Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车用直流充电桩,包括箱体、显示屏、指示灯、支撑板、上燕尾导轨、下燕尾导轨、上燕尾座、下燕尾座、支撑杆、导向轮、绞线部分,所述箱体前部安装有显示屏和指示灯,所述箱体后部固定有支撑板,所述支撑板后端上部对称固定有两竖直的上燕尾导轨,且后端底部固定有竖直的下燕尾导轨。本发明通过控制双杆电机正反转动,能够使得上燕尾座和下燕尾座相互靠近和相互远离,从而能够利用导向轮对充电线进行释放和自动绞线,同时再经过导向轮对充电线的引导,即能够避免出现因为充电线存放的不及时和不准确而产生充电线的异常扭曲和缠绕现象,同时也能够在一定程度上避免充电线与地面的摩擦,继而延长充电线的使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种充电桩,尤其涉及一种汽车用直流充电桩。
背景技术
直流充电桩因其具有充电速度快的特点,从而使得其广泛运用于商业领域,而现有的商用直流充电柱在充电前和充电完成后,因为电动汽车充电口与充电桩的距离限制,故常常需要对充电线进行人为拖动,而在人为拖动的过程中不仅容易致使充电线外壁产生磨损,而且容易因使用完毕后充电线存放的不及时和不准确而产生充电线的异常扭曲和缠绕,从而对充电线的使用寿命和充电线的再次使用产生不利影响,突出了其不足之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车用直流充电桩,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种汽车用直流充电桩,包括箱体、显示屏、指示灯、支撑板、上燕尾导轨、下燕尾导轨、上燕尾座、下燕尾座、支撑杆、导向轮、绞线部分,所述箱体前部安装有显示屏和指示灯,所述箱体后部固定有支撑板,所述支撑板后端上部对称固定有两竖直的上燕尾导轨,且后端底部固定有竖直的下燕尾导轨,两所述上燕尾导轨分别滑动连接有上燕尾座,所述下燕尾导轨滑动连接有下燕尾座,所述上燕尾座和下燕尾座后端上下两部分别固定有水平的支撑杆,各所述支撑杆后部分别轴向转动连接有导向轮,所述导向轮外壁设有环状的凹槽,所述箱体后部安装有绞线部分。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述绞线部分包括弯管、放置筒、充电线、充电枪、双杆电机、轴承座、传动螺杆、上传动座、下传动座、滑动板、风琴保护罩,所述支撑板后端右下部固定有弯管,且后端右部固定有放置筒,所述弯管和放置筒均贯穿于箱体后部,所述弯管内部固定有充电线,所述充电线末端电性连接有充电枪,所述充电枪能够与放置筒相插接,所述支撑板后端中部固定有竖直的双杆电机,所述支撑板后端上下两部各固定有轴承座,所述双杆电机的转轴上下两端分别轴向固定有传动螺杆,两所述上燕尾座共同固定有上传动座,所述下燕尾座右端固定有下传动座,两所述传动螺杆分别与轴承座相转动连接,所述上燕尾座和下燕尾座正后方的支撑杆前部固定有竖直的滑动板,各所述滑动板分别与箱体后部相滑动连接,且上下两端分别固定有风琴保护罩,各所述风琴保护罩伸缩方向上的末端分别与箱体相固定。
在上述技术方案基础上,所述箱体内部安装有控制器,所述充电线与控制器相电性连接,所述双杆电机转轴顶端的传动螺杆与上传动座相螺纹连接,所述双杆电机转轴底端的传动螺杆与下传动座相螺纹连接,两所述传动螺杆的外螺纹的螺距和头数相同,且旋向相反,所述双杆电机通电转动时通过带动传动螺杆进行转动能够使得上传动座和下传动座相互靠近或相互远离,所述上传动座相互靠近和相互远离时通过滑动板能够对风琴保护罩进行压缩和拉伸,所述充电线先经由箱体右上部的两个导向轮后再经由箱体下部的两个导向轮后最后经由箱体左上部的两个导向轮后引出。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明通过控制双杆电机正反转动,能够使得上燕尾座和下燕尾座相互靠近和相互远离,从而能够利用导向轮对充电线进行释放和自动绞线,同时再经过导向轮对充电线的引导,即能够避免出现因为充电线存放的不及时和不准确而产生充电线的异常扭曲和缠绕现象,同时也能够在一定程度上避免充电线与地面的摩擦,继而延长充电线的使用寿命。

如图1-3所示,一种汽车用直流充电桩,包括箱体1、显示屏2、指示灯3、支撑板4、上燕尾导轨5、下燕尾导轨6、上燕尾座7、下燕尾座8、支撑杆9、导向轮10、绞线部分11,所述箱体1前部安装有显示屏2和指示灯3,所述箱体1后部固定有支撑板4,所述支撑板4后端上部对称固定有两竖直的上燕尾导轨5,且后端底部固定有竖直的下燕尾导轨6,两所述上燕尾导轨5分别滑动连接有上燕尾座7,所述下燕尾导轨6滑动连接有下燕尾座8,所述上燕尾座7和下燕尾座8后端上下两部分别固定有水平的支撑杆9,各所述支撑杆9后部分别轴向转动连接有导向轮10,所述导向轮10外壁设有环状的凹槽,环状凹槽用于对充电线14进行引导,从而避免充电线14从两个导向轮10之间脱离,所述箱体1后部安装有绞线部分11。
所述绞线部分11包括弯管12、放置筒13、充电线14、充电枪15、双杆电机16、轴承座17、传动螺杆18、上传动座19、下传动座20、滑动板21、风琴保护罩22,所述支撑板4后端右下部固定有弯管12,且后端右部固定有放置筒13,所述弯管12和放置筒13均贯穿于箱体1后部,所述弯管12内部固定有充电线14,所述弯管12用于对充电线14的折弯处进行更好得保护,所述充电线14末端电性连接有充电枪15,所述充电枪15能够与放置筒13相插接,所述支撑板4后端中部固定有竖直的双杆电机16,所述支撑板4后端上下两部各固定有轴承座17,所述双杆电机16的转轴上下两端分别轴向固定有传动螺杆18,两所述上燕尾座7共同固定有上传动座19,所述下燕尾座8右端固定有下传动座20,两所述传动螺杆18分别与轴承座17相转动连接,所述上燕尾座7和下燕尾座8正后方的支撑杆9前部固定有竖直的滑动板21,各所述滑动板21分别与箱体1后部相滑动连接,且上下两端分别固定有风琴保护罩22,各所述风琴保护罩22伸缩方向上的末端分别与箱体1相固定,可以伸缩的风琴保护罩22能够对上燕尾导轨5和下燕尾导轨6进行保护,从而避免灰尘的进入而影响上燕尾座7和下燕尾座8的滑动。
所述箱体1内部安装有控制器,所述充电线14与控制器相电性连接,所述双杆电机16转轴顶端的传动螺杆18与上传动座19相螺纹连接,所述双杆电机16转轴底端的传动螺杆18与下传动座20相螺纹连接,两所述传动螺杆18的外螺纹的螺距和头数相同,且旋向相反,所述双杆电机16通电转动时通过带动传动螺杆18进行转动能够使得上传动座19和下传动座20相互靠近或相互远离,所述上传动座19相互靠近和相互远离时通过滑动板21能够对风琴保护罩22进行压缩和拉伸,所述充电线14先经由箱体1右上部的两个导向轮10后再经由箱体1下部的两个导向轮10后最后经由箱体1左上部的两个导向轮10后引出。
本发明的工作原理:初始时充电枪15与放置筒13相插接,当需要充电时,现将充电枪15与放置筒13脱离,随后根据需要控制双杆电机16正转一定时长,从而使得上燕尾座7和下燕尾座8相互靠近,然后通过拖拽充电线14即可进行充电工作,而当充电完毕后重新使得充电枪15与放置筒13相插接,继而对充电线14进行绞线,从而避免留存过多的充电线14。

1.一种汽车用直流充电桩,包括箱体(1)、显示屏(2)、指示灯(3)、支撑板(4)、上燕尾导轨(5)、下燕尾导轨(6)、上燕尾座(7)、下燕尾座(8)、支撑杆(9)、导向轮(10)、绞线部分(11),其特征在于:所述箱体(1)前部安装有显示屏(2)和指示灯(3),所述箱体(1)后部固定有支撑板(4),所述支撑板(4)后端上部对称固定有两竖直的上燕尾导轨(5),且后端底部固定有竖直的下燕尾导轨(6),两所述上燕尾导轨(5)分别滑动连接有上燕尾座(7),所述下燕尾导轨(6)滑动连接有下燕尾座(8),所述上燕尾座(7)和下燕尾座(8)后端上下两部分别固定有水平的支撑杆(9),各所述支撑杆(9)后部分别轴向转动连接有导向轮(10),所述导向轮(10)外壁设有环状的凹槽,所述箱体(1)后部安装有绞线部分(11)。
