Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
Fig. 1-2 show a schematic structure of a battery pack assembly 10 according to embodiment 1 of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1-2, the battery pack assembly 10 includes a battery pack 11, a battery replacement guide limiting component 12 and a support limiting component 13. The battery replacing guide limiting component 12 is fixedly disposed on a side wall of the battery pack 11 in the length direction L1 of the battery pack, and is configured to abut against an inner wall surface of the side wall of the battery holder 30 in the length direction L2 of the battery holder, so as to clamp the battery pack 11 in the battery holder 30.
The battery replacement guiding and limiting assembly 12 plays a guiding role in the installation process of the battery pack assembly 10, and plays a role in limiting, clamping and supporting the fixing support 31 in the width direction of the electric vehicle after the installation of the battery pack assembly 10 is completed, so that the battery pack assembly 10 can be reliably installed on the fixing support 31 under the condition that the electric vehicle normally runs.
The supporting and limiting assembly 13 is fixedly disposed on a side wall of the battery pack 11 in the length direction L1 of the battery pack, and is configured to abut against an inner wall surface of the side wall of the battery holder 30 in the length direction L2 of the battery holder, so as to limit the relative movement between the battery pack 11 and the battery holder 30 in the width direction W of the battery pack.
The supporting and limiting component 13 is fixedly arranged on the side wall of the battery pack 11 in the length direction L1 of the battery pack and abuts against the inner wall surface of the battery fixing seat 30, the battery fixing seat 30 does not interfere with the supporting and limiting component 13 in the process of mounting the battery pack assembly 10 on the battery fixing seat 30, and the supporting and limiting component 13 can support and limit after the battery pack assembly 10 is mounted in place, so that the relative movement of the whole battery pack 11 and the whole fixing bracket 31 in the width direction of the electric vehicle can be limited, the relative movement between the end parts of the battery pack 11 adjacent to the fixing bracket 31 in the width direction of the electric vehicle can be limited, the collision between the end parts of the battery pack 11 opposite to the fixing bracket 31 can be avoided under the condition that the electric vehicle is rotated too much or frequently, and the abrasion between the battery pack 11 and the fixing bracket 31 is reduced, the service life of the battery pack 11 and the fixing bracket 31 is improved.
It should be understood that, when the battery pack assembly 10 is mounted on the battery holder 30, the length direction L1 of the battery pack is the same as or substantially the same as the length direction L2 of the battery holder, and is the same as or substantially the same as the length direction of the electric vehicle, wherein the front end refers to the end close to the head of the electric vehicle, and the rear end refers to the end close to the tail of the electric vehicle; the width direction W of the battery pack is the same as or substantially the same as the width direction of the battery holder 30, and the same as or substantially the same as the width direction of the electric vehicle; the height direction of the battery pack 11 is the same as or substantially the same as the height direction of the battery holder 30, and the height direction of the electric vehicle is the same as or substantially the same as the height direction of the electric vehicle.
Among the support limit component 13 and the battery replacement guide limit component 12 located on the same side wall of the battery pack 11, the support limit component 13 is located outside the battery replacement guide limit component 12 in the length direction L1 of the battery pack. This can better avoid the support and stop assembly 13 from over-positioning the battery pack 11. In the present embodiment, the support stopper members 13 are provided on both side walls of the battery pack 11 in the longitudinal direction L1 of the battery pack.
In addition, the supporting and limiting assembly 13 is fixedly arranged at the end of the side wall of the battery pack 11 in the length direction L1 of the battery pack to limit the relative movement between the end of the battery pack 11 adjacent to the battery holder 30 in the width direction W of the battery pack, so that the relative movement between the end of the battery pack 11 adjacent to the fixing bracket 31 in the width direction of the electric vehicle can be directly limited, and therefore, the collision between the end of the battery pack 11 opposite to the fixing bracket 31 can be avoided under the condition that the turning angle of the electric vehicle is too large or frequent, the abrasion between the battery pack 11 and the fixing bracket 31 is reduced, and the service lives of the battery pack 11 and the fixing bracket 31 are prolonged.
In addition, the battery pack 11 is provided with support/stopper members 13 at both ends of the side wall in the longitudinal direction L1 of the battery pack. This makes it possible to more reliably restrict the relative movement in the width direction of the electric vehicle between the two end portions of the battery pack 11 provided adjacent to the fixing bracket 31.
In the present embodiment, there are 1 support and stopper device located at the front end of the battery pack 11 and 2 support and stopper devices located at the rear end of the battery pack 11. In other alternative embodiments, the number of the supporting and limiting devices located at the front end of the battery pack 11 may also be 2 or more than 2, and the number of the supporting and limiting devices located at the rear end of the battery pack 11 may also be 1, 3 or more than 3, which does not limit the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 3, the supporting and limiting assembly 13 includes a convex hull 14, and the convex hull 14 is protruded from the outer wall surface of the sidewall of the battery pack 11. The convex hull 14 has a convex surface for abutting against an inner wall surface of the side wall of the battery holder 30.
The convex hull 14 is integrally formed with the side wall of the battery pack 11. The structure is simple, the production cost is low, and the convex hull 14 can provide a hard support for the battery pack 11 so as to more reliably limit the relative movement between the battery pack 11 and the end part of the fixing bracket 31 which is adjacently arranged in the width direction of the electric vehicle.
The convex surface has an outer side 140, a front side 141 and a rear side 142 opposite to each other, and an upper side 143 and a lower side 144 opposite to each other. The outer side 140 is disposed away from the outer wall of the battery pack 11 and is configured to abut against the inner wall of the sidewall of the battery holder 30. The front face 141 extends from the front edge of the outer face 140 to the outer wall face of the battery pack 11. The rear end surface 142 extends from the rear edge of the outer side surface 140 to the outer wall surface of the battery pack 11.
