The leading-in plate 21 and the leading-out plate 28 are respectively arranged on two sides of the bearing roller 24, in the embodiment, the leading-in plate 21 is arranged on the left side of the bearing roller 24, the leading-out plate 28 is arranged on the right side of the bearing roller 24, the leading-in plate 21 is arranged higher than the bearing roller 24, the leading-out plate 28 is arranged lower than the bearing roller 24, and the leading-in plate 21 and the leading-out plate 28 are both in an inclined shape gradually decreasing along the direction of the movement of the sausage casing roll, namely, in an inclined shape gradually decreasing along the direction from left to right.
The left end of the guiding plate 21 is an arc shape gradually downward along the moving direction of the sausage casing roll, namely an arc shape gradually decreasing from left to right, so that the sausage casing roll can be prevented from falling from the left side of the guiding plate 21. The right side of the guide-in plate 21 is an arc-shaped guide-in part 23 which gradually descends along the direction close to the bearing rollers 24 so as to smoothly feed the sausage casing roll between two bearing rollers 24 adjacent to the left side. The left end of the introduction plate 21 is disposed below the output end of the input belt 14.
The two sides of the leading-in plate 21 are symmetrically provided with leading-in centering plates 22, the leading-in centering plates 22 are arranged in parallel to the moving direction of the sausage skin roll, one end of the leading-in centering plate 22 far away from the bearing roller 24, namely the left end of the leading-in centering plate 22, is in an arc shape gradually inwards along the direction close to the bearing roller 24, so that the sausage skin roll is led between the two leading-in centering plates 22, and the leading-in centering plates 22 are centered.
One end of the guiding-out plate 28 close to the bearing roller 24, namely the left end of the guiding-out plate 28, is an arc shape gradually downward along the direction far away from the bearing roller 5, so that the sausage skin roll is prevented from falling from the left end of the guiding-out plate 28. The two sides of the leading-out plate 28 are symmetrically provided with leading-out centering plates 29, the leading-out centering plates 29 are arranged along the moving direction of the sausage casing roll, one end of the leading-out centering plate 29, which is close to the bearing roller 24, namely the left end of the leading-out centering plate 29 is gradually inwards inclined along the direction far away from the bearing roller 24, so that the sausage casing roll is centered, and the subsequent sorting of the sausage casing roll is facilitated.
The sausage casing roll enters the guide-in plate 21 from the input belt 14 and moves along the guide-in plate 21, the sausage casing roll enters between the two guide-in centering plates 22 and enters between the two bearing rollers 24 on the left side after being centered by the two guide-in centering plates 22, the ejection air cylinder 27 pushes the sausage casing roll to move upwards through the ejection plate 28, and as the top of the ejection plate 28 is arc-shaped, and the bearing roller 24 on the right side is lower than the bearing roller 24 on the left side, the bearing roller 24 rotates clockwise, so that the sausage casing roll moves to the position between the two bearing rollers 24 on the right side, and the sausage casing roll synchronously rotates along with the bearing roller 24, thereby realizing the detection of the circumference of the sausage casing roll. The detected sausage casing roll enters the guide-out plate 28 and is sent out through the guide-out plate 28.

The rotating plate 35 is installed on the sorting box 30 through the installation shaft 36, the rotating plate 35 is fixedly connected with the installation shaft 36 and keeps synchronous rotation, and the output shaft of the toggle motor is connected with the installation shaft 36 and drives the installation shaft to rotate.
The guiding device comprises a guide rail 37 and guide wheels 40 installed on the installation frame 39, the guide wheels 40 are rotatably installed on two sides of each installation frame 39, the guide rail 37 is arranged between the guide wheels 40 on two sides of the installation frame 39, in the embodiment, two guide wheels 40 are arranged on the outer side of the installation frame 39, and one guide wheel 40 is arranged on the inner side of the installation frame 39.
Two guide rails 37 are provided at intervals from the inside to the outside, and a guide groove 38 is formed between the two guide rails 37. Each mounting bracket 39 is connected with the power device through a connecting rod 41, one end of the connecting rod 41 is connected with the mounting bracket 39, and the other end of the connecting rod 41 can slidably pass through the guide groove 38 and then is connected with the sorting power device.

The sausage casing rolls enter the sorting box 30 through the feeding hole 3001 and fall into the corresponding accommodating grooves 33, the accommodating grooves 33 move along the guide rails 37 along with the sorting chains 42, when the sausage casing rolls move to the corresponding discharging holes 3002, the rotating plate 35 is driven to rotate by the poking motor, the rotating plate 35 pushes the accommodating grooves 33 to rotate through the corresponding poking rods 34, the sausage casing rolls in the accommodating grooves 33 are sent out and are sent out through the corresponding discharging holes 3002, and the sausage casing rolls are guided out through the corresponding guide plates 32, so that the sorting of the sausage casing rolls is realized.
The manipulator transfers the sausage-casing rolls on the output belts 6 to different packaging boxes through the suction cups, thereby realizing the packaging of the sausage-casing rolls of different grades.
