Abstract
本发明涉及一种环保型罗氏沼虾功能性配合饲料及其制备方法和应用,属于水产养殖饲料技术领域。该饲料包含如下重量百分数的组分:发酵豆粕2%~4%、棉粕6%~10%、大米蛋白粉6%~12%、水解鸡血珠蛋白5%~12%、小球藻14%~20%、螺旋藻8%~16%、黄粉虫蛋白3%~8%、向日葵粕3.8%~4.8%、酶解鱼溶浆粉4%~6%、黑水虻虫粉1.5%~2%、菜籽油0.9%~1.1%、裂殖壶藻粉1%、溶血卵磷脂0.9%~1.1%、小麦14%~16%、海带粉4%~6%、磷酸二氢钙1.5%、维生素预混料0.6%~0.8%、矿物质预混料0.9%~1.1%。该饲料营养价值均衡,养殖效果和正常鱼粉、豆粕含量的饲料无明显差别,但本配方显著降低了罗氏沼虾养殖过程中氮磷的排放,是一种低碳、绿色的功能性饲料产品,可有效提高经济效益和生态效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及水产养殖饲料技术领域,特别是涉及一种环保型罗氏沼虾功能性配合饲料。
背景技术
罗氏沼虾(Macrobrachium rosenbergii)是一种原产于东南亚的大型淡水虾,食性广、生 长快、营养丰富、养殖周期短;喜弱碱水质,最适pH范围为7.6~8.6,最适生长水温为24~30℃。 2020年,我国罗氏沼虾年产量约达16万吨,其中作为罗氏沼虾主产省份的广东约6.9万吨, 江苏约5.5万吨,浙江约2.6万吨。
当前罗氏沼虾饲料中的主要蛋白源依然是鱼粉和油籽粕等常规原料,缺乏功能性饲料的 开发。然而,鱼粉等原料供应不足,价格飙升,导致饲料成本高涨,企业盈利急剧下降;另 一方面这些常规原料的使用,导致了大量氮磷等废弃物形成,造成养殖水体恶化、病害频发, 而污染治理本身耗能,我国污水处理的碳排放,约占全社会碳排放的2%~5%;此外,对全球 贸易物质大豆、玉米等饲料原料的依赖,极大增加了碳排放的风险。在国家双碳战略目标下, 低碳、绿色、环境友好的功能性饲料产品是实现碳减排的重要实践,也是维持水产养殖业可 持续发展的重要方向。
发明内容
基于此,有必要针对上述问题,提供一种环保型罗氏沼虾功能性配合饲料,该配合饲料 不含鱼粉,豆粕含量低,且营养均衡、诱食性好、易消化吸收,稳定性好;保障虾体正常生 长的同时,有效的降低了饲料成本及对养殖水体的污染。
一种环保型罗氏沼虾功能性配合饲料,由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
发酵豆粕2%~4%、棉粕6%~10%、大米蛋白粉6%~12%、水解鸡血珠蛋白5%~12%、 小球藻14%~20%、螺旋藻8%~16%、黄粉虫蛋白3%~8%、向日葵粕3.8%~4.8%、酶解 鱼溶浆粉4%~6%、黑水虻虫粉1.5%~2%、菜籽油0.9%~1.1%、裂殖壶藻粉1%、溶血卵磷 脂0.9%~1.1%、小麦14%~16%、海带粉4%~6%、磷酸二氢钙1.5%、维生素预混料0.6%~ 0.8%、矿物质预混料0.9%~1.1%。
上述环保型罗氏沼虾功能性配合饲,以罗氏沼虾精准营养研究为基础,合理搭配各原料, 既满足了罗氏沼虾对常规营养及微量营养素的需求,也提高了饲料的诱食性、稳定性和消化 利用率;有效的降低了饲料成本以及饲料对养殖水体造成的污染。
且其中所选原料均符合国家标准以及行业标准的相关规定,性价比高;所制得的饲料营 养均衡、安全、卫生。
优选地,该饲料由以下重量百分比的组分组成:
发酵豆粕2%、棉粕10%、大米蛋白粉10%、水解鸡血珠蛋白10%、小球藻15%、螺旋 藻10%、黄粉虫蛋白5%、向日葵粕4.8%、酶解鱼溶浆粉5%、黑水虻虫粉2%、菜籽油1%、 裂殖壶藻粉1%、溶血卵磷脂1%、小麦15%、海带粉5%、磷酸二氢钙1.5%、维生素预混料 0.7%、矿物质预混料1%。

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明的环保型罗氏沼虾功能性配合饲料,是针对常规罗氏沼虾料中鱼粉、豆粕等谷物 原料含量过高,碳排放风险大,养殖成本高以及氮磷排放超标,造成养殖水体污染等问题, 选用大米蛋白粉、水解鸡血珠蛋白、小球藻、螺旋藻、黄粉虫蛋白粉等非鱼粉、非粮蛋白源 部分替代鱼粉和豆粕等原料。
其中,大米蛋白粉粗蛋白含量一般为60%~68%,可消化蛋白含量在56%以上,比玉米、 小麦等蛋白质生物效价高,便于机体吸收利用;大米蛋白主要由清蛋白、球蛋白、醇溶性蛋 白和谷蛋白等四种蛋白组成,大米蛋白的氨基酸组成合理,且氨基酸含量高,是鱼粉的理想 替代物。
作为可循环及再生性原料的藻类是碳汇的重要方向,藻类蛋白的应用有很多利于温室气 体减排的优势。小球藻和螺旋藻均为最具开发前景的微藻之一,蛋白质含量丰富,氨基酸种 类齐全,均是优质的单细胞蛋白。螺旋藻粉粗蛋白含量平均超过60%,必须氨基酸含量约35%, 赖氨酸约3.55%,蛋氨酸约1.04%;小球藻粉粗蛋白含量平均超过58%,必须氨基酸含量约 31%,赖氨酸约4.71%,蛋氨酸约0.9%。螺旋藻与小球藻还富含多种矿物质、维生素及天然 色素,由于螺旋藻与小球藻没有坚硬的细胞壁,纤维含量较低,因此其营养物质更容易被利 用,与一般植物蛋白质源相比品质更优。
向日葵粕粗蛋白含量在30%~45%,棉粕粗蛋白含量在30%~50%,虽两者的在饲料中的 应用效果均不如豆粕,但在豆粕长期高价位运行的当下,使用向日葵粕和棉粕进行部分替代, 可有效降低饲料成本;此外,精氨酸含量低的向日葵粕与精氨酸含量高的棉粕组合,可一定 程度保证营养的平衡。
我国畜禽鲜血资源量可观,可年产血粉达50万吨以上,但常规血球蛋白粉具血腥味,饲 料蛋白利用率低。将畜禽血液经高速离心分离得到血球液,对血球液进行再离心分离得到珠 蛋白液,再经除盐、干燥和水解即得畜禽水解珠蛋白粉。水解珠蛋白含有大量游离氨基酸和 小肽,易于消化吸收,无血腥味,可提高动物适口性。此外,味觉刺激肽、风味肽等物质含 量丰富的酶解鱼溶浆粉、必需氨基酸模式与鱼粉相似的黑水虻虫粉,也改善了本发明中无鱼 粉无鱼油饲料的适口性。
裂殖壶藻粉的油脂约占细胞干重的55%~75%,其DHA可占总油脂的30%~50%。相对于 鱼油DHA,微藻DHA更易被吸收利用,且更安全、稳定。罗氏沼虾可高效利用植物油中的 单不饱和脂肪酸,虽其无法合成ARA和EPA,但其对长链高不饱和脂肪酸(LC-PUFA)的需求较小,而鱼油中的LC-PUFA超出罗氏沼虾的需求量,容易导致脂质过氧化,进而造成机体氧化应激。因此本发明以菜籽油与裂殖壶藻粉组合替代常规罗虾料中的鱼油,并辅以可有效 提高动物对脂类物质消化、吸收能力的溶血卵磷脂,从而提高饲料效率,降低饲料成本。
进一步的,维生素预混料中也加入了对罗氏沼虾有益成分。例如,在牛磺酸对于维持水 产动物机体渗透压平衡、抗氧化、抗应激以及提高免疫性能等具有重要作用,且添加于饲料 中可提高部分鱼虾的摄食率。牛磺酸在动物性饲料原料如鱼粉中的含量较高,而在植物性饲 料原料中的含量甚微。谷氨酸是一种重要的呈味氨基酸,谷氨酸可能通过改善肌肉营养组成, 提高肌肉中风味物质含量,以改善肌肉品质。珍珠露水草在我国分布广泛,露水草是迄今为 止报道的蜕皮激素含量最高的植物(约40%)。β-蜕皮激素不仅能触发甲壳类动物蜕皮过程 的开始,而且能确保整个蜕皮过程的持续进行,并促进新生表皮鞣化等。在无鱼粉无鱼油饲 料中组合添加牛磺酸、谷氨酸和珍珠露水草提取物,可达到增强诱食性的同时显著提高虾的 生长性能的功效。
酿酒酵母含丰富的蛋白质、维生素、矿物质、多糖(主要为β-葡聚糖和甘露寡糖)和许 多生物活性物质(包括谷胱甘肽等),有许多完整的酶系(包括SOD等),并含有2.5%~10% 的核糖核酸(RNA)。乳酸片球菌具有较宽的抑菌谱(包括阳性菌和阴性菌);可调节胃肠道 菌群,维持肠道微生态平衡;可竞争性地抑制病原微生物,增强动物机体的免疫功能,可激 活酸性蛋白酶的活性,参与机体的新陈代谢,防止有害物质产生;并具有耐酸、耐胆盐、耐 高温等优良特性。丁酸梭菌能够纠正肠道菌群紊乱,调节肠道微生态平衡,减少肠毒素的产 生;丁酸梭菌的多种代谢产物能够减轻肠道炎症,加速肠道损伤修复。大黄素是虎杖、大黄 等传统中药的有效单体成分。临床应用研究表明,大黄素具有显著的抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗肝纤 维化作用;在水产动物上的研究表明,大黄素可有效提高水产动物的抗应激、免疫及抗氧化 能力。本发明将酿酒酵母、β-葡聚糖、乳酸片球菌、丁酸梭菌和大黄素联合添加于饲料中, 五者在免疫性能、抗氧化性能、抗应激方面互相补充、协同增效。本发明添加了甲壳类动物 自身不能分泌的植酸酶,外源补充植酸酶可帮助有效分解植酸蛋白化合物,改善虾体的生长 性能、提高对蛋白质的消化利用率。
此外,本发明还以纳米氧化镁、纳米氧化锌等替代了常规微量元素配合物,纳米化处理 的微量元素,不仅促生长效果好、添加量小、节约饲料成本,更重要的是减少了对环境的污 染。

下述实施例中所使用的试验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法;所使用的材料、试剂等, 如无特殊说明,均为可从商业途径得到的试剂和材料。
1.饲料配方
实施例1-3、对比例1-3罗氏沼虾功能性配合饲料配方组成如下表1,表1中所有原料的 用量均是克,按照每公斤饲料中的添加量进行配制。对比例4是普通市售商业罗氏沼虾饲料。

2.效果验证实验管理
实验在广东湛江国家863基地进行,玻璃养殖桶(每个1立方米)养殖。养殖时间8周。
实验分为7组,分别为组1、组2、组3、组4、组5、组6、组7,每组3个重复,每个 重复一个养殖桶。罗氏沼虾健康活力好,暂养两周待罗氏沼虾适应后开始试验,每桶20只虾。 组1、组2、组3分别仅投喂对应的实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的配合饲料,组4、组5、 组6分别投喂对应的对比例1、对比例2、对比例3的配合饲料,组7(对比例4)投喂市售 普通商业罗氏沼虾饲料。每天投喂3次(8:00、17:00、21:00),日投饵率5%。
实验过程中,养殖水温为26-30℃,pH为7.8-8.3,溶解氧≥6mg/L,总氨氮≤0.3mg/L, 亚硝态氮≤0.02mg/L,不定期吸污换水。
3.生长指标及养殖水体理化指标统计分析
增重率(WGR,%)=100×(终末平均体重-初始平均体重)/初始平均体重;
特定生长率(SGR,%/d)=100×(ln终末平均体重-ln初始平均体重)/饲养天数;
存活率(SR,%)=(试验末虾尾数/试验初虾尾数)×100;
饵料系数(FC)=投饲总量/(终末体重+死亡体重-初始体重);
丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、酚氧化酶(PO)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)等指 标采用南京建成生物工程研究所试剂盒检测。
氮、磷排放率的计算参照水产配合饲料环境安全性评价规程(GBT 23390-2009)。
氮排放率(NLR,%)=[1-(FN-IN)/(FI×DN)]×100
磷排放率(PLR,%)=[1-(FP-IP)/(FI×DP)]×100

4.结果分析
4.1生长性能对比。
生长性能实验结果如下表2所示。

不同试验组罗氏沼虾的生长情况如表2所示,从表中可以看出,实施例2的增重率、特 定生长率、存活率略高于对比例4(市售罗氏沼虾饲料),实施例1和3的增重率、特定生长率、存活率略低于对比例4;实施例2的饵料系数略低于对比例4,实施例1和3的饵料系数 略高于对比例4。
与实施例1相比,对比例1(未添加珍珠露水草提取物+牛磺酸+谷氨酸)、对比例2(未 添加酿酒酵母+β-葡聚糖+乳酸片球菌+丁酸梭菌+大黄素)的增重率、特定生长率均显著下降, 对比例2的存活率显著下降。对比例3(未添加植酸酶)的增重率、特定生长率、存活率低 于实施例1。对比例1、2、3的饵料系数显著升高。
4.2抗氧化及免疫指标对比。
抗氧化及免疫实验结果如图1所示,图1中A-D分别为罗氏沼虾的丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、酚氧化酶(PO)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)检测结果。从图1中可以看出, 实施例1-3的抗氧化指标及免疫指标优于对比例4,其中实施例2的效果较为显著;实施例1 的抗氧化指标及免疫指标显著优于对比例2。
4.3氮磷排放率对比。
氮磷排放实验结果如表3所示。

由表3可知,实施例1-3的氮磷排放率显著低于对比例4;实施例1的氮磷排放率显著低 于对比例3。
由以上效果验证实验可见,本发明是基于罗氏沼虾营养需求的计算、采食量的估算以及 原料营养价值的评估而配制的一种环保型罗氏沼虾功能性配合饲料。饲料配方各成分协同增 效,养殖效果和正常鱼粉含量、豆粕含量的罗氏沼虾饲料的养殖效果无明显差别。但本饲料 配方显著降低了罗氏沼虾养殖过程中氮磷的排放;配方成本显著低于市售饲料,因此,可有 效提高经济效益和生态效益。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中 的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾, 都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

硒代蛋氨酸0.002~0.005g,碘酸钾0.015~0.026g,氯化钾1.0~2.0g,氯化钠1.0~1.5g,氯化胆碱2~3.0g,纳米氧化镁0.45~0.55g,纳米铜0.02~0.03g,纳米氧化锰0.01~0.02g,纳米氧化锌0.04~0.08g,硫酸亚铁0.2~0.5g,蛋氨酸钴0.01~0.06g,乳化剂0.3~0.53g,沸石粉2~3g,甜菜碱0.65~1g。
6.根据权利要求5所述的环保型罗氏沼虾功能性配合饲料,其特征在于,所述矿物质预混料,以每公斤所述饲料总量为基数,由以下重量比的组分组成:
硒代蛋氨酸0.004g,碘酸钾0.026g,氯化钾1.5g,氯化钠1.2g,氯化胆碱2.5g,纳米氧化镁0.5g,纳米铜0.02g,纳米氧化锰0.015g,纳米氧化锌0.06g,硫酸亚铁0.4g,蛋氨酸钴0.045g,乳化剂0.43,沸石粉2.5g,甜菜碱0.8g。
