The first communication module 3100 is configured to acquire and output identity information and an identity confirmation instruction; the second communication module 3200 is configured to obtain identity information; the second communication module 3200 is further configured to obtain an identity confirmation instruction, and call the identity matching table according to the identity confirmation instruction; the second communication unit is also used for matching the identity information with the identity matching table and generating the jigsaw identification and the coordinate information corresponding to the identity information.
The communication device 3000 provided by the invention comprises a first communication module 3100 and a second communication module 3200, wherein the first communication module 3100 is in communication connection with the sending module 2300, and the second communication module 3200 is connected with the first communication module 3100 and in communication connection with the PCB jointed board detection device 1000. The first communication module 3100 may output the obtained identity confirmation instruction and the obtained identity information to the second communication module 3200, and the second communication module 3200 may send a call request to the PCB panel detection device 1000 according to the obtained identity confirmation instruction to obtain an identity matching table, and obtain the coordinate information corresponding to the identity identifier of each PCB panel according to the matching result of the identity matching table and the identity information, thereby obtaining the corresponding panel identifier and the coordinate information according to the identity information.

According to the PCB splice plate detection method, the position of the PCB splice plate can be fixed, so that the splice plate identification of the PCB splice plate is obtained, and identity information corresponding to each PCB splice plate is generated according to the splice plate identification of the PCB and the defective product position on the PCB splice plate. By executing the computer executable instructions in the computer scale storage medium provided by the invention, the invention can realize the PCB splice plate detection method provided by the embodiment of the third aspect, so that the PCB splice plate is fixed to a preset detection position to obtain the splice plate identification of the PCB splice plate, and the coordinate information of the corresponding position information is generated according to the obtained position information of the defective PCB splice plate. The method can also generate the identity information of the PCB jointed board according to the jointed board identification, the coordinate information and the preset compiling rule, thereby marking the identity information at the preset marking position.
