside, the hatching time of the egg mass is prolonged, the egg mass has the feather mass in the raw materials, and the egg mass is improved, the egg mass can be controlled by the egg mass in the egg mass, and the egg mass can be stored in the egg mass according to the egg mass, and the egg mass can be controlled, and the egg mass can be stored according to the egg mass characteristics of the egg mass.

the material comprises, by weight, 5-10 parts of a thickener, 1-3 parts of inorganic salt, 30-40 parts of sodium alginate, 20-30 parts of carrageenan, 5-10 parts of an inorganic antibacterial agent, 40-50 parts of egg white, 3-6 parts of quicklime, 2-4 parts of a preservative and 1-3 parts of cellulase;
sodium alginate 30-40 parts, carrageenan 20-30 parts and egg white 40-50 parts are arranged in the reaction device (1), the reaction device (1) is of a main outer frame mounting structure of equipment, an extraction box (14) is arranged at the top of the reaction device (1), a condensing plate (15) is arranged in the extraction box (14), a motor (3) is arranged on the bottom surface of the reaction device (1), a rotating shaft (4) is connected to the output end of the motor (3), one end of the rotating shaft (4) penetrates through the reaction device (1) and the condensing plate (15), a supporting frame (2) is arranged at the bottom of the reaction device (1), and a feed pipe (11) and a discharge pipe (12) are respectively arranged in the reaction device (1).
The outer surface of the rotating shaft (4) is sequentially provided with a first paddle board (5), a second paddle board (6) and a third paddle board (7) from top to bottom, the outer surface inclination angles of one end of the first paddle board (5), the outer surface inclination angles of one end of the second paddle board (6) and the outer surface inclination angles of one end of the third paddle board (7) are the same, and the inner structures of the first paddle board (5), the second paddle board (6) and the inner structure of the third paddle board (7) are the same;

fixed frames (20) are distributed at equal intervals inside the extraction box (14), the circumference of each fixed frame (20) is smaller than that of the discharging channel (18), the fixed frames (20) are in fit connection with the condensing plate (15), and a return pipe (19) is arranged at the bottom of the extraction box (14);
the inner surface of the fixed frame (20) is provided with mounting seats (22) at equal intervals, extension supporting rods (21) are arranged between the mounting seats (22) and the fixed frame (20), a shaping cylinder (23) is arranged in the mounting seats (22), and the fixed frame (20) is in fit sliding connection with the extraction box (14);
the method further comprises the following steps:
s1, discharging sodium alginate, carrageenan and egg white into the reaction device according to a proper proportion for reaction, adding a proper amount of clear water, and stirring at 60-80 ℃ for 30-60min to obtain an egg mass cultivation slurry raw material;
s2, immediately adding quicklime, an inorganic antibacterial agent and a preservative into the equipment after the step S1 is completed, accelerating the stirring rotation speed, and keeping the rotation speed at 12000-15000 revolutions;
s3, after the step S2 is completed, discharging the raw materials into a material guiding frame under the centrifugal action, standing for storage, and sequentially adding a thickening agent, inorganic salt and cellulose to precipitate in the raw materials;
s4, reducing the temperature inside the extraction box to 2-10 ℃, and standing for 10min to obtain the semisolid material serving as the egg mass placenta.

A method for prolonging the shelf life of a black egg bee egg mass of a noctuid according to claim 1, wherein: the stirring device is characterized in that stirring shafts (8) are symmetrically arranged on the bottom surface of the rotating shaft (4), one end of each stirring shaft (8) is of an arc-shaped structure, a turbine (9) is arranged in each stirring shaft (8), and a hollow structure is arranged in each stirring shaft (8).
