Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following describes the method, apparatus and system for visual inspection of printed matter according to the present invention in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are for purposes of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a visual inspection method for printed matter, including:
and S100, searching in a standard printed matter template library according to the material code corresponding to the printed matter to be detected, and judging whether the standard printed matter template corresponding to the material code exists or not. The material code is an identification character string of a certain printed matter in the first external system, and can be a string of numbers, letters or a combination of numbers and letters. The standard printed matter template is used for judging whether the printed matter to be detected is qualified or not, comprises a standard printed matter image, and can further comprise at least two characteristic values. The standard printed matter template is stored in the template library of the visual detection device in advance, and the template library can also store the one-to-one correspondence relation between the standard printed matter template and the material codes, so that the standard printed matter template can be obtained by searching the material codes. For example, the standard print template may be named with the material code, and the search queries the file name of the standard print template with the material code.
And S200, when the standard printed matter template exists, acquiring the template building time of the standard printed matter template. For example, when a standard print template named by the material code is retrieved, the standard print template may be determined to be present. The template creation time may be the creation time of the template, or the last modification time. The template creation time is stored in the template library.
S300, acquiring the issuing time of the corresponding digital drawing in the second external system according to the material code. The second external system may be a database, for example a database in a graphic system of an enterprise. The second external system stores a digital drawing for printing the printed matter to be tested, the issuing time of the digital drawing and the one-to-one correspondence relation between the material codes and the digital drawing. For example, the digitized drawing may be named with the material code. The second external system can output the corresponding issuing time of the digital drawing according to the input material codes. The digitized drawing may be the standard print image or the standard print image may be generated by software. The issuing time may be the last modification time of the digitized drawing, or may be a manually set time, such as an audit passing time or a time submitted to a printing factory, stored in the second external system.
S400, comparing the template establishment time with the issuing time, and judging whether the standard printed matter template needs to be updated or not. When the issuing time of the digital drawing is later than the template establishing time of the standard printed matter template, the standard printed matter template is judged to need to be updated, and when the issuing time is earlier, the standard printed matter template is judged to need not to be updated.

The foregoing examples illustrate only a few embodiments of the invention and are described in detail herein without thereby limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention, which are all within the scope of the invention. Accordingly, the scope of protection of the present invention is to be determined by the appended claims.
