the water after the washing will fall into water tank 20 and handle through filter screen 22, gravel layer 23 and the active carbon adsorption layer sheet layer 24 among the purification unit 21, can realize filtering the impurity of aquatic, and the use of convenient water can be got rid of peculiar smell and bacterium to the aquatic through active carbon adsorption layer sheet layer 24, has increased the security of water cycle use, realizes the used circulation of water, reduces the waste of water.

The invention also provides a preparation process of the industrial waste recycling environment-friendly concrete production equipment, which comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: firstly, concrete to be recycled is put into the crushing box 30 through a feeding port 41 on one side of the crushing box 30 and crushed by the crushing wheels 31, so that the massive concrete can be crushed into concrete aggregates with different specifications, and the concrete aggregates can be obtained;
the second step is that: the concrete aggregate is conveyed to the interior of the cleaning box 1 by the first conveyor belt 2 to be washed by water, and meanwhile, the cleaning brush 15 in the cleaning box 1 can preliminarily clean dust on the surface of the concrete aggregate;
the third step: the preliminarily cleaned concrete aggregate is sprayed and cleaned on the surface of the concrete aggregate through the spray nozzle 17 when the other end of the first conveyor belt 2 of the conveyor belt is conveyed by water pumped by the water pump 19, so that secondary cleaning of the concrete aggregate can be realized, and dust on the surface of the concrete aggregate is reduced;
a fourth step of: the muddy water after the spraying and cleaning flows into the water tank 30 through the gaps at the two sides of the cleaning tank 1, and then the muddy water is purified and filtered by the purification component 21 in the tank body 30, so that the water can be recycled;
the fifth step: the cleaned concrete aggregate falls into the first filter plate 7 through the end part of the first conveyor belt 2, and then is impacted with the front part of the first filter plate 7, so that the dripping of the water on the surface of the concrete aggregate is increased, and the water on the surface of the concrete aggregate is reduced;
and a sixth step: the concrete aggregate after solid-liquid separation falls onto the second filter plate 12 through the end part of the first filter plate 7, then the concrete aggregate is subjected to primary specification filtration by the second filter plate 12 and then falls onto the third filter plate 13 for secondary filtration, and the filtration and separation of the concrete aggregate are realized;
the seventh step: the concrete aggregate after filtering separation will be conveyed through second conveyer belt 25, and the in-process of conveying will be dried to the moisture content on concrete aggregate surface by the produced heat of heating pipe 27, increases the aridity on concrete aggregate surface, conveniently collects it.
In this embodiment, crushing unit 3 can realize smashing into the chunky form concrete, the convenience carries out surperficial dust to it and handles, second conveyer belt 25's top is equipped with heating pipe 27 simultaneously, the produced heat of heating pipe 27 will spout through stoving cover 26, dry the surface of concrete aggregate, the aridity on concrete aggregate surface has been increased, increase its convenience of collecting the transportation, increase the aridity of work site simultaneously, the effectual clean and tidy nature that improves surrounding work environment.

a fourth step of: the muddy water after being sprayed and cleaned flows into the water tank (30) through gaps at two sides of the cleaning tank (1), and then the muddy water is purified and filtered by the purification component (21) in the tank body (30), so that the water can be recycled;
the fifth step: the cleaned concrete aggregate falls into the first filter plate (7) through the end part of the first conveyor belt (2), and the concrete aggregate after falling can collide with the front part of the first filter plate (7), so that the water on the surface of the concrete aggregate is increased and the water on the surface of the concrete aggregate is reduced;
and a sixth step: the concrete aggregate after solid-liquid separation falls onto the second filter plate (12) through the end part of the first filter plate (7), then the concrete aggregate is subjected to primary specification filtration by the second filter plate (12), and then falls onto the third filter plate (13) for secondary filtration, so that the filtration and separation of the concrete aggregate are realized;
the seventh step: the filtered and separated concrete aggregate is conveyed through the second conveying belt (25), and the water on the surface of the concrete aggregate is dried by the heat generated by the heating pipe (27) in the conveying process, so that the dryness of the surface of the concrete aggregate is improved, and the concrete aggregate is convenient to collect.
