Abstract
本发明公开了一种稳定的洗涤剂组合物,所述洗涤剂组合物包括以下组份:阴离子表面活性剂27.0%~35.5%,非离子表面活性剂30.0%~35.0%,油性成分6.0%~15.0%,助剂4.0%~10.0%,余量为软水;所述油性成分为脂肪酸和/或油性香精中的一种或多种。本发明不使用醇类溶剂,解决了使用醇类溶剂带来的易燃、不环保等问题,且具有优异的稳定性和洗涤漂洗性能,不会产生凝胶和分层。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及日化洗涤产品技术领域,具体涉及一种稳定的洗涤剂组合物。
背景技术
浓缩洗涤剂中表面活性剂浓度较高,容易产生凝胶化而变得不稳定,通常需要添加有机溶剂,以防止凝胶产生。有机溶剂中醇类溶剂较为常见,其中乙醇和丙二醇最为常见。然而,这类醇类溶剂易燃,不安全,对环境不友好。醇类溶剂在组合物中仅仅提供稳定的作用,功能单一。另外,与常用的溶剂成分水相比,有机溶剂会导致配方成本偏高。因此,浓缩洗衣液的无溶剂化,是未来发展的方向之一。CN103275829B提到一种不含溶剂的超浓缩洗衣液,该组合物活性物浓度不高于70%。CN 108949394 B提到一种基本不含增溶剂的组合物,该组合物采用聚醚胺和芳基聚合物复配,长期存储也不会凝胶和分层,聚醚胺具有较大的氨味且原料成本较高。
发明内容
本发明目的在于为克服现有的技术缺陷,提供一种稳定的洗涤剂组合物,不使用醇类溶剂,解决了使用醇类溶剂带来的易燃、不环保等问题,且具有优异的稳定性、洗涤漂洗性能以及环保效果。本发明的组份中使用了大幅超出常规用量的油性香精,或者用脂肪酸替代部分油性香精(目的在于降低成本),达到意想不到的耐高温和低温稳定性,同时不会产生凝胶和分层。
本发明提供的洗涤剂组合物,按质量百分比计,由以下组份组成:
阴离子表面活性剂27.0%~35.5%,非离子表面活性剂30.0%~35.0%,油性成分6.0%~15.0%,助剂4.0%~10.0%,余量为软水;所述油性成分为脂肪酸和/或油性香精中的一种或多种。
所述阴离子表面活性剂优选采用烷基苯磺酸盐、醇醚硫酸盐组合物,其中烷基苯磺酸盐为烷基苯磺酸和乙醇胺的复合物。
进一步优选,烷基苯磺酸用量为20.0%~25.0%,醇醚硫酸盐含量为7.0%~10.5%。
进一步优选,醇醚硫酸盐的烷基链为C10~C14,乙氧基化度为2。
所述非离子表面活性剂优选采用脂肪醇烷氧基化物。
所述脂肪醇烷氧基化物具有以下通式:R1-EOs/POt-H。其中,R1为直链或支链的碳原子数为6-16的烷基或烯基,EO为二氧化乙烯基,PO为二氧化丙烯基,EO/PO采用无规则或嵌段结合,s、t表示平均加成数,s为2~30,t为0.5~10。
当油性成分为脂肪酸和油性香精复配时,脂肪酸和香精的配比优选5∶3。
所述油性香精包括油溶性的醇类、酯类、醛类、酮类以及烯类香精中的一种或几种的混合物。
所述脂肪酸优选十二酸、椰油酸、油酸中的一种。
所述助剂选自防腐剂、着色剂、荧光增白剂和pH调节剂中的至少一种。

为了更充分的理解本发明的技术内容,下面将结合附图以及具体实施例对本发明作进一步介绍和说明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,通过阅读本说明书公开的内容,本发明的特征、有益效果和优点将变得显而易见。
阴离子表面活性剂
在本发明实施例中,阴离子表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸盐、醇醚硫酸盐的组合物,烷基苯磺酸盐为烷基苯磺酸和乙醇胺复合物。
所述烷基苯磺酸盐用量优选20.0%~25.0%,进一步优选的用量为25.0%。
醇醚硫酸盐优选烷基链优选C10~C14,乙氧基化度为2。
醇醚硫酸盐用量7%~10.5%,进一步优选的用量为10.5%。
非离子表面活性剂
本发明实施例的非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇烷氧基化物。
所述脂肪醇烷氧基化物具有以下通式:R1-EOs/POt-H。
其中,R1为直链或支链的碳原子数为6-16的烷基或烯基,EO为二氧化乙烯基,PO为二氧化丙烯基,EO/PO采用无规则或嵌段结合,s、t表示平均加成数,s为2~30,t为0.5~10。
所述脂肪醇烷氧基化物是脂肪醇和环氧烷烃在碱性催化剂作用下开环聚合的产物,基本上是混合物。脂肪醇包括直链醇或支链的异构醇。烷氧基团包括乙氧基团和丙氧基团。脂肪醇优选碳数为8至18的脂肪醇,优选的醇包括但不限制于己醇,辛醇,癸醇,2-乙基己醇,3-丙基庚醇,月桂醇,异三癸醇,十三烷醇,十四烷醇,十六烷醇、棕榈油醇、硬脂醇、异硬脂醇、油醇、亚油醇、亚麻醇的一种及其混合物。平均乙氧基化程度x优选2至12。优选例子是DOW公司Ecosense系列和BASF公司Plurafac LF系列脂肪醇烷氧基化物。
所述脂肪醇烷氧基化物用量为30.0%~35.0%,进一步优选为35%。
油性成分
油性成分中的脂肪酸和油性香精不溶于水,在表面活性剂中会被表面活性剂增溶。增溶,也称加溶,是指表面活性剂在水溶液中形成胶团后,能使不溶或微溶于水的有机物的溶解度显著的高于在纯水中的溶解度,形成热力学稳定的、各向同性的、均匀的溶液。不同于油性香精和脂肪酸,乙醇和丙二醇等溶剂溶于水。在表面活性剂水溶液中,乙醇的存在使得表面活性剂分子的分布不再规则,由于亲水力和疏水力不平衡,它们分散在介质中(Micellization of cationic surfactants in alcohol-Water mixed solvent media,Journal of Molecular Liquids)。
本发明所用油性成分为脂肪酸和油性香精的一种或两种,进一步,当油性成分为脂肪酸和油性香精复配,优选比例为5∶3。
本发明所用的油性成分用量为6.0%~15.0%,进一步优选的用量为9%。
本发明中,所用的脂肪酸选至十二酸、椰油酸、油酸中的一种,进一步优选的为油酸。
本发明所用脂肪酸用量为0%~12.0%,进一步优选的用量为5.0%~6.0%,更进一步优选的用量为6.0%。
本本发明所选的油性香精优选的油性组分包括油溶性的醇类、酯类、醛类、酮类以及烯类香精中的一种或几种的混合物。
这些油性香精的含量占所述洗涤剂组合物质量百分含量通常为3.0%~10.0%,进一步,优选用量为3.0%。
洗涤助剂
洗涤助剂包括防腐剂、着色剂、pH调节剂、荧光增白剂中的至少一种,所述洗涤助剂占洗涤剂组合物的质量百分含量通常为4.0%~10.0%。
防腐剂
本发明中,防腐剂选自卡松、2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、5-氯-2-甲基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮、布罗波尔中的一种或多种。
如使用防腐剂,防腐剂在含组合物中优选的质量百分比为0.001%~0.5%;优选的添加量为0.02%~0.05%。
着色剂
着色剂可以选自颜料和/或染料,可包括通常用于衣物洗涤剂或织物软化剂中的着色剂。
如使用着色剂,着色剂在组合物中优选的质量百分比为0.0001%~0.5%;优选的质量百分比为0.0001%~0.1%。
荧光增白剂
本发明所用荧光增白剂在液体洗涤剂组合物中的应用已为本领域所熟知的技术,而且市售荧光增白剂商品丰富。荧光增白剂以其碱金属盐的形式存在。优选的荧光增白剂包含但不限于:二苯乙烯基联苯化合物。合适的例子是4,4-双(2-磺酸钠苯乙烯基)联苯。
荧光增白剂的用量为组合物总量的0.0001%至1.0%,优选为0.0005%至0.1%。
pH调节剂
本发明中所述pH调节剂为有机类型的碱度来源。
有机碱度来源包括但不限于:伯胺、仲胺、叔胺、以及它们的混合物。其它有机碱度来源为链烷醇胺、或链烷醇胺的混合物。合适的链烷醇胺可选自低级链烷醇一链烷醇胺、二链烷醇胺和三链烷醇胺,如单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺或三乙醇胺。优选地,可选自一链烷醇胺、二链烷醇胺,尤其优选单乙醇胺。
优选的,本发明所用有机碱用量为4.0%~6.0%。
水
本发明中的水为符合洗涤剂生产要求的用水,优选为软水。
优选地,本发明的稳定洗涤剂组合物pH值(1%水溶液)为6.0~7.5。
应用性能测试方法
1.pH测试
按照GB/T 6368规定进行测试。测试温度25℃,用新煮沸并冷却的蒸馏水配制试验溶液1%。
2.活性物含量测试
参照国标GB 13174-2000中总活性物含量测定方法,采用三氯甲烷萃取法获得活性物含量,扣除尿素含量后即为总活性物含量。
3.粘度测试
采用旋转粘度计测试,仪器型号为Brookfield VISCOMETER。用250mL PET瓶填装适量样品置于一定温度下的恒温水浴锅中恒温1小时以上,确保PET瓶中的液体在规定测试温度。根据样品粘度范围选择合适转子,调整样品位置,调整转子扭矩在±1.0%之间,测量时保证转子扭矩在40%~60%范围内,示数稳定后,记录数据,停止测试。
4.国标去污性能测试
按照国标GB/T 13174规定进行测试,选取的污布为炭黑污布、皮脂污布、蛋白污布。
5.稳定性能测试
参考标准QB/T 1224中液体样品稳定性测试方法,测定组合物的耐寒、耐热、冻融、冷热稳定性。
常温稳定性:在常温下观察组合物,组合物不分层、无悬浮物或沉淀析出,判定为合格(√),否则为不合格(×)。
耐寒稳定性:将洗涤剂组合物瓶装密封后,置于5±2℃环境,恒温放置1个月后,取出恢复至室温25±5℃观察,组合物不分层、无悬浮物或沉淀析出,判定为合格(√),否则为不合格(×)。
耐热稳定性:将洗涤剂组合物瓶装密封后,置于45±1℃环境,恒温放置1个月后,恢复至室温25±5℃观察,组合物不分层、无悬浮物或沉淀析出,判定为为合格(√),否则为不合格(×)。
冻融循环稳定性:洗涤剂组合物瓶装密封后,置于-15至-20℃环境,恒温放置24小时后取出,再置于室温(25±5)℃环境24小时为1次循环,连续循环四次。每次循环后观察组合物状态,组合物不分层、无悬浮物或沉淀析出,判定为合格(√),否则为不合格(×)。
冷热循环稳定性:将洗涤剂组合物瓶装密封后,置于-15至-20℃环境,恒温放置24小时后取出,立即置于45±1℃环境24小时为1次循环,连续循环四次。每次循环后观察组合物状态,组合物不分层、无悬浮物或沉淀析出,判定为合格(√),否则为不合格(×)。
6.泡沫性能测试
按照洗涤剂规定用量,在滚筒洗衣机中进行测试,观测洗涤(2次)、漂洗(2次)和脱水(1次)过程中洗衣机中的泡沫情况并拍照记录。
实施例
在下述实施例中,采用的原料说明如下:
LAS:直链烷基苯磺酸,碳原子数为10~13,活性物含量约100%,阴离子表面活性剂。
AES:乙氧基化脂肪醇硫酸盐,脂肪醇碳原子数为10~14,平均乙氧化程度为2,活性物含量约70%,阴离子表面活性剂。
AOS:α-烯烃磺酸盐,活性物含量30%,阴离子表面活性剂。
AEO-9:乙氧基化脂肪醇,平均乙氧化程度为9,活性物含量约70%,非离子表面活性剂。
Ecosense NS669:碳原子数6~12和10~16的为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚的混合物,活性物含量约100%,非离子表面活性剂;
Plurafac LF901:甲基环氧乙烷与环氧乙烷单(2-丙基庚基)醚,活性物含量约100%,非离子表面活性剂。
油酸:与碱性物质反应会形成表面活性剂,活性物含量100%。
本发明洗涤剂组合物实施例的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)在反应釜中加入软水,添加Plurafac LF901、Ecosense NS669搅拌均匀;
2)向反应釜中加入LAS、AES,继续搅拌至澄清;
3)再往反应釜中加入单乙醇胺,搅拌至温度下降至室温;
4)向反应釜中加入香精、脂肪酸,搅拌至澄清;
5)向反应釜中添加助剂,搅拌均匀,检验合格后出料。
实施例1-10和对比例1-5
按照下表1中的配方组成配制对比例1-5的洗涤剂组合物。

根据表4的测试结果,对比例1和对比例2中没有乙醇和丙二醇,在室温即浑浊。
对比例3采用AOS替代AES,组合物室温依然浑浊。
对比例4和5在组合物中添加了香精和油酸,由于两种油性成分用量不足,组合物冻融稳定性不合格。
实施例1-4增加油酸用量,组合物室温澄清透明,稳定性测试合格。
实施例5增加香精用量并减少油酸用量,组合物保持透明澄清且稳定。
实施例1-5说明,增加油性组分可以提高组合物的稳定性,组合物不需要添加亲水性醇类溶剂。
实施例7改变阴离子表面活性剂用量,组合物依然能够保持稳定。
实施例6、8、10改变了香精种类,实施例9仅仅提高香精用量而不添加油酸,组合物6、8、10均可达到稳定。
因此,本发明的洗涤剂组合物满足耐寒、耐热、冻融循环、冷热循环稳定性需求。
采用旋转粘度计测试测试组合物粘度,测试结果表明组合物保持较低粘度,具有很好的流动性。

按照实际洗涤评估实施例6的漂洗性能,测试结果表明通过2次漂洗,泡沫能够完全漂干净。
本发明的有益效果
(1)采用功能性的油性成分稳定浓缩洗涤剂,从而无需添加醇
类有机溶剂,解决了使用醇类溶剂带来的易燃、不环保等问题。
(2)具有优异的去污性能和漂洗性能。
Claims (7)
1.一种稳定的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,由以下组分组成:阴离子表面活性剂27.0%~35.5%,非离子表面活性剂30.0%~35.0%,油性成分6.0%~15.0%,助剂4.0%~10.0%,余量为水;所述油性成分为脂肪酸和/或油性香精中的一种或多种。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为烷基苯磺酸盐、醇醚硫酸盐组合物;其中烷基苯磺酸盐为烷基苯磺酸和乙醇胺的复合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇烷氧基化物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述助剂为防腐剂、着色剂、荧光增白剂和pH调节剂中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,当油性成分为脂肪酸和油性香精复配时,脂肪酸和油性香精的配比为5∶3。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸为十二酸、椰油酸、油酸中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1或5所述的洗涤剂组合物,其特征在于,所述油性香精包括油溶性的醇类、酯类、醛类、酮类以及烯类香精中的一种或几种的混合物。
