Abstract
The invention discloses a printing and dyeing finishing method of food-grade textiles and application thereof, wherein the method comprises the following steps: (1) selecting a food additive as an acid agent, and adjusting the pH value of the textile fabric subjected to the pretreatment process to achieve a proper printing and dyeing condition; (2) selecting food additives or food contact materials and additives for products as mordants, and carrying out mordant treatment on textile fabrics; (3) selecting a proper natural pigment as a dye, selecting a food additive as an acid agent, and preparing a dye solution to dye the textile fabric; (4) food additives are selected as accelerating agents to promote full dyeing of natural pigments; (5) selecting food additives as an acid agent, a softening agent and a color fastness enhancer, preparing a finishing liquid, and carrying out post-treatment on the textile fabric. The invention fundamentally avoids the harm of the chemical toxin residue in the textile to human body and ecological environment.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a printing and dyeing finishing method of food-grade textiles and application of the method in preparation of the food-grade textiles.
Background
At present, textiles including newborn infant products on the market are all produced by processing chemical synthetic dyes and chemical industrial aids, and chemical toxin residues in the textiles can enter the body through the contact of the mouth and the lips, respiration and skin absorption, so that the body of each person is hurt every moment. With the development of science, the improvement of the health requirements of people and the protection of the ecological environment, the textile dyeing and finishing processing chemical materials originally used for a long time are continuously listed as forbidden aids or limited use, such as: carcinogenic dyes, sensitizing dyes, formaldehyde, heavy metals, plasticizers, flame retardants, chlorinated phenols, chlorinated organic carriers, fluorescent whitening agents, dry cleaning agents, APEO and the like, but the current situation of dyeing and finishing processing completely depending on chemical industrial auxiliaries is not fundamentally changed, and the harm of chemical toxins to human and environment still exists.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems of the existing textiles, the invention provides a printing and dyeing finishing method of food-grade textiles and application thereof. In the textile printing and dyeing finishing process flow, only natural pigment, food additive, food contact material and additive for products are used, so that the harm of chemical toxin residue in the textile to human body and ecological environment is fundamentally avoided.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a printing and dyeing finishing method of food-grade textiles comprises the following steps:
(1) selecting food additives as acid agents, adjusting the pH value of textile fabrics subjected to a pretreatment process (including but not limited to singeing, desizing, scouring and bleaching, presetting, mercerizing and the like) according to the required dosage, temperature and equipment to achieve a proper printing and dyeing condition, wherein: the acid agent is one or more of citric acid, tartaric acid, hydrochloric acid and the like, and the amount of the acid agent is 1-3% of the weight of the fabric; the temperature is 60-80 ℃; the equipment comprises a shuttle flat cylinder, a knitting pull cylinder, an overflow cylinder and the like; the pH is 5-6;
(2) selecting food additives or food contact materials and additives for products as mordants, and carrying out pre-mordanting treatment (dyeing can be carried out firstly and then mordanting can be carried out) on textile fabrics at a required temperature, wherein: the mordant is one or more of food-grade aluminum potassium sulfate (the dosage is 5-8% of the weight of the fabric), food-grade ferrous sulfate (the dosage is 1-3% of the weight of the fabric), stannous chloride (the dosage is 1-3% of the weight of the fabric), copper sulfate (the dosage is 1-3% of the weight of the fabric) and the like; the temperature is 60-70 ℃;
