When the carpets 4 need to be taken out of the warehouse, all the carpets 4 in the E-shaped warehouse are inserted into the paper tubes of the carpets 4 by the telescopic pins at two sides of the warehouse, and the carpets 4 are fixed at each warehouse by the telescopic pins at two sides. When the carpet 4 needs to be delivered from the warehouse, the serial number of the carpet 4 is input on the touch screen on the control cabinet 10, the system automatically identifies the nearest direction of the carpet 4 to the lifting component 9, a warehouse-out confirmation key and a start key are clicked, the servo motor 6 is instructed to rotate forwards or reversely to brake above the lifting platform, the locking component 5 locks the transmission chain 2, the sensor probe detects the lifting platform and is lifted to the optimal height by the lifting motor, the telescopic pins on two sides of the warehouse are moved to automatically retract, the carpet 4 is stably placed on the lifting platform, the transmission chain 2 is loosened by the locking component 5, the carpet 4 is reset under the driving of the lifting motor along with the lifting platform, the forklift forks the carpet 4, and the warehouse-out process of the carpet 4 is completed.
The double E-shaped symmetrical three-dimensional moving bin enables the carpet surface to be independently stored under the condition of not being extruded by external force, and the carpet surface can freely circulate in each bin position and can be positioned and positioned at any time.
