c: rendering is unfavorable and the paint color is uneven.
The thick feel test is to uniformly and fully coat a sample with a size of 50mm by 50mm on sketch paper, and score the thick feel from the three-dimensional sense of the picture and the visual thickness of the coating (A-C):
a: the coating sample has stronger third dimension and obvious coating thickness;
b: the coating has a general three-dimensional sense, and the thickness of the coating is not obvious;
c: the coating sample has no stereoscopic impression, and the coating is thin.

From the results shown in Table 1, it can be seen that the present invention of examples 1 to 4 has significant advantages over the comparative examples:
in terms of hardness, the hardness of the test sample is obviously lower than that of the test sample of the comparative example, and the hand feeling is softer;
the coloring power of the embodiment of the invention is stronger than that of the comparative example, and the coloring power can be applied to various surfaces such as paper surfaces, skin, cloth, plastics, glass, marble, metal and the like;
with respect to the descriptive aspect, the embodiment of the invention has better smoothness, color fineness and uniformity;
in terms of heavy feel, compared with the comparative example, the coating thickness of the embodiment of the invention is obviously thicker, and can bring stronger stereoscopic impression for painting;
meanwhile, the bending resistance of the steel plate meets the industry requirements.
According to the test result, compared with the conventional oil painting stick on the market at present, the soft oil painting stick has more excellent performances including folding resistance, tinting strength and drawing performance, and particularly has stronger substrate adhesion force compared with the common oil painting stick, so that thicker coating can be obtained during painting, the three-dimensional sense and texture of painting are enhanced, and the painting fun and the specialty are greatly increased.

Claims (22)

1. The soft oil painting stick is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
23-32 parts of composite wax;
20-22 parts of vegetable oil;
43-50 parts of filler;
3-8 parts of environment-friendly pigment;
the composite wax consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
5-25 parts of soft wax;
1-15 parts of hard wax;
3-20 parts of an emulsifying agent;
wherein the soft wax is selected from one or more of paraffin wax, beeswax, microcrystalline wax, insect white wax, japanese wax, wool wax, and flax wax;
the hard wax is selected from one or more of montan wax, wood wax, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, fischer-Tropsch wax, polyethylene wax, polypropylene wax, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer wax, and oxidized polyethylene wax.
2. The flexible oil painting stick according to claim 1, wherein the composite wax is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
10-20 parts of soft wax;
5-10 parts of hard wax;
5-15 parts of emulsifying agent.
3. A flexible oil painting stick as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the vegetable oil is selected from one or more of olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil, cottonseed oil, soybean oil, sesame oil, almond oil, peanut oil, corn oil, rice bran oil, linseed oil, tea seed oil, sea buckthorn oil, avocado oil, chestnut oil, european nut oil, walnut oil, cocoa butter.
4. A flexible oil painting stick according to claim 3, characterized in that the vegetable oil is selected from one or more of coconut oil, castor oil, cottonseed oil, soybean oil, linseed oil, tea seed oil.
5. The flexible oil painting stick according to claim 4, wherein the vegetable oil is one or more selected from the group consisting of coconut oil, castor oil, linseed oil and tea seed oil.
6. A flexible oil painting stick as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the filler is selected from one or more of calcium carbonate, kaolin, talc, white carbon black, aluminium silicate, aluminium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, barium sulphate.
7. The flexible oil painting stick according to claim 6, wherein the filler is selected from one or more of calcium carbonate, kaolin, talc, white carbon, and barium sulfate.
8. The flexible oil painting stick according to claim 7, wherein the filler is one or more selected from the group consisting of calcium carbonate, kaolin, white carbon black.
9. A flexible oil painting stick as claimed in claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the flexible wax is selected from one or more of paraffin wax, beeswax, microcrystalline wax, chinese insect wax, japan wax.
10. The flexible oil painting stick according to claim 9, wherein the flexible wax is selected from one or more of paraffin wax, beeswax, microcrystalline wax.
11. A soft oil stick as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein the hard wax is selected from one or more of wood wax, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, fischer-tropsch wax, polyethylene wax.
12. The flexible oil painting stick according to claim 11, wherein the hard wax is selected from one or more of carnauba wax, polyethylene wax, fischer-tropsch wax.

A flexible oil painting stick as claimed in claim 1 or claim 2, wherein the emulsifier is selected from one or more of glyceryl monostearate, glyceryl distearate, glyceryl fatty acid esters, sorbitan monolaurate, sorbitan monopalmitate, sorbitan monostearate, sorbitan monooleate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monopalmitate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monostearate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan trioleate.

A flexible oil painting stick as claimed in claim 13, wherein the emulsifier is selected from one or more of glyceryl monostearate, glyceryl distearate, glyceryl fatty acid esters, sorbitan monolaurate, sorbitan monopalmitate, sorbitan monostearate, sorbitan monooleate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan trioleate.
15. A flexible oil painting stick as claimed in claim 14, wherein the emulsifier is selected from one or more of glyceryl monostearate, glyceryl distearate, sorbitan monooleate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan trioleate.
16. A preparation method of a soft oil painting stick comprises the following steps:
step (a): weighing 23-32 parts by weight of composite wax, melting, slowly adding 3-8 parts by weight of environment-friendly pigment under the condition of heating and stirring, and fully stirring to obtain a uniform mixture a;
step (b): grinding the uniform mixture a obtained in the step (a) into fine granular solid matters to obtain a grinding intermediate product b;
step (c): heating the grinding intermediate product b obtained in the step (b) until the grinding intermediate product b is completely melted, slowly and uniformly adding 20-22 parts by weight of vegetable oil and 43-50 parts by weight of filler under stirring, and continuously stirring until the grinding intermediate product b is in a uniform liquid state without visible agglomerates to obtain a uniform mixture c;
step (d): molding the uniform mixture c obtained in the step (c) to obtain a soft oil painting stick;
wherein the compound wax in the step (a) comprises soft wax, hard wax and an emulsifying agent, and the preparation method of the compound wax comprises the following steps: mixing 5-25 parts by weight of soft wax, 1-15 parts by weight of hard wax and 3-20 parts by weight of emulsifying agent, heating and melting, stirring and dispersing until the materials are completely and uniformly mixed;
wherein the soft wax is selected from one or more of paraffin wax, beeswax, microcrystalline wax, insect white wax, japanese wax, wool wax, and flax wax;
the hard wax is selected from one or more of montan wax, wood wax, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, fischer-Tropsch wax, polyethylene wax, polypropylene wax, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer wax, and oxidized polyethylene wax.
17. The method of producing according to claim 16, wherein the melting temperature during the production of the composite wax in the step (a) is 80 to 110 ℃; the melting time is 60-120min.
18. The method of claim 17, wherein the melting temperature during the preparation of the composite wax in step (a) is from 90 ℃ to 100 ℃; the melting time is 70-100min.
19. The method of claim 16, wherein,
the heating temperature of the step (a) is 70-100 ℃, and the stirring time is 30-60min;
the heating temperature of the grinding intermediate b in the step (c) is 70-90 ℃, and the stirring time is 30-60min;
the molding process of step (d) includes a cooling step having a cooling temperature of 5-25 ℃.
20. The method of claim 19, wherein,
the heating temperature of the step (a) is 80-90 ℃, and the stirring time is 40-50min;
the heating temperature of the grinding intermediate b in the step (c) is 80-85 ℃, and the stirring time is 40-50min;
the forming process of step (d) includes a cooling step having a cooling temperature of 10-15 ℃.
21. The method according to claim 16, wherein the particle fineness of the ground intermediate b in the step (b) is 3 to 70 μm.
22. The method according to claim 21, wherein the grinding intermediate b in the step (b) has a particle fineness of 5 to 50 μm.
