背景技术
改性塑料是指在通用塑料和工程塑料的基础上,经过填充、共混、增强等方法加工改性,提高了阻燃性、强度、抗冲击性、韧性等方面的性能的塑料制品,而抗菌剂具有优良的抗菌作用,对革兰氏阴性、阳性菌以及真菌、霉菌均有很强的抑制效果,因此在改性塑料的生产中被广泛使用。
目前,专利号为CN201210161387.X的发明专利公开了一种塑料抗菌剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:1)将白云母粉置于80℃的30%双氧水中浸渍50-70分钟后,依次过滤、洗涤、烘干,得到膨胀型白云母粉体;2)按重量比l:1~3将步骤1得到的膨胀型白云母粉体加入到磷酸三钠溶液中,在65~70℃下搅拌溶解4~6小时,然后过滤,固体产物用水洗涤至洗液中无PO43+后烘干待用;3)按重量比1:10将步骤2烘干得到的固体产物加入到AgNO3溶液中,在温度为55~60℃、PH值为6~8的条件下搅拌反应3-5小时,再离心分离得固体产物,蒸馏水反复洗涤固体产物至洗液中无Ag+后,在100℃烘干,得到固载银云母抗菌粉剂;4)先将稀释剂和偶联剂按重量比3:1混合得到混合溶液,再将步骤3得到的固载银云母抗菌粉剂与上述得到的混合溶液按重量比1:0.2-0.5混合,然后在高速混合机中搅拌20~30分钟,得到所述的塑料抗菌剂。其解决了现有的制备方法加工过程热稳定性不好和抗菌剂对塑料产品的性能或外观产生消极的影响,但该制备方法制得的抗菌剂抗菌效果差,且抗菌时效短,并且功能单一,仅起到抗菌的效果,而不具备抗紫外线和防霉效果,在用于改性塑料的生产时,不能提高塑料的使用寿命。
因此,针对上述不具备抗紫外线和防霉效果的问题,亟需得到解决,以改善抗菌剂的使用场景。
发明内容

针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于生产改性塑料的抗菌剂及其制备方法,该抗菌剂及其制备方法旨在解决现有技术下抗菌剂抗菌效果差,且抗菌时效短,并且功能单一,仅起到抗菌的效果,而不具备抗紫外线和防霉效果,在用于改性塑料的生产时,不能提高塑料的使用寿命的技术问题。

为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了这样一种用于生产改性塑料的抗菌剂,该抗菌剂包括如下重量份的组分:沸石10-30份、玻璃10-30份、磷酸锆10-30份、陶瓷10-30份、膨润土10-30份、天然抗菌复合物10-20份、2-羧基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮5-10份、复合离子溶液20-35份、季铵盐5-8份、偶联剂5-8份、复合防霉添加物3-5份。
优选地,所述复合离子溶液中含有可溶性银盐溶液、可溶性铜盐溶液、可溶性锌盐溶液,且可溶性银盐溶液、可溶性铜盐溶液、可溶性锌盐溶液的体积比为15:5:5。
优选地,所述天然抗菌复合物中含有甲壳素3-5重量份、芥末3-5重量份、蓖麻油3-5重量份、山葵3-5重量份。

一种用于生产改性塑料的抗菌剂的制备方法,其步骤如下:
步骤一:将沸石、玻璃、磷酸锆、陶瓷、膨润土依次破碎研磨,并通过筛分设备对研磨后的粉末依次进行筛分,得到符合指定粒径要求的粉末;
步骤二;将可溶性银盐溶液、可溶性铜盐溶液、可溶性锌盐溶液按照15:5:5的体积比进行配制,得到复合离子溶液;
步骤三:把沸石粉末、玻璃粉末、磷酸锆粉末、陶瓷粉末、膨润土粉末加入混合复合离子溶液中,在室温下均匀震荡1小时,然后加入离心机中分离后得到固体物,用蒸馏水反复洗涤固体物至洗液中无Ag+,将固体物放入干燥设备中,设定干燥时间和温度,然后取出备用;
步骤四:对步骤三中干燥后的固体物进行研磨,并通过600目的筛分设备进行筛分,得到复合固体物粉末;
步骤五:把甲壳素、芥末、蓖麻油、山葵依次放入搅拌设备内,设定搅拌速度和搅拌时间,混合均匀后得到天然抗菌复合物;
步骤六:把联苯、邻苯基苯酚、二苯胺依次放入搅拌设备内,设定搅拌速度和搅拌时间,得到复合防霉添加物;

步骤四:对步骤三中干燥后的固体物进行研磨,并通过600目的筛分设备进行筛分,得到复合固体物粉末;
步骤五:把5份甲壳素、5份芥末、5份蓖麻油、5份山葵依次放入搅拌设备内,设定搅拌速度为25转/分钟、搅拌时间为0.5个小时,混合均匀后得到天然抗菌复合物;
步骤六:把3份联苯、2份邻苯基苯酚、2份二苯胺依次放入搅拌设备内,设定搅拌速度为25转/分钟、搅拌时间为0.5个小时,得到复合防霉添加物;
步骤七:最后将10份天然抗菌复合物、5份复合防霉添加物、8份2-羧基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、6份季铵盐、5份偶联剂和步骤四中的复合固体物粉末依次加入搅拌设备内,设定搅拌速度为25转/分钟、搅拌时间为1.5个小时,混合均匀后得到成品抗菌剂。
通过实施例1所得的成品为白色粉末状、无明显颗粒感、无味,抗菌性能优良。
实施例2
本具体实施方式是一种用于生产改性塑料的抗菌剂,该抗菌剂包括如下重量份的组分:沸石30份、玻璃20份、磷酸锆20份、陶瓷10份、膨润土15份、天然抗菌复合物15份、2-羧基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮10份、复合离子溶液20份、季铵盐8份、偶联剂8份、复合防霉添加物3份。
优选地,复合离子溶液中含有可溶性银盐溶液、可溶性铜盐溶液、可溶性锌盐溶液,且可溶性银盐溶液、可溶性铜盐溶液、可溶性锌盐溶液的体积比为15:5:5。
优选地,天然抗菌复合物中含有甲壳素5重量份、芥末4重量份、蓖麻油4重量份、山葵4重量份。
优选地,复合防霉添加物中含有联苯3重量份、邻苯基苯酚2重量份、二苯胺2重量份。
一种用于生产改性塑料的抗菌剂的制备方法,其步骤如下:
步骤一:将30份沸石、20份玻璃、20份磷酸锆、10份陶瓷、15份膨润土依次破碎研磨,并通过筛分设备对研磨后的粉末依次进行筛分,得到符合粒径为0.045-0.720mm的粉末;
步骤二;将可溶性银盐溶液、可溶性铜盐溶液、可溶性锌盐溶液按照15:5:5的体积比进行配制,得到复合离子溶液;
步骤三:把30份沸石粉末、20份玻璃粉末、20份磷酸锆粉末、10份陶瓷粉末、15份膨润土粉末加入200份混合复合离子溶液中,在室温下均匀震荡1小时,然后加入离心机中分离后得到固体物,用蒸馏水反复洗涤固体物至洗液中无Ag+,将固体物放入干燥设备中,设定干燥时间为0.5个小时、温度为85℃,然后取出备用;
步骤四:对步骤三中干燥后的固体物进行研磨,并通过600目的筛分设备进行筛分,得到复合固体物粉末;
步骤五:把5份甲壳素、4份芥末、4份蓖麻油、4份山葵依次放入搅拌设备内,设定搅拌速度为25转/分钟、搅拌时间为0.5个小时,混合均匀后得到天然抗菌复合物;
步骤六:把3份联苯、2份邻苯基苯酚、2份二苯胺依次放入搅拌设备内,设定搅拌速度为25转/分钟、搅拌时间为0.5个小时,得到复合防霉添加物;
步骤七:最后将15份天然抗菌复合物、3份复合防霉添加物、10份2-羧基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、8份季铵盐、8份偶联剂和步骤四中的复合固体物粉末依次加入搅拌设备内,设定搅拌速度为25转/分钟、搅拌时间为1.5个小时,混合均匀后得到成品抗菌剂。
通过实施例2所得的成品为白色粉末状、无明显颗粒感、极低气味,抗菌性能非常好。
实施例3
本具体实施方式是一种用于生产改性塑料的抗菌剂,该抗菌剂包括如下重量份的组分:沸石30份、玻璃10份、磷酸锆10份、陶瓷20份、膨润土30份、天然抗菌复合物15份、2-羧基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮8份、复合离子溶液30份、季铵盐8份、偶联剂6份、复合防霉添加物5份。
优选地,复合离子溶液中含有可溶性银盐溶液、可溶性铜盐溶液、可溶性锌盐溶液,且可溶性银盐溶液、可溶性铜盐溶液、可溶性锌盐溶液的体积比为15:5:5。
优选地,天然抗菌复合物中含有甲壳素5重量份、芥末5重量份、蓖麻油5重量份、山葵5重量份。
优选地,复合防霉添加物中含有联苯3重量份、邻苯基苯酚2重量份、二苯胺2重量份。
一种用于生产改性塑料的抗菌剂的制备方法,其步骤如下:

步骤五:把5份甲壳素、5份芥末、5份蓖麻油、5份山葵依次放入搅拌设备内,设定搅拌速度为25转/分钟、搅拌时间为0.5个小时,混合均匀后得到天然抗菌复合物;
步骤六:把3份联苯、2份邻苯基苯酚、2份二苯胺依次放入搅拌设备内,设定搅拌速度为25转/分钟、搅拌时间为0.5个小时,得到复合防霉添加物;
步骤七:最后将15份天然抗菌复合物、5份复合防霉添加物、8份2-羧基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、8份季铵盐、6份偶联剂和步骤四中的复合固体物粉末依次加入搅拌设备内,设定搅拌速度为25转/分钟、搅拌时间为1.5个小时,混合均匀后得到成品抗菌剂。
通过实施例3所得的成品为白色粉末状、无颗粒感、无味,抗菌性能非常好。

1.一种用于生产改性塑料的抗菌剂,该抗菌剂包括如下重量份的组分:沸石10-30份、玻璃10-30份、磷酸锆10-30份、陶瓷10-30份、膨润土10-30份、天然抗菌复合物10-20份、2-羧基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮5-10份、复合离子溶液20-35份、季铵盐5-8份、偶联剂5-8份、复合防霉添加物3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于生产改性塑料的抗菌剂,其特征在于,所述复合离子溶液中含有可溶性银盐溶液、可溶性铜盐溶液、可溶性锌盐溶液,且可溶性银盐溶液、可溶性铜盐溶液、可溶性锌盐溶液的体积比为15:5:5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于生产改性塑料的抗菌剂,其特征在于,所述天然抗菌复合物中含有甲壳素3-5重量份、芥末3-5重量份、蓖麻油3-5重量份、山葵3-5重量份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于生产改性塑料的抗菌剂,其特征在于,所述复合防霉添加物中含有联苯2-3重量份、邻苯基苯酚1-2重量份、二苯胺1-2重量份。
5.一种用于生产改性塑料的抗菌剂的制备方法,其步骤如下:
步骤一:将沸石、玻璃、磷酸锆、陶瓷、膨润土依次破碎研磨,并通过筛分设备对研磨后的粉末依次进行筛分,得到符合指定粒径要求的粉末;
步骤二;将可溶性银盐溶液、可溶性铜盐溶液、可溶性锌盐溶液按照15:5:5的体积比进行配制,得到复合离子溶液;
步骤三:把沸石粉末、玻璃粉末、磷酸锆粉末、陶瓷粉末、膨润土粉末加入混合复合离子溶液中,在室温下均匀震荡1小时,然后加入离心机中分离后得到固体物,用蒸馏水反复洗涤固体物至洗液中无Ag+,将固体物放入干燥设备中,设定干燥时间和温度,然后取出备用;
步骤四:对步骤三中干燥后的固体物进行研磨,并通过600目的筛分设备进行筛分,得到复合固体物粉末;
步骤五:把甲壳素、芥末、蓖麻油、山葵依次放入搅拌设备内,设定搅拌速度和搅拌时间,混合均匀后得到天然抗菌复合物;
步骤六:把联苯、邻苯基苯酚、二苯胺依次放入搅拌设备内,设定搅拌速度和搅拌时间,得到复合防霉添加物;
步骤七:最后将天然抗菌复合物、复合防霉添加物、2-羧基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、季铵盐、偶联剂和步骤四中的复合固体物粉末依次加入搅拌设备内,设定搅拌速度和搅拌时间,混合均匀后得到成品抗菌剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于生产改性塑料的抗菌剂制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中对筛分后的粉末粒径要求为0.045-0.720mm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于生产改性塑料的抗菌剂制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中干燥时间为0.5-1小时、温度为80-100℃。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种用于生产改性塑料的抗菌剂制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤五、步骤六和步骤七中的搅拌速度为25转/分钟、搅拌时间为0.5-1.5小时。
