Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention performs this print confirmation when performing print output of an image, and in particular, a print confirmation method for performing print output in a state intended by the image sending side, and a program for causing a computer to execute the method The present invention relates to a print confirmation apparatus and a print confirmation system.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Currently, commercially available color printers have improved image quality of print output year by year, and now they are able to produce print output with a quality comparable to silver halide photography. As a result, image data obtained via a digital camera, a network or the like can be easily printed out with high quality.
[0003]
By using such a color printer owned by the user, it is conceivable that image data describing an advertisement of a company or the like is transmitted to the user's terminal device and printed out from the color printer to advertise the advertisement. In recent years, a communication environment such as the Internet has been established, and therefore, an advertisement system that performs advertisement via the Internet has been proposed (for example, see
[0004]
Such company advertisements are created at a high cost, and this tendency is particularly noticeable in mature industries. Famous directors, creators, photographers, artists, talents, etc. are used to create this advertisement. In addition, the content of advertisements is also creative and many are of high quality, and the recent trend is that there are more advertisements that promote the image of companies and products than just ads that explain the content of products. Such an advertisement will be referred to as a premier advertisement.
[0005]
Such a premier advertisement has reached the value of the advertisement image itself. For example, for a poster on which a famous talent is posted, the poster itself has the value of a valuable product due to the limited number of pages. Since such a premier advertisement is not premised on distribution, it is generally not available, and many people are eager to obtain it.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, even when taking a personal photograph using a digital camera, it is extremely difficult to perform color matching in common at the time of shooting, editing, and printing, and it is printed out in the color tone intended at the time of production. It was difficult. In order to perform print output in a state in which the color tone is adjusted, it is necessary to perform complicated color adjustment on each device that handles images and the image itself. In actual print output, it is necessary to adapt not only the color tone but also the paper type and size used for printing. In addition, the premier advertisement requires a print quality that can be printed out as intended by the production side in order to appropriately convey the advertisement of the product or the like to the user.
[0008]
In addition to the example of printing personally photographed images and premier advertisement image data as described above, image data (for example, posters, paintings, etc.) having product value and paid by the user is printed out. It is possible. Even in this case, it is necessary to print this image data in a state intended by the production side (color tone, size, paper type, ink ejection state). Conventionally, any of these various image data cannot be printed out with appropriate color tone, size, paper type, and the like.
[0009]
In particular, when the server or the like is configured to send image data that is a product to a remote user's terminal via a network or the like and print it out, when the quality of the printed image is satisfied, that is, the production side A system in which the user can pay for the merchandise for the first time in such a state (color tone, size, paper type) or the like is required. In this way, when image data having commercial value is transmitted via a network or the like, the server manages not only the subsequent charging process by simply transmitting the image data but also the print output state at the terminal. Therefore, it is desired to construct a system that can accurately execute billing or payment processing for a product.
