Description

A Chinese medicinal oral liquid for expelling parasites, and its preparation method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of traditional Chinese medicines, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid for expelling parasites and a production process thereof.
Background
Anthelmintics are drugs that kill or expel parasites in the intestinal tract. Such drugs are mainly used for diseases caused by intestinal parasites (e.g., roundworms, tapeworms, hookworms, pinworms, etc.), and the drugs can be selected according to the type of parasite. The anthelmintic can be administered to paralyze or kill the insect body, so that the insect is discharged out of the body and can be cured radically. With the development of animal husbandry and the improvement of living standard of people, the quality requirements of people on animal food are higher and higher, and the requirements on drug residue, sanitary quality and the like are higher.
Animal parasitic diseases are generally treated by adopting chemically synthesized medicines, namely western medicines, and after administration, residual substances of the medicines are left on organisms, so that meat products and human health are affected. The traditional Chinese medicine has little toxicity and side effect, weak drug property, but lasting drug effect, more comprehensive effect and no residue in the body. In addition, the production process of antibiotics and chemical synthesizers is complex, the production cost is high, serious environmental pollution is caused, the traditional Chinese medicine is natural, most of the traditional Chinese medicine is wild, the source is wide, the cost is low, the preparation process is simple, and the traditional Chinese medicine is convenient to store and is not easy to deteriorate. The common traditional Chinese medicine has slower drug effect and is not convenient to take
Gastrointestinal disease is one of the major factors affecting the development, growth and physical condition of young animals. In addition, infection of tapeworm, roundworm, hookworm and other intestinal parasites is also the most common disease in the animal kingdom, which seriously affects the normal growth and physical condition of animals, and general traditional Chinese medicines have slow drug action and are not convenient to take, so that the development of a safe and effective drug for expelling parasites is an urgent technical problem to be solved at present.
Disclosure of Invention

Effect verification
Animal experiments:
70 mice with parasites, weighing 18-24g, were randomly divided into 7 groups of 10, 6 groups were fed with the Chinese medicinal oral liquid prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3 according to examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-3, respectively, 1.5mL/kg of mice per day, 1 group of control group was given distilled water in equal amount once per day for 30 days.
The test results show that the mice taking the traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid (examples 1-3) prepared by the invention are completely cured, while the cure rate of comparative examples 1-3 is only 50-60% of that of the traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid, and the cure rate of a control group is 0. The insect repellent effect of the traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid is obvious, the effect is obviously superior to that of a comparative example 1 (the raw material proportion is different) and a comparative example 2 (the production process of the traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid is different) and that of a comparative example 3 (no betel nut and rangooncreeper fruit are added in the raw materials), and the raw material proportion, the production process of the traditional Chinese medicine oral liquid and the raw material components have influence on the curative effect of the prepared product.
