Abstract
The invention discloses a PCB detection, identification and positioning method and a system, wherein the method comprises the following steps: attaching an electronic identity tag on a PCB to be tested, and providing a server in which a data table is generated; when the PCB is detected by the optical detection system, firstly, an electronic identity label of the PCB is scanned by a first scanner in communication connection with a server to obtain an identity label corresponding to the PCB; after the detection work is finished, the identity identification of the PCB and the detection result data thereof are respectively stored in a data table; scanning the electronic identity label on the PCB through a second scanner in communication connection with the server to obtain an identity label of the electronic identity label, and looking up a table from a data table to obtain detection result data of the PCB; by the method, when the PCB with the defective detection result is maintained, the fault point on the PCB does not need to be detected or searched again, the working efficiency of PCB maintenance is effectively improved, repeated detection work is avoided, and the production cost is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of PCB quick identification related methods, in particular to a PCB detection, identification and positioning method and system.
Background
For a large-scale PCB, due to the fact that the number of electronic components integrated on the large-scale PCB is large and the density of the electronic components is high, it is difficult to observe a fault point on the PCB by naked eyes during the production or maintenance process, and the industry generally scans the PCB by an optical scanner to detect the fault point on the PCB. And after the detection is finished, when the PCB with the fault is found, selecting the PCB out to enter a maintenance procedure. At present, in the maintenance process, an operator generally needs to find out a specific NG point through secondary testing or careful observation, and for a PCB with a fault, the operator needs to go through two detection processes after detecting maintenance, and the process is repeated, so that the production cost is wasted to a certain extent, and the maintenance efficiency is not improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to a method and a system for detecting, identifying and positioning a PCB, which can quickly locate a defective position point when a PCB detected as a defective product is maintained.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention discloses a PCB detection, identification and positioning method, which comprises the following steps:
attaching an electronic identity tag representing the unique identity of a PCB to be tested on the PCB, and providing a server, wherein a data table is generated in the server and comprises an object item and a content item corresponding to the object item;
when the PCB is detected by the optical detection system, firstly, an electronic identity label of the PCB is scanned by a first scanner in communication connection with a server to obtain an identity label corresponding to the PCB;
after the detection work is finished, the identity identification of the PCB and the detection result data thereof are respectively stored into the corresponding object item and content item in the server, wherein the detection result data comprises the name of a fault element and the position of a fault point;
and after the PCB is output from the optical detection system, scanning the electronic identity label on the PCB through a second scanner in communication connection with the server to obtain the identity label of the PCB, and looking up a table from the data table to obtain the detection result data of the PCB.
Preferably, the electronic identity tag is a two-dimensional code.
Preferably, after the scanning by the second scanner is completed, the data of the detection result is displayed in a rolling manner by a display device.
Preferably, the display device includes a liquid crystal display panel provided on the second scanner.
The invention also discloses a PCB detecting, identifying and positioning system, which comprises a server, an optical detection system, an electronic identity label, a first scanner and a second scanner, wherein the optical detection system, the electronic identity label, the first scanner and the second scanner are in communication connection with the server;
the electronic identity tag is arranged on the PCB to be tested, and an identity mark representing the unique identity of the PCB is arranged in the electronic identity tag;
the optical detection system is used for executing detection work on the PCB;
the first scanner and the second scanner are used for scanning the electronic identity label on the PCB to obtain the identity label of the PCB, and the first scanner is arranged in the detection system;
the server comprises a data table generating module, an entry module and a query module;
the data table generating module is used for generating a data table, and the data table comprises object items and content items corresponding to the object items;
the input module is used for inputting the identity identification and the detection result data of the current PCB into an object item and a content item in the data table respectively according to the feedback of the first scanner and the detection system, wherein the detection result data comprises a fault element name and a fault point position;
and the query module is used for querying the data table according to the feedback of the second scanner so as to obtain a data detection result corresponding to the PCB.
Preferably, the electronic identity tag is a two-dimensional code.

Compared with the prior art, the PCB detection, identification and positioning method has the beneficial technical effects that: because the electronic identity label is attached to the PCB, after the detection work of the optical detection system is finished, if the current PCB is found to be a defective product, the identity label of the PCB and the detection result data corresponding to the identity label are input into the data table in the server, and then when the PCB is maintained, the position of a fault point on the PCB can be quickly inquired out from the data table in the server by scanning the electronic identity label on the PCB again, so that when the PCB with the detection result of the defective product is maintained, the fault point on the PCB does not need to be detected or searched again, the work efficiency of PCB maintenance is effectively improved, repeated detection work is avoided, and the production cost is reduced.

Detailed Description
In order to explain technical contents, structural features, and objects and effects of the present invention in detail, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, this embodiment discloses a method for detecting, identifying and positioning a PCB, which is used to quickly identify and position a location point of a faulty component on a PCB 1 that is detected as a defective product, without secondary detection and repeated searching of a point to be repaired. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
s1: attaching an electronic identity tag 10 representing the unique identity of the PCB 1 to be tested to the PCB 1, and providing a server 2, wherein a data table is generated in the server 2 and comprises an object item and a content item corresponding to the object item;
s2: when the PCB 1 is detected by the optical detection system 3, firstly, the electronic identity label 10 of the PCB 1 is scanned by the first scanner 30 which is in communication connection with the server 2, so as to obtain an identity mark corresponding to the PCB 1;
s3: after the detection work is finished, the identity identification of the PCB 1 and the detection result data thereof are respectively input into the corresponding object item and content item in the server 2, namely the identity identification of the PCB 1 is input into the object item, and the detection result data of the PCB 1 is input into the content item, so that the subsequent search is facilitated;
s4: after the PCB board 1 is outputted from the optical detection system 3, the electronic identification tag 10 on the PCB board 1 is scanned by the second scanner 4 in communication connection with the server 2 to obtain the identification thereof, and then the detection result data of the PCB board 1 is obtained by looking up the table from the data table, wherein the detection result data includes the name of the faulty component and the location of the faulty point.
The working principle of the method is described in detail by the detection and repair flow of the PCB board 1 as follows: after the PCB 1 enters the optical detection system 3, the first scanner 30 is first started to scan the electronic identity tag 10 on the current PCB 1 to obtain the identity thereof, then the detection program is started to perform fault detection on the PCB 1, after the detection is completed, if the PCB 1 is found to be a defective product, a piece of data is established in the data table in the server 2, the identity of the PCB 1 is entered into the object item of the piece of data, and the detection result data of the PCB 1 is entered into the content item. After the PCB board 1 flows into the repair production line after being output from the optical detection system 3, the electronic identity tag 10 on the PCB board 1 is scanned by the second scanner 4 to obtain the identity thereof, and then the detection result data corresponding to the identity thereof in the data table is searched according to the identity, so that the fault element name and the fault point position on the PCB board 1 can be quickly identified and positioned according to the searched detection result data without detecting and searching again, thereby effectively improving the efficiency of repair work and reducing the production cost. Preferably, the electronic identity tag 10 in the present embodiment is preferably a two-dimensional code.
When there are a plurality of fault points on a PCB 1, in order to facilitate checking and avoid missing, the second scanner 4 displays the detection result data by scrolling through a display device 40 after scanning is completed. Preferably, the display device 40 includes a liquid crystal display panel provided on the second scanner 4. After the second scanner 4 finishes scanning, the detection result data can be quickly checked through the liquid crystal display screen arranged on the second scanner, and the use is convenient.
The invention also discloses a PCB detection, identification and positioning system which comprises a server 2, an optical detection system 3 in communication connection with the server 2, an electronic identity tag 10, a first scanner 30 and a second scanner 4.
The electronic identity tag 10 is arranged on the PCB to be tested 1, and an identity mark representing the unique identity of the PCB 1 is arranged in the electronic identity tag 10.
And the optical detection system 3 is used for executing detection work on the PCB 1.
The first scanner 30 and the second scanner 4 are used for scanning the electronic identity tag 10 on the PCB 1 to obtain the identity of the PCB 1, and the first scanner 30 is disposed in the detection system.
The server 2 comprises a data table generating module 20, a logging module 21 and a query module 22.
The data table generating module 20 is configured to generate a data table, where the data table includes the object item and the content item corresponding to the object item.
And the recording module 21 is configured to record the identity of the current PCB 1 and the detection result data into an object item and a content item in the data table respectively according to the feedback of the first scanner 30 and the detection system, where the detection result data includes a fault element name and a fault point position.
And the query module 22 is configured to query the data table according to the feedback of the second scanner 4 to obtain a data detection result corresponding to the PCB 1.
Preferably, the system further comprises a display device 40 communicatively connected to the second scanner 4, the display device 40 being configured to display the data detection result. The display device 40 includes a liquid crystal display provided on the second scanner 4.
For the working principle and working process of the PCB detection, identification and positioning system in this embodiment, the above PCB detection, identification and positioning method is referred to in detail, and is not described herein again.
The invention also discloses a PCB detecting, identifying and positioning system, which comprises one or more processors;
memory, and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the programs comprising instructions for performing the PCB board detection recognition positioning method as described above.
The invention also discloses a computer readable storage medium which comprises a computer program, wherein the computer program can be executed by a processor to complete the PCB detecting, identifying and positioning method.

1. A PCB detection, identification and positioning method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
attaching an electronic identity tag representing the unique identity of a PCB to be tested on the PCB, and providing a server, wherein a data table is generated in the server and comprises an object item and a content item corresponding to the object item;
when the PCB is detected by the optical detection system, firstly, an electronic identity label of the PCB is scanned by a first scanner in communication connection with a server to obtain an identity label corresponding to the PCB;
after the detection work is finished, respectively inputting the identity of the PCB and detection result data thereof into corresponding object items and content items in the server, wherein the detection result data comprises a fault element name and a fault point position;
and after the PCB is output from the optical detection system, scanning the electronic identity label on the PCB through a second scanner in communication connection with the server to obtain the identity label of the PCB, and looking up a table from the data table to obtain the detection result data of the PCB.
2. The PCB board detecting, identifying and positioning method of claim 1, wherein the electronic identity tag is a two-dimensional code.
3. The PCB detecting, identifying and positioning method of claim 1, wherein after the second scanner finishes scanning, the detection result data is displayed in a rolling manner through a display device.
4. The PCB board detecting, identifying and positioning method of claim 3, wherein the display device comprises a liquid crystal display screen arranged on the second scanner.

A PCB board detection, identification and positioning system is characterized by comprising a server, an optical detection system, an electronic identity tag, a first scanner and a second scanner, wherein the optical detection system, the electronic identity tag, the first scanner and the second scanner are in communication connection with the server;
the electronic identity tag is arranged on the PCB to be tested, and an identity mark representing the unique identity of the PCB is arranged in the electronic identity tag;
the optical detection system is used for executing detection work on the PCB;
the first scanner and the second scanner are used for scanning the electronic identity label on the PCB to obtain the identity label of the PCB, and the first scanner is arranged in the detection system;
the server comprises a data table generating module, an entry module and a query module;
the data table generating module is used for generating a data table, and the data table comprises object items and content items corresponding to the object items;
the input module is used for inputting the identity identification and the detection result data of the current PCB into an object item and a content item in the data table respectively according to the feedback of the first scanner and the detection system, wherein the detection result data comprises a fault element name and a fault point position;
and the query module is used for querying the data table according to the feedback of the second scanner so as to obtain a data detection result corresponding to the PCB.

8. The PCB board detecting, identifying and positioning system of claim 7, wherein the display device comprises a liquid crystal display disposed on the second scanner.

one or more processors;
a memory;
and one or more programs, wherein the one or more programs are stored in the memory and configured to be executed by the one or more processors, the programs comprising instructions for performing the PCB board detection recognition positioning method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
10. A computer-readable storage medium comprising a computer program executable by a processor to perform the PCB board inspection, identification and location method of any one of claims 1 to 4.
