Experimental example 1 Effect of the present invention on body weight
Test subjects: 40 sports-favored healthy men (20-30 years old) had a BMI (body Mass index) of 28-30.

The test method comprises the following steps: 40 subjects were randomized into 4 groups, 10 persons/group, and the average BMI for each group was recorded on a daily normal diet.
The blank group took placebo (microcrystalline cellulose) 1 g/tablet and 3 tablets/day half an hour before meal every day;
test 1 group the tablets of patent example 1 of the present invention were taken half an hour before meals every day, 1 g/tablet, 3 tablets/day;

test 3 groups were administered the tablets of patent example 3 of the invention half an hour before meals, 1 g/tablet, 3 tablets/day daily;
the test method comprises the following steps: the average BMI of each group was recorded after 3 months and compared.

As can be seen from Table 1, BMI was significantly reduced (P < 0.05) in the experimental group compared to the blank group, indicating that all three examples of the present invention had the effect of reducing body weight.
Experimental example 2 Effect of the present invention on exercise endurance
Test subjects: 40 sports-favored healthy men (20-30 years old) had a BMI (body Mass index) of 28-30.

The test method comprises the following steps: 40 subjects were randomized into 4 groups, 10 persons/group, on a normal diet daily. Jogging was performed daily at 4 pm.

test 1 group took 1 g/tablet and 2 tablets/time the tablet of patent example 1 half an hour before jogging each day;
test 2 groups were administered 1 g/tablet and 2 tablets/time of the tablet of patent example 2 before jogging half an hour a day;
test 3 groups were administered 1 g/tablet and 2 tablets/time of the tablet of patent example 3 half an hour before jogging each day;
the test method comprises the following steps: the mean jogging limit time and mean BMI for each group were recorded after 3 months and compared.

As shown in FIG. 2, BMI was significantly reduced in the experimental group compared to the blank group (P < 0.05), and the jogging limit was significantly increased in the experimental group after three months (P < 0.05).
