Description

Preparation method of natural antibacterial yarn, natural antibacterial yarn and fabric
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of textiles, in particular to a preparation method of natural antibacterial yarns, the natural antibacterial yarns and fabric.
Background
Most of dyes used for coloring textiles at present are synthetic dyes, most of raw materials of the synthetic dyes are heterocyclic compounds and aromatic compounds, the pollution generated during production and use is serious, the waste water and gas amount is large, and although a large amount of manpower and financial resources are invested for treating the dye waste water at present, the pollution problem of the synthetic dyes cannot be fundamentally solved. In addition, many synthetic dye intermediates have toxicity of different degrees, which is very harmful to human health, and the use of the synthetic dye intermediates in infant textiles and textiles in direct contact with skin is limited or even prohibited due to the toxicity problem of the synthetic dye intermediates. Similarly, the chemical antibacterial agent has antibacterial effect when being applied to fibers, fabrics and textiles through an after-finishing technology, but the antibacterial effect is obviously weakened along with the increase of the washing times until the antibacterial function is lost.
With the enhancement of environmental awareness of people and the pursuit of healthy life style, more and more people begin to pay attention to the health of textiles, for example, whether textile clothes have natural antibacterial or bacteriostatic action, whether the textile clothes are suitable for being worn by directly contacting with skin, and the like. Natural dyes refer to dyes obtained from plant, animal or mineral sources with little or no chemical processing. Some natural dyes have the health care function of medicines, have antibacterial property and are suitable for developing green products with high added values. The fabric dyed by the natural dye is particularly suitable for being used as a textile contacting with skin, and has very considerable market prospect. The suspension dyeing method has high requirements on dyeing particles, the dyeing particles are required to be dried after padding with a dyeing solution, the dyeing process can be completed only by padding with a reduction fixing solution and then steaming at high temperature and washing and oxidizing, but the suspension padding is suitable for directly dyeing the fabric and is difficult to dye the yarn, so that patterning can not be realized in a yarn weaving mode, the variety change obtained by fabric dyeing is less, and the cost is high. And the suspension dyeing method is only suitable for dyeing medium and light colors, and has poor dyeing fastness when dyeing deep colors. Therefore, how to develop a simpler, more efficient and lower-cost method for preparing the natural antibacterial yarn to meet the daily wearing requirements of people becomes crucial.

FIG. 1: the application discloses a flow schematic diagram of an embodiment of a preparation method of a natural antibacterial yarn.
Detailed Description
In order to make the purpose, technical solution and effect of the present application clearer and clearer, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an embodiment of a method for preparing a natural antimicrobial yarn according to the present application, the method including:
step S101: carrying out pre-reduction treatment on the natural plant vat series antibacterial dye to obtain the natural plant dye leuco body high-concentration mother liquor.
Wherein the natural plant reduction system antibacterial dye can be extracted from radix Isatidis, folium Isatidis, Isatis tinctoria, and Indigofera tinctoria, and has natural antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects; the dye containing natural plant gardenia yellow also has the efficacy of antibacterial treatment of skin infection; the raw material of the bio-based vat dye synthesized by natural plant dye pigment has antibacterial performance to bring antibacterial effect after dyeing; the yarn is dyed by adopting natural plant antibacterial dye, and the obtained yarn has natural antibacterial performance, so that the fabric with natural antibacterial performance and the textile with natural antibacterial performance are obtained. Because the reducing dye is insoluble in water, the fiber can be dyed only by reducing and dissolving the reducing dye in alkaline strong reducing liquid into leuco sodium salt, and the leuco sodium salt is recovered into insoluble dye lake after oxidation and is fixed on the fiber, so the fastness to washing and sun is high generally.
Step S102: diluting the natural plant dye leuco body high-concentration mother liquor with normal-temperature water, and adding an alkaline agent and a composite reducing agent in the dilution process to maintain the reduction condition to obtain a dyeing working solution.
During normal use, the high-concentration mother liquor of the leuco dye needs to be further diluted according to the current use condition, normal-temperature water is adopted to dilute the high-concentration mother liquor of the leuco dye of the natural plant, and specifically, the dilution times of the normal-temperature water and the high-concentration mother liquor of the leuco dye can be 10-60 times (such as 20, 30, 40 and 50 times). And adding an alkaline agent and a composite reducing agent in the dilution process to maintain the reduction condition to obtain the dyeing working solution.
Step S103: dyeing the yarn by using the dyeing working solution, and carrying out oxidation, soaping, washing and drying treatment on the dyed yarn to obtain the natural antibacterial yarn.
According to the method, by means of an environment-friendly composite reducing agent, a natural plant reduction dye is prepared into high-concentration leuco mother liquor in advance by adopting a pre-reduction method, then the standby leuco mother liquor is diluted and the reduction condition is maintained to prepare a dyeing working solution, and finally the dyeing working solution is used for dyeing yarns, so that the prepared yarns have natural antibacterial performance, the requirements of consumers on the antibacterial property and bacteriostasis of textiles can be met, and the method is simple and efficient; and the natural plant reduction antibacterial dye adopts environment-friendly renewable raw materials, has small environmental pollution and meets the requirement of environmental protection.
In one embodiment, the length of yarn passing through the dyeing solution is not less than 28 meters. Firstly, converting a water-insoluble dye into a state of leuco sodium salt by utilizing a pre-reduction method, wherein dye particles are converted into 100-500 nano-scale microcolloids, so that the dye can be adsorbed and diffused into fibers; then the fiber is oxidized and washed to be recovered to a water-insoluble state and fixed on the fiber to finish the dyeing process. The yarn passes through a dye vat and is soaked in a dyeing working solution, the suspension dyeing method is a small dye vat, and the cloth passing route is about 2-3 meters; the method adopts a leuco dyeing method, at least two large tanks are adopted for continuous dyeing, the length of a cloth passing route formed by the yarn soaked in each dye tank and passing through a plurality of cloth guide rollers is 14-15 meters, and the length of the cloth passing route formed by the two dye tanks is 28 meters or more. Because the particle size of dye molecules in a leuco state is nano-scale, the dye can enter the fiber more easily, the longer the contact time of the fiber of the yarn and the dyeing working solution is, the higher the combination degree of the antibacterial dye and the fiber is, and the longer the antibacterial effect is.
In one embodiment, the yarn is dyed by using a dyeing working solution prepared from a natural plant reduction system antibacterial leuco body high-concentration mother solution, yarn boiling is carried out by using a penetrating agent and caustic soda, then an alkaline agent and a composite reducing agent are added at room temperature and mixed uniformly, then the dyeing working solution is added, the temperature is raised to 30-50 ℃, the temperature raising rate is 0.5-1.5 ℃/min, and the heat preservation operation is carried out for 5-30 min; after the heat preservation is finished, cooling and discharging liquid, and then washing the yarns for 10 minutes by using cold water; and oxidizing the washed yarn by using 1-6 g/L normal-temperature hydrogen peroxide, and recovering the leuco sodium salt into insoluble dye lake after oxidation so as to fix the leuco sodium salt on the fiber. Oxidizing the washed yarn nylon fibers by using 1-6 g/L (such as 2g/L, 3g/L, 4g/L and 5g/L) of normal-temperature hydrogen peroxide, and operating for 15-30 min (such as 17min, 20min, 25min and 28 min); after oxidation, soaping treatment is carried out, specifically, 1-4 g/L (such as 1.5g/L, 2g/L, 2.5g/L and 3g/L) of soaping agent and 1-4 g/L (such as 1.5g/L, 2g/L, 2.5g/L and 3g/L) of dispersing agent can be added, the temperature is raised to 80-85 ℃ (such as 81 ℃, 82 ℃, 83 ℃ and 84 ℃) and the treatment is carried out for 5-25 min (such as 10min, 15min, 20min and 23 min). And finally, carrying out hot water washing, water washing and drying treatment on the yarn subjected to soap washing.
In one embodiment, the pre-reduction treatment of the natural plant vat-series antibacterial dye comprises the following steps: adding 50-60% (e.g., 52%, 55%, 58%) of water into a container, adding 60-120 g/L (e.g., 65g/L, 70g/L, 75g/L, 80g/L, 85g/L) of an alkaline agent, and stirring for 2-5 min to uniformly dissolve and disperse the alkaline agent to obtain an alkaline solution, wherein the alkaline agent can be one or a mixture of caustic soda, soda ash or strong and weak acid salts; heating the alkaline solution while adding 120-200 g/L (such as 130g/L, 140g/L, 150g/L, 160g/L, 170g/L, 180g/L and 190g/L) of natural plant reduction antibacterial dye, stirring for 10min, boiling for 3-5 min, and uniformly dispersing the reduction dye in the alkaline solution to obtain initial high-concentration dye mother liquor; after the initial high-concentration dye mother liquor is cooled to 40-45 ℃, 60-120 g/L (such as 70g/L, 80g/L and 90g/L) of composite reducing agent is added, and specifically, the reducing agent preferred by the reduction system antibacterial dye can be an environment-friendly composite reducing agent RSW; and (3) rapidly stirring for 5-10 min, supplementing the residual water, and finally slowly stirring for 45min to fully reduce the dye to obtain the natural plant reduction system antibacterial dye leuco body high-concentration mother liquor.
In one embodiment, the preparation method of the natural antibacterial yarn provided by the application takes the natural plant reduction antibacterial dye as a raw material, and dyes the yarn by adopting a leuco dyeing method, so that the prepared yarn has natural antibacterial performance, is simple and efficient, has little environmental pollution, and meets the requirement of environmental protection. Table 1 test of antibacterial property of natural antibacterial fabric
Figure BDA0002738369290000081
As can be seen from table 1, the yarn, fabric and textile dyed by natural plant reduction antibacterial dye of the present invention have antibacterial properties, can meet the consumer's requirements for natural antibacterial and bacteriostatic properties of textiles, and are suitable for making textiles such as shirts, underwear, towels and bedding products. The natural plant reduction system antibacterial dye belongs to an environment-friendly renewable raw material, has small pollution to the environment, can effectively reduce the environment-friendly pressure, and is subjected to washing water treatment, and slurry on the yarn falls off along with washing, so that the antibacterial value of textiles such as shirts, underwear, towels, bedding products and the like prepared by the natural plant reduction system antibacterial dye is continuously improved along with the increase of washing force, and the antibacterial effect is more remarkable.
Table 2 apparent color depth test of natural antibacterial fabric
Figure BDA0002738369290000082
% owf: percentage of relative fabric
The Kubelka-Munk dyeing depth equation establishes a certain functional relationship between the absorption coefficient K and the scattering coefficient S of a measured object and the concentration C of the colored substances in the solid sample. The larger the K/S value obtained by calculation, the darker the surface color of the solid sample, i.e. the higher the concentration of the colored substance, and the better the dyeing performance of the dye. As can be seen from Table 2, the natural plant vat type antibacterial dyes with different color systems are respectively dyed by a suspension dyeing method and a leuco dyeing method, wherein the dye consumption in the suspension dyeing method is 300-400% of that in the leuco dyeing method, but the apparent color depth K/S value of the dyed fabric is different from that of the leuco dye. Therefore, the result shows that the natural antibacterial fabric dyed by the leuco dye has a color obtaining effect obviously better than that of the suspension dye, and the dye consumption is reduced with the same depth. The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating embodiments of the present application and is not intended to limit the scope of the present application, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes, which are made by the contents of the specification and the drawings of the present application or are directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are also included in the scope of the present application.
