The blocking air cylinder 17 pushes the blocking plate 18 to move downwards and blocks the sausage casing roll pushed onto the input belt 14, the input belt 14 conveys the sausage casing roll, the sausage casing roll is attached to the blocking plate 18 until the sausage casing roll is parallel to the blocking plate 18, the blocking air cylinder 17 drives the blocking plate 18 to move upwards, the sausage casing roll is perpendicular to the input belt 14, the pushed sausage casing roll is prevented from tilting, and the sausage casing roll is not easy to convey.
As shown in fig. 5 to 6: the casing roll detection device 4 comprises carrier rollers 24, ejection devices, an industrial camera 25 and a detection power device, wherein a plurality of carrier rollers 24 are arranged side by side at intervals, a bearing part is formed at the upper parts of every two adjacent carrier rollers 24, the detection power device is connected with each carrier roller 24 at the same time and drives each carrier roller 24 to rotate along the moving direction of the casing roll, the industrial camera 25 is arranged on the upper side of each carrier roller 24 and is opposite to the bearing part, and the ejection devices are arranged between every two adjacent carrier rollers 24. The casing roll bearing is between adjacent bearing rollers 24, and detection power device drives and holds the bearing roller 24 and rotate, and then drives the casing roll and rotate, and industry camera 25 can detect the casing roll circumference circle to detect the size, outward appearance and the quantity of black spot of casing roll, and then judge the type of casing roll, ejecting device can be with the casing roll by ejecting between two adjacent bearing rollers 24, in order to realize the continuous detection of casing roll, detection speed improves greatly, and the detection standard is unified, moreover convenient control food safety and sanitation.
The sausage casing roll detection device further comprises a detection frame 20, a guide-in plate 21 and a guide-out plate 28, wherein the detection frame 20 is arranged on the frame 1, the bearing roller 24 is arranged on the detection frame 20, the bearing roller 24 is horizontally arranged, and the bearing roller 24 is arranged on the detection frame 20 through a bearing seat. In this embodiment, the detection power device is a detection motor, the detection motor is mounted on the detection frame 20, a driving detection sprocket is mounted on an output shaft of the detection motor, passive detection sprockets are coaxially mounted on each carrier roller 24, the driving detection sprockets are simultaneously connected with each passive detection sprocket through a detection chain, and further rotation of each bearing roller 24 is achieved, and each carrier roller 24 synchronously rotates in the same direction. In this embodiment, the carrier roller 24 rotates clockwise and can cooperate with the ejector device to move the casing roll to the right.
The support rollers 24 are gradually lowered along the casing roll direction, i.e. the support rollers 24 are gradually lowered along the left-to-right direction, further ensuring that the casing roll can move to the right when the ejector device ejects the casing roll.
The industrial camera 25 is installed on the detection frame 20, the industrial camera 25 is arranged on the upper side of the supporting roller 24 at intervals, and the industrial camera 25 is opposite to the middle part of the adjacent supporting roller 24. In this embodiment, four support rollers 24 are arranged side by side and at intervals to form three support portions, two industrial cameras 25 are arranged side by side along the conveying direction of the casing rolls, and two industrial cameras 25 are respectively arranged on the upper sides of the two support portions on the right side to ensure that the casing rolls are detected more accurately.
An ejector device is arranged between every two adjacent carrier rollers 24, in the embodiment, the ejector device comprises an ejector cylinder 27 and an ejector plate 28, the ejector plate 28 is arranged between the two corresponding carrier rollers 24, the ejector cylinder 27 is vertically arranged on the detection frame 20, and a piston rod of the ejector cylinder 27 is connected with the ejector plate 28 and pushes the ejector plate to vertically lift. The top of the ejector plate 27 is arc-shaped gradually decreasing along the conveying direction of the casing roll so as to ensure that the casing roll is conveyed to the right.
The leading-in plate 21 and the leading-out plate 28 are respectively arranged at two sides of the supporting roller 24, in this embodiment, the leading-in plate 21 is arranged at the left side of the supporting roller 24, the leading-out plate 28 is arranged at the right side of the supporting roller 24, the leading-in plate 21 is higher than the supporting roller 24, the leading-out plate 28 is lower than the supporting roller 24, and the leading-in plate 21 and the leading-out plate 28 are both inclined gradually decreasing along the moving direction of the sausage casing roll, namely, gradually decreasing along the left-to-right direction.
The left end of the introduction plate 21 is an arc gradually downward along the moving direction of the casing roll, i.e., an arc gradually lowered from left to right, so that the casing roll can be prevented from falling from the left side of the introduction plate 21. The right side of the guide plate 21 is provided with an arc-shaped guide part 23 gradually downwards along the direction approaching to the carrier rollers 24 so as to smoothly feed the sausage casing roll between the two adjacent carrier rollers 24 on the left side. The left end of the lead-in plate 21 is disposed on the lower side of the output end of the input belt 14.
The two sides of the guiding plate 21 are symmetrically provided with guiding and centering plates 22, the guiding and centering plates 22 are arranged parallel to the moving direction of the sausage casing rolls, one end of the guiding and centering plate 22 far away from the carrier roller 24, namely the left end of the guiding and centering plate 22 is in an arc shape gradually inwards along the direction approaching to the carrier roller 24, so that the sausage casing rolls are guided between the two guiding and centering plates 22, and the guiding and centering plates 22 realize centering.
The end of the guiding plate 28 close to the carrier roller 24, namely the left end of the guiding plate 28 is in an arc shape gradually downwards along the direction away from the carrier roller 5, so that the casing coil is prevented from falling off from the left end of the guiding plate 28. The two sides of the guiding-out plate 28 are symmetrically provided with guiding-out centering plates 29, the guiding-out centering plates 29 are arranged along the movement direction of the sausage casing rolls, one end of the guiding-out centering plates 29 close to the carrier roller 24, namely the left end of the guiding-out centering plates 29 is gradually inwards inclined along the direction away from the carrier roller 24, so that the sausage casing rolls are centered, and the subsequent sorting of the sausage casing rolls is facilitated.
The casing roll enters the guide plate 21 from the input belt 14 and moves along the guide plate 21, the casing roll enters between the two guide centering plates 22, and enters between the two support rollers 24 on the left side after being centered by the two guide centering plates 22, the ejection cylinder 27 pushes the casing roll to move upwards through the ejection plate 28, and the support rollers 24 on the right side are lower than the support rollers 24 on the left side because the top of the ejection plate 28 is arc-shaped, the support rollers 24 rotate clockwise, so that the casing roll moves between the two support rollers 24 on the right side, and the casing roll synchronously rotates along with the support rollers 24, so that the detection of the circumference of the casing roll is realized. The detected roll of casing is fed onto the take-off plate 28 and is fed out through the take-off plate 28.
As shown in fig. 7 to 9: the casing roll sorting device 5 comprises a containing groove 33, a guide device, a sorting power device and a poking device, wherein the guide device is annular, the containing groove 33 is arranged on the guide device through a mounting frame 39, the power device is connected with the mounting frame 39 and drives the power device to move along the guide device, the containing groove 33 is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame 39, a rotating shaft of the containing groove 33 is higher than the gravity center of the containing groove 33, an opening of the containing groove 33 is upward, the poking device is arranged on one side of the containing groove 33, and a plurality of poking devices are arranged at intervals along the guide device. The holding groove 33 can accept the casing roll, sort power device drives the holding groove 33 along guider motion, the pivot of holding groove 33 is higher than the focus setting, can make the opening of holding groove 33 copy, avoid the casing roll to drop by the holding groove 33 in, the toggle device dials the holding groove 33 swing, make the casing roll in the holding groove 33 send out, the toggle device interval is provided with a plurality ofly, can send out by different positions respectively with different types of casing rolls, the letter sorting with different types of casing rolls has been realized, the cost of equipment is low, and the letter sorting is fast.
The casing roll sorting device 5 further comprises a sorting box 30, a guide plate 32 and supporting legs 31, wherein the sorting box 30 is a cuboid box body, one side of the sorting box 30 is provided with a feed inlet 3001, the other side of the sorting box 30 is provided with a discharge outlet 3002, the feed inlet 3001 and the discharge outlet 3002 are arranged on two opposite sides of the sorting box 30, the feed inlet 3001 is arranged in the middle or upper portion of the sorting box 30, the discharge outlet 3002 is arranged side by side in the height direction and is provided with a plurality of discharge outlets at intervals, and in the embodiment, the discharge outlet 3002 is arranged side by side in the height direction of the sorting box 30 and is provided with three discharge outlets at intervals. The downside of each discharge gate 3002 all is provided with deflector 32, and the deflector 32 sets up in the outside of letter sorting case 30, and each deflector 32 all aligns with the bottom of corresponding discharge gate 3002, and the deflector 32 is along keeping away from the decurrent slope form of the direction of letter sorting case 30 gradually, can send out all kinds of casing rolls, the transportation of the casing roll after the convenient classification. The bottom of the sorting bin 30 is provided with support legs 31, the support legs 31 being mounted on the frame. The inlet 3001 is connected to the outlet end of the outlet plate 28, and the outlet end of each guide plate 32 is connected to the outlet belt 6 and feeds the casing in stages.
The guiding device has two that set up in the relative both sides of letter sorting case 30, and the storage tank 33 sets up between two guiding device, and the both ends of storage tank 33 link to each other with the guiding device of corresponding side through mounting bracket 39 respectively, and the both ends of storage tank 33 all rotatable link to each other with mounting bracket 39, and the pivot of storage tank 33 is higher than the focus setting, makes the opening of storage tank 33 up. The receiving groove 33 is arranged parallel to the discharge port 3002, thereby facilitating both receiving and delivering the casing roll. In this embodiment, the receiving groove 33 is tapered from top to bottom, thereby facilitating the feeding of the roll of casing.
The material stirring device is arranged in the guide device and is arranged on the inner wall of the sorting box 30, the material stirring device corresponds to the discharge holes 3002 one by one, and the material stirring device is arranged on the upper side of the corresponding discharge hole 3002, so that after the accommodating groove 33 is pushed to swing, the sausage casing rolls in the accommodating groove 33 can be just sent out through the corresponding discharge hole 3002.
Each stirring device comprises a stirring motor (not shown in the figure) and a rotating plate 35, wherein the rotating plate 35 is rotatably arranged on the sorting box 30, the stirring motor is also arranged on the sorting box 30, and an output shaft of the stirring motor is connected with the rotating plate 35 and drives the rotating plate 35 to rotate, so that the accommodating groove 33 is stirred by the rotating plate 35 to rotate. The lateral parts of each accommodating groove 33 are provided with a deflector rod 34 matched with the rotating plate 35, and the deflector rod 34 is arranged in the middle of the accommodating groove 33, so that the rotating plate 35 can more easily deflect the accommodating groove 33 to rotate. The rotating plate 35 is installed on the sorting box 30 through the installation shaft 36, the rotating plate 35 is fixedly connected with the installation shaft 36 and keeps synchronous rotation, and the output shaft of the toggle motor is connected with the installation shaft 36 and drives the rotation of the same.
The guiding device comprises a guide rail 37 and guide wheels 40 arranged on the mounting frames 39, the guide wheels 40 are rotatably arranged on two sides of each mounting frame 39, the guide rail 37 is arranged between the guide wheels 40 on two sides of each mounting frame 39, in the embodiment, two guide wheels 40 are arranged on the outer side of each mounting frame 39, and one guide wheel 40 is arranged on the inner side of each mounting frame 39.
The guide rails 37 are provided in two at intervals from inside to outside, and a guide groove 38 is formed between the two guide rails 37. Each mounting frame 39 is connected with the power device through a connecting rod 41, one end of the connecting rod 41 is connected with the mounting frame 39, and the other end of the connecting rod 41 slidably penetrates through the guide groove 38 and then is connected with the sorting power device.
The sorting power device comprises a driving motor and a sorting chain 42, wherein each connecting rod 41 is fixedly connected with the side part of the sorting chain 42, so that the sorting chain 42 is arranged along the guide groove 38, the driving motor is arranged on the sorting box 30, a sorting chain wheel 43 is arranged on the output shaft of the driving motor, and the sorting chain wheel 43 is meshed with the sorting chain 42, so that the mounting frame 39 is driven to move along the guide rail 37.
The casing rolls enter the sorting box 30 through the feed port 3001 and fall into the corresponding accommodating groove 33, the accommodating groove 33 moves along the guide rail 37 along with the sorting chain 42, when moving to the position corresponding to the discharge port 3002, the stirring motor drives the rotating plate 35 to rotate, the rotating plate 35 pushes the accommodating groove 33 to rotate through the corresponding stirring rod 34, the casing rolls in the accommodating groove 33 are sent out and are sent out through the corresponding discharge port 3002, and the casing rolls are led out through the corresponding guide plate 32, so that the sorting of the casing rolls is realized.
The mechanical arm transfers the sausage casing rolls on each output belt 6 into different packaging boxes through the sucking disc, so that the packaging of the sausage casing rolls with different grades is realized.

the casing roll sorting device (5) comprises a containing groove (33), a guide device, a sorting power device and a poking device, wherein the guide device is annular, the containing groove (33) is arranged on the guide device through a mounting frame (39), the sorting power device is connected with the mounting frame (39) and drives the mounting frame to move along the guide device, the containing groove (33) is rotatably arranged on the mounting frame (39), a rotating shaft of the containing groove (33) is higher than the gravity center of the containing groove (33), the opening of the containing groove (33) faces upwards, the poking device is arranged on one side of the containing groove (33), and a plurality of poking devices are arranged at intervals along the guide device;
the stirring device comprises a rotating plate (35) and a stirring motor, wherein the rotating plate (35) is arranged on one side of the accommodating groove (33), and an output shaft of the stirring motor is connected with the rotating plate (35);
the sausage casing roll sorting device (5) further comprises a sorting box (30), one side of the sorting box (30) is provided with a feed inlet (3001), the other side of the sorting box is provided with a discharge outlet (3002), and the accommodating groove (33) is positioned in the sorting box (30);
the material stirring device is arranged in the guide device and is arranged on the inner wall of the sorting box (30), the material stirring device corresponds to the discharge holes (3002) one by one, and the material stirring device is arranged on the upper side of the corresponding discharge hole (3002), so that after the accommodating groove (33) is pushed to swing, the sausage casing roll in the accommodating groove (33) can be just sent out through the corresponding discharge hole (3002);
