the water tank 19 is fixed at the rear side of the device body 1, the heater 20 is installed at the inner side of the end part of the device body 1, the water in the water pipe 15 is circulated and flowed by the water tank 19 through the one-way valve 21 and the connecting pipe 22, and the flow directions of the two one-way valves 21 are opposite, as shown in fig. 2-4, when the temperature is low in winter, the heater 20 installed in the water tank 19 is started, the water in the water pipe 15 is heated by the heater 20, and then the water flows through the inside of the device body 1, the temperature of the device body 1 is heated, the phenomenon that electric elements inside the device body 1 are disabled due to low temperature is prevented, and therefore regulation and control of public equipment in cities are affected.
The working principle is as follows: when the intelligent control device for the public equipment for the smart city is used, as shown in fig. 1-8, firstly, when the device body 1 is used, the regulation and control plate 2 can regulate and detect the public equipment, the result can be displayed through the display screen 3, the ventilation window 4 can help the device body 1 to dissipate heat, when dust is accumulated on the ventilation window 4, the motor 8 is started, after the shaft rod 9 rotates, the cross rod 11 drives the threaded rod 7 to rotate, the cleaning brush 6 can be attached and slide on the outer side of the ventilation window 4, so that the ventilation window 4 can be cleaned comprehensively, and when the cleaning brush 6 moves, the pull rope 25 and the first torsion spring 24 can drive the half-tooth roller 23 to rotate positively and reversely, and when the half-tooth roller 23 rotates, the full-tooth roller 26 can be driven to rotate back and forth through the combined action of the second torsion spring 27, so that the cleaning brush 6 can be knocked by the knocking plate 28, thereby realizing the automatic cleaning of the cleaning brush 6;
the shaft lever 9 drives the fan blades 13 and the eccentric turntable 16 to synchronously rotate, the piston 18 can slide in the water tank 19 in a reciprocating manner, and the one-way valve 21 and the connecting pipe 22 are matched to accelerate the flow of water in the water pipe 15, so that high temperature can be prevented from burning out electrical elements inside the device body 1 in high temperature in summer, when the temperature is low in winter, the heater 20 is started, the water in the water pipe 15 can be heated up, and then flows through the inside of the device body 1, the temperature of the device body 1 is raised, the phenomenon that the electrical elements inside the device body 1 are damaged due to low temperature is prevented, and therefore regulation and control of public equipment in cities are affected.

1. An intelligent control device for public equipment for smart cities comprises a device body, wherein the device body is stably arranged on the ground, a control plate for control is arranged at the top of the device body, a display screen is arranged on the rear side of the top of the device body, ventilation windows are symmetrically arranged on the outer side of the device body, and a motor is embedded in the inner side of the bottom of the device body;

the cleaning brush is connected to the outer side of the ventilation window, two sides of the cleaning brush penetrate through and are sleeved on the outer side of the threaded rod, the threaded rod is connected between the fixing plates in a shaft mode, and the fixing plates are fixed above and below the outer side of the ventilation window;
the knocking plate is connected to the end part of the full-tooth roller, and the full-tooth roller shaft is connected to the top of the cleaning brush;
the water delivery pipe is uniformly laid in the inner wall of the device body in an embedded manner and is used for cooling and preheating the device;
the eccentric turntable is connected to the rear side of the device body in a shaft mode, and a guide groove is formed in the top of the eccentric turntable;
and a water tank fixed to the back side of the device body and having a heater mounted inside the end of the device body.
