Abstract
本发明公开了新能源便携式固定架,包括固定架主体和充电箱,所述充电箱的下表面设置有充电线,所述固定架主体的侧面设置有供所述充电线缠绕的缠绕机构,所述缠绕机构包括安装座和固定柱,所述固定柱的外部套设有缠绕筒,所述缠绕筒的侧面设置有两组支撑条,所述支撑条上设置有限位条,所述限位条的表面设置有转轴,所述限位条与所述支撑条之间通过转轴转动连接;本发明通过设计的缠绕机构,便于缠绕充电线,方便收纳,还能防止充电线松动脱离缠绕筒,避免了充电线随意拖放在地面上,导致充电线磨损产生安全隐患和不方便操作使用的问题,有助于延伸长了充电线的使用寿命和提高了美观性。

技术领域
本发明属于新能源技术领域,具体涉及新能源便携式固定架。
背景技术
在新能源汽车领域,是它采用非常规的车用燃料作为动力来源(或使用常规的车用燃料、采用新型车载动力装置),综合车辆的动力控制和驱动方面的先进技术,形成的技术原理先进、具有新技术、新结构的汽车,新能源汽车使用电能作为动力,在汽车的电能使用完后需要对其进行充电。
现有的在使用时,充电线一头连接充电箱,一头连接充电枪,将充电枪插入汽车上的充电接口处,当使用完毕后,将充电枪拔出来插入充电箱上专用来放置充电枪的接口处,但是充电线往往长度比较长,有的固定架上面没有专门缠绕充电线的地方,导致充电线直接随意拖放在地上,时间久了造成对充电线的磨损产生安全隐患和不美观,而且再次使用时也不方便操作的问题,为此我们提出新能源便携式固定架。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供新能源便携式固定架,以解决上述背景技术中提出的现有的在使用时,充电线一头连接充电箱,一头连接充电枪,将充电枪插入汽车上的充电接口处,当使用完毕后,将充电枪拔出来插入充电箱上专用来放置充电枪的接口处,但是充电线往往长度比较长,有的固定架上面没有专门缠绕充电线的地方,导致充电线直接随意拖放在地上,时间久了造成对充电线的磨损产生安全隐患和不美观,而且再次使用时也不方便操作的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:新能源便携式固定架,包括固定架主体和充电箱,所述充电箱的下表面设置有充电线,所述固定架主体的侧面设置有供所述充电线缠绕的缠绕机构,所述缠绕机构包括安装座和固定柱,所述固定柱的外部套设有缠绕筒,所述缠绕筒的侧面设置有两组支撑条,所述支撑条上设置有限位条,所述限位条的表面设置有转轴,所述限位条与所述支撑条之间通过转轴转动连接,所述支撑条的侧面设置有挡块,所述支撑条的表面设置有第二固定杆,所述限位条的表面设置有第一固定杆,所述第一固定杆与所述第二固定杆之间设置有扭簧,所述扭簧的一端连接所述第一固定杆的表面,所述扭簧的另一端连接所述第二固定杆的表面。
优选的,所述安装座的两端均设置有L型固定板,所述L型固定板的表面设置有螺栓,所述螺栓的固定端穿过所述L型固定板并延伸至所述固定架主体的内部。
优选的,所述固定架主体的底部设置有固定座。
优选的,所述限位条的表面设置有手提环,所述手提环与所述限位条之间设置有连接座。
优选的,所述充电线的端部设置有充电枪,所述充电箱的表面开设有供所述充电枪的端部穿入的接口。
优选的,所述充电箱的正面开设有多组散热孔,所述充电箱的侧面设置有操作面板。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明通过设计的缠绕机构,便于缠绕充电线,方便收纳,还能防止充电线松动脱离缠绕筒,避免了充电线随意拖放在地面上,导致充电线磨损产生安全隐患和不方便操作使用的问题,有助于延伸长了充电线的使用寿命和提高了美观性。
(2)本发明L型固定板和螺栓相结合,方便当使用时间久了后缠绕筒出现损坏需要更换时方便对其拆卸,操作简单,便于更换。

请参阅图1-图4,本发明提供一种技术方案:新能源便携式固定架,包括固定架主体2和充电箱3,充电箱3的下表面设置有充电线5,固定架主体2的侧面设置有供充电线5缠绕的缠绕机构,缠绕机构包括安装座1和固定柱6,固定柱6的外部套设有缠绕筒10,缠绕筒10的侧面设置有两组支撑条9,支撑条9上设置有限位条8,限位条8的表面设置有转轴14,限位条8与支撑条9之间通过转轴14转动连接,支撑条9的侧面设置有挡块13,支撑条9的表面设置有第二固定杆15,限位条8的表面设置有第一固定杆12,第一固定杆12与第二固定杆15之间设置有扭簧16,扭簧16的一端连接第一固定杆12的表面,扭簧16的另一端连接第二固定杆15的表面,本发明通过设计的缠绕机构,便于缠绕充电线5,方便收纳,还能防止充电线5松动脱离缠绕筒10,避免了充电线5随意拖放在地面上,导致充电线5磨损产生安全隐患和不方便操作使用的问题,有助于延伸长了充电线5的使用寿命和提高了美观性。
本实施例中,优选的,安装座1的两端均设置有L型固定板7,L型固定板7的表面设置有螺栓,螺栓的固定端穿过L型固定板7并延伸至固定架主体2的内部,本发明L型固定板7和螺栓相结合,方便当使用时间久了后缠绕筒10出现损坏需要更换时方便对其拆卸,操作简单,便于更换。
本实施例中,优选的,固定架主体2的底部设置有固定座。
本实施例中,优选的,限位条8的表面设置有手提环11,手提环11与限位条8之间设置有连接座。
本实施例中,优选的,充电线5的端部设置有充电枪4,充电箱3的表面开设有供充电枪4的端部穿入的接口。
本实施例中,优选的,充电箱3的正面开设有多组散热孔17,充电箱3的侧面设置有操作面板18。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:
本发明在使用的时候,先握住手提环11向外侧移动,带动连接座移动,连接座带动限位条8的端部围绕着转轴14顺时针方向转动,这时扭簧16开始拉伸,当限位条8转动100度左右后停止转动,这时将充电线5缠绕在缠绕筒10上,当缠绕好后握住手提环11向内侧移动,带动连接座移动,连接座带动限位条8的端部围绕着转轴14逆时针方向转动,这时扭簧16开始压缩,当限位条8的表面接触到挡块13的表面时停止即可,便于缠绕充电线5,方便收纳,还能防止充电线5松动脱离缠绕筒10,避免了充电线5随意拖放在地面上,导致充电线5磨损产生安全隐患和不方便操作使用的问题,有助于延伸长了充电线5的使用寿命和提高了美观性;
当缠绕筒10出现损坏需要更换时,只需将L型固定板7上的螺栓拧松拆卸掉,安装时再将螺栓拧紧即可,方便当使用时间久了后缠绕筒10出现损坏需要更换时方便对其拆卸,操作简单,便于更换。

1.新能源便携式固定架,包括固定架主体(2)和充电箱(3),其特征在于:所述充电箱(3)的下表面设置有充电线(5),所述固定架主体(2)的侧面设置有供所述充电线(5)缠绕的缠绕机构,所述缠绕机构包括安装座(1)和固定柱(6),所述固定柱(6)的外部套设有缠绕筒(10),所述缠绕筒(10)的侧面设置有两组支撑条(9),所述支撑条(9)上设置有限位条(8),所述限位条(8)的表面设置有转轴(14),所述限位条(8)与所述支撑条(9)之间通过转轴(14)转动连接,所述支撑条(9)的侧面设置有挡块(13),所述支撑条(9)的表面设置有第二固定杆(15),所述限位条(8)的表面设置有第一固定杆(12),所述第一固定杆(12)与所述第二固定杆(15)之间设置有扭簧(16),所述扭簧(16)的一端连接所述第一固定杆(12)的表面,所述扭簧(16)的另一端连接所述第二固定杆(15)的表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新能源便携式固定架,其特征在于:所述安装座(1)的两端均设置有L型固定板(7),所述L型固定板(7)的表面设置有螺栓,所述螺栓的固定端穿过所述L型固定板(7)并延伸至所述固定架主体(2)的内部。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新能源便携式固定架,其特征在于:所述固定架主体(2)的底部设置有固定座。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新能源便携式固定架,其特征在于:所述限位条(8)的表面设置有手提环(11),所述手提环(11)与所述限位条(8)之间设置有连接座。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新能源便携式固定架,其特征在于:所述充电线(5)的端部设置有充电枪(4),所述充电箱(3)的表面开设有供所述充电枪(4)的端部穿入的接口。
6.根据权利要求5所述的新能源便携式固定架,其特征在于:所述充电箱(3)的正面开设有多组散热孔(17),所述充电箱(3)的侧面设置有操作面板(18)。
