the first step: firstly, concrete to be recycled is put into a crushing box 30 through a feeding port 41 at one side of the crushing box 30, and crushed by a crushing wheel 31, so that massive concrete can be crushed into concrete aggregates with different specifications, and the concrete aggregates can be obtained;

and a third step of: the primarily cleaned concrete aggregate is sprayed and cleaned on the surface of the concrete aggregate by water pumped by a water pump 19 when the other end of the first conveyor belt 2 is conveyed through a spray head 17, so that the secondary cleaning of the concrete aggregate can be realized, and dust on the surface of the concrete aggregate is reduced;
fourth section: the sprayed and cleaned muddy water flows into the water tank 30 through the gaps at the two sides of the cleaning tank 1, and then the muddy water is purified and filtered by the purifying component 21 in the tank 30, so that the recycling of the water is realized;
fifth step: the cleaned concrete aggregate falls into the first filter plate 7 through the end part of the first conveyor belt 2, and then impacts with the front part of the first filter plate 7, so that the water drop on the surface of the concrete aggregate is increased, and the water on the surface of the concrete aggregate is reduced;
sixth step: the concrete aggregate subjected to solid-liquid separation falls onto the second filter plate 12 through the end part of the first filter plate 7, then the concrete aggregate is subjected to primary specification filtration by the second filter plate 12, and then falls onto the third filter plate 13 to be subjected to secondary filtration, so that the filtration and separation of the concrete aggregate are realized;
seventh step: the concrete aggregate after filtering and separating will be transmitted through the second conveyor belt 25, and the heat generated by the heating pipe 27 will dry the water on the surface of the concrete aggregate in the transmission process, so as to increase the dryness of the surface of the concrete aggregate and facilitate the collection of the concrete aggregate.

the vibration separation assembly (4) comprises a collecting box (6) arranged on one side of the cleaning box (1), a first filter plate (7) is arranged in the collecting box (6), the first filter plate (7) is obliquely arranged in the collecting box (6), a U-shaped frame (8) is arranged on one side of the lower part of the first filter plate (7), two side end parts of the U-shaped frame (8) are fixedly connected with the lower part of the first filter plate (7), guide rods (9) are arranged at two ends of the U-shaped frame (8) in a penetrating mode, one end of each guide rod (9) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the collecting box (6), a limiting plate (10) is fixedly arranged at the other end of each guide rod (9), and a first spring (11) is sleeved on each guide rod (9);

fourth step: the muddy water after spray cleaning flows into the water tank (20) through the gaps at the two sides of the cleaning tank (1), and then the muddy water is purified and filtered by the purification component (21) in the water tank (20), so that the water can be recycled;
