Abstract
本发明公开了一种有助于伤口创面修复的液体杀菌敷料,具体包括下列重量份数的组分:聚六亚甲基双胍1~5份、褐藻寡糖2~10份、苦参0.1~0.3份、黄柏0.1~0.3份、黄芩0.1~0.2份、大黄0.1~0.2份、地榆0.05~0.1份、虎杖0.05~0.1份、五倍子提取物0.05~0.1份和冰片0.05~0.1份。本发明涉及杀菌敷料技术领域,具体提供了一种杀菌起效时间快、杀菌持续时间长,且能促进创面组织生长,有效解决现有液体杀菌敷料杀菌持续时间不长久,需要一天三次喷涂,且不能促进创面组织生长等缺点的有助于伤口创面修复的液体杀菌敷料。

技术领域
本发明涉及杀菌敷料技术领域,具体为一种有助于伤口创面修复的液体杀菌敷料。
背景技术
用于伤口或者需要消毒部位的杀菌敷料具有粉末状杀菌敷料、药贴式杀菌敷料和液体杀菌敷料等多种形式,其中粉末状或者制成药贴形式,使用起来不够方便,并且杀菌效果不够显著。
液体杀菌敷料,可在创面表面形成保护层,起到物理屏障作用,可用于小创口、擦伤、切割伤等浅表性创面及周围皮肤的护理。目前市面上的液体杀菌敷料多采用壳聚糖类、次氯酸类等单纯杀菌或抗菌作用的配方,虽然有一定的杀菌效果,但杀菌持续时间通常为4~6小时,针对感染性的创面一天需要换药3次,且针对愈合期的创面,作用不明显,增加了医生处方的复杂性,并影响了患者换药的便利性。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为弥补上述现有缺陷,本发明提供了一种杀菌起效时间快、杀菌持续时间长,且能促进创面组织生长,有效解决现有液体杀菌敷料杀菌持续时间不长久,需要一天三次喷涂,且不能促进创面组织生长等缺点的有助于伤口创面修复的液体杀菌敷料。
本发明提供如下的技术方案:本发明提出的一种有助于伤口创面修复的液体杀菌敷料,具体包括下列重量份数的组分:聚六亚甲基双胍1~5份、褐藻寡糖2~10份、苦参0.1~0.3份、黄柏0.1~0.3份、黄芩0.1~0.2份、大黄0.1~0.2份、地榆0.05~0.1份、虎杖0.05~0.1份、五倍子提取物0.05~0.1份和冰片0.05~0.1份。
作为优选地,一种有助于伤口创面修复的液体杀菌敷料,具体包括下列重量份数的组分:聚六亚甲基双胍2~4份、褐藻寡糖4~8份、苦参0.15~0.25份、黄柏0.15~0.25份、黄芩0.13~0.17份、大黄0.13~0.17份、地榆0.07~0.08份、虎杖0.07~0.08份、五倍子提取物0.07~0.08份和冰片0.07~0.08份。
作为优选地,一种有助于伤口创面修复的液体杀菌敷料,具体包括下列重量份数的组分:聚六亚甲基双胍3份、褐藻寡糖6份、苦参0.2份、黄柏0.2份、黄芩0.15份、大黄0.15份、地榆0.075份、虎杖0.075份、五倍子提取物0.075份和冰片0.075份。
采用上述结构本发明取得的有益效果如下:本发明提出的一种有助于伤口创面修复的液体杀菌敷料,采用聚六亚甲基双胍替代传统的杀菌液体敷料配方中的壳聚糖或次氯酸,有效延长液体杀菌敷料的杀菌持续时间,尤其是对慢性创面持续杀菌时间长达7天,并通过新增褐藻寡糖和中药成分,有效修复创面组织,加速创面组织生长,快速愈合。

实施例1
一种有助于伤口创面修复的液体杀菌敷料,具体包括下列重量份数的组分:聚六亚甲基双胍1份、褐藻寡糖2份、苦参0.1份、黄柏0.1份、黄芩0.1份、大黄0.1份、地榆0.05份、虎杖0.05份、五倍子提取物0.05份和冰片0.05份。
实施例2
一种有助于伤口创面修复的液体杀菌敷料,具体包括下列重量份数的组分:聚六亚甲基双胍5份、褐藻寡糖10份、苦参0.3份、黄柏0.3份、黄芩0.2份、大黄0.2份、地榆0.1份、虎杖0.1份、五倍子提取物0.1份和冰片0.1份。
实施例3
一种有助于伤口创面修复的液体杀菌敷料,具体包括下列重量份数的组分:聚六亚甲基双胍3份、褐藻寡糖6份、苦参0.2份、黄柏0.2份、黄芩0.15份、大黄0.15份、地榆0.075份、虎杖0.075份、五倍子提取物0.075份和冰片0.075份。
对照例1
一种有助于伤口创面修复的液体杀菌敷料,具体包括下列重量份数的组分:壳聚糖3份、苦参0.2份、黄柏0.2份、黄芩0.15份、大黄0.15份、地榆0.075份、虎杖0.075份、五倍子提取物0.075份和冰片0.075份。
对照例2
一种有助于伤口创面修复的液体杀菌敷料,具体包括下列重量份数的组分:次氯酸3份、苦参0.2份、黄柏0.2份、黄芩0.15份、大黄0.15份、地榆0.075份、虎杖0.075份、五倍子提取物0.075份和冰片0.075份。
用灭菌棉签蘸取金黄色葡萄球菌、革兰阴性杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌和大肠埃希菌的菌液,并浸泡于实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对照例1和对照例2的液体敷料内,分别在0.5小时、3小时、5小时、7小时、3天、5天和7天时测试各菌种的杀菌效果。

经对杀菌效果检测可知,本方案提供的液体杀菌敷料杀菌起效时间快,半小时即可起效,且杀菌效果长达7天,且能促进创面组织生长,有效解决现有杀菌液体敷料杀菌时间不长久,需要一天三次喷涂,且不能促进创面组织生长的问题。

1.一种有助于伤口创面修复的液体杀菌敷料,其特征在于,具体包括下列重量份数的组分:聚六亚甲基双胍1~5份、褐藻寡糖2~10份、苦参0.1~0.3份、黄柏0.1~0.3份、黄芩0.1~0.2份、大黄0.1~0.2份、地榆0.05~0.1份、虎杖0.05~0.1份、五倍子提取物0.05~0.1份和冰片0.05~0.1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种有助于伤口创面修复的液体杀菌敷料,其特征在于,具体包括下列重量份数的组分:聚六亚甲基双胍2~4份、褐藻寡糖4~8份、苦参0.15~0.25份、黄柏0.15~0.25份、黄芩0.13~0.17份、大黄0.13~0.17份、地榆0.07~0.08份、虎杖0.07~0.08份、五倍子提取物0.07~0.08份和冰片0.07~0.08份。
