Abstract

本发明一种胶黏物去除酶,其组分按质量百分比计,包括:包括:纤维素酶25‑30%、淀粉酶5‑10%、果胶酶20‑25%、木聚糖酶20‑25%、丙二醇10‑15%、水3‑12%。纤维素酶的酶活为10000~12000U/ml,淀粉酶的酶活为1000~1200U/ml,果胶酶的酶活为500~700U/ml,木聚糖酶的酶活为1800~2000U/ml。本发明可有效控制造纸系统中的胶粘物类杂质,保护系统的相对清洁性,减少网毯及烘缸的污染,改善纸机网部滤水,同时能够帮助细小纤维及染料的留着。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶黏物去除酶领域,特别是涉及一种胶黏物去除酶。
背景技术
在制浆造纸过程中,纸浆中的树脂会以多种方式沉积在设备的表面上,从而产生一系列树脂障碍。一个日产1000t的针叶木硫酸盐漂白浆厂,每年由于树脂问题而引起的损失高达上千万美元。纸浆中树脂的沉积会导致产品质量、产量的下降。
二次纤维的重复回用使造纸系统中的杂质如:油墨载体、胶乳类、热熔树脂以及箱板纸中的错质等有害胶粘物会越来越多的累积于废纸浆和纸机的白水系统中,当积聚到一定程度时会沉积并粘附在成形网、干网、毛毯、压辊、烘缸表面及管道中形成污染物,造成糊网、堵网孔、粘烘缸及使湿部脱水不均匀。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种使用成本低、酸雾抑制效果好的胶黏物去除酶。
本发明通过如下技术方案实现上述目的:一种胶黏物去除酶,其组分按质量百分比计,包括:纤维素酶25%、淀粉酶5%、果胶酶20%、木聚糖酶25%、丙二醇15%、水10%。
优选的,所述胶黏物去除酶包括纤维素酶25%、淀粉酶5%、果胶酶20%、木聚糖酶25%、丙二醇15%、水10%。
优选的,所述胶黏物去除酶包括纤维素酶28%、淀粉酶8%、果胶酶22%、木聚糖酶20%、丙二醇10%、水12%。
优选的,所述胶黏物去除酶包括纤维素酶30%、淀粉酶10%、果胶酶25%、木聚糖酶21%、丙二醇11%、水3%。
优选的,所述纤维素酶的酶活为10000U/ml。
优选的,所述果胶酶的酶活为700U/ml。
优选的,所述木聚糖酶的酶活为2000U/ml。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种胶黏物去除酶的有益效果是:可有效控制造纸系统中的胶粘物类杂质,保护系统的相对清洁性,减少网毯及烘缸的污染,改善纸机网部滤水,同时能够帮助细小纤维及染料的留着。
具体实施方式
一种胶黏物去除酶,其组分按质量百分比计,包括:纤维素酶25-30%、淀粉酶5-10%、果胶酶20-25%、木聚糖酶20-25%、丙二醇10-15%、水3-12%。
纤维素酶的酶活为10000~12000U/ml,淀粉酶的酶活为1000~1200U/ml,果胶酶的酶活为500~700U/ml,木聚糖酶的酶活为1800~2000U/ml。
实施例1
一种胶黏物去除酶,其组分按质量百分比计,包括:纤维素酶25%、淀粉酶5%、果胶酶20%、木聚糖酶25%、丙二醇15%、水10%。
纤维素酶的酶活为10000U/ml,淀粉酶的酶活为1000U/ml,果胶酶的酶活为700U/ml,木聚糖酶的酶活为2000U/ml。
实施例2
一种胶黏物去除酶,其组分按质量百分比计,包括:纤维素酶28%、淀粉酶8%、果胶酶22%、木聚糖酶20%、丙二醇10%、水12%。
纤维素酶的酶活为11000U/ml,淀粉酶的酶活为1100U/ml,果胶酶的酶活为600U/ml,木聚糖酶的酶活为1900U/ml。
实施例3
一种胶黏物去除酶,其组分按质量百分比计,包括:纤维素酶30%、淀粉酶10%、果胶酶25%、木聚糖酶21%、丙二醇11%、水3%。
纤维素酶的酶活为12000U/ml,淀粉酶的酶活为1200U/ml,果胶酶的酶活为500U/ml,木聚糖酶的酶活为1800U/ml。
本发明的使用方法:将胶黏物去除酶用清水稀释10-20倍,搅拌均匀。建议添加在产生树脂障碍的近前且搅拌混合较好的地方。添加量为0.15-0.7kg/吨浆。
胶黏物去除酶外观为:无色至淡黄色液体。固含量:20±5%。PH值:2-4。粘度:<30(25℃)。电荷性:阳离子。水溶性:能与水以任意比互溶。胶粘物控制剂用法与用量:常规用量0.2-2.0kg吨纸,连续添加于纸机冲浆池、冲浆泵入口或网前筛入口处。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、具有丰富的表面正电荷,可以捕获造纸白水中的DCS物质,在其形成有害胶粘物前,将其均匀地定着在纤维表面送出系统,提高白水循环效率,节约用水、降低能耗、提高原料利用率。
2、具有高的比表面积,有强烈吸附和分散功能,可钝化胶粘物、树脂和其它产生于制浆和抄纸系统的污染物。可减少或避免胶粘物沉积在纸机部件和网毯上,减少停机时间和提高产品质量,提高纸机的生产效率。
3、具有良好的高分散性,与纤维有好的亲和性,可以与众多的高分子助留助滤剂复配使用,具有良好的助留助滤效果。
4、可以降低纸浆和废纸纸浆中树脂成分的粘结性,利用自身的正电性有效的把它们定着在纸浆上,从而防止由于树脂造成的网、毛布、烘缸等部分的污染。
5、减少因清洗沉积物而造成的停机和产量损失。
6、提高纸机车速及成纸质量。
7、对酸、碱及温度稳定。
8、易溶于水,产生气泡少。
