背景技术
皮肤是是人体最大的器官,皮肤覆盖全身,并与外界环境接触,起着保护机体的屏障作用,它使体内各种组织和器官免受物理性、机械性、化学性和病原微生物性的侵袭,例如防止水分、电解质和血浆蛋白的丢失,抵御细菌侵入,防止毒物进入,抵挡机械性损伤,防止紫外线照射对人体的伤害等。此外,皮肤还具有感觉、分泌、排泄和体温调节等生理学功能。因此,皮肤无论是溃疡伤口还是各种烧伤、擦伤等都应尽快得到护理,使皮肤恢复组织和功能,在这方面敷料起着重要作用。
医用敷料是用于对各类创口表面进行临时覆盖的医用材料。目前,伤口的处理需要用敷料来加速伤口止血、保护创面、防止细菌感染,创造适宜的愈合环境。理想的医用敷料应具有以下功能:1、能与创面紧贴和具有良好的亲和性;2、防止液体和水分丢失;3、抵御细菌等侵入,防止感染,去除或控制伤口产生臭味。现有的医用杀菌敷料杀菌抑菌效果差且制造工艺复杂。

针对上述情况,为弥补上述现有缺陷,本发明提供了一种具有杀菌抑菌效果稳定性高,且制造工艺简单的医用杀菌敷料及其制备方法。
本发明提供如下的技术方案:本发明一种医用杀菌敷料,包括抗菌无纺布基布和杀菌整理液;所述抗菌无纺布基布包括下列重量份数的组分:明胶10~20份、海藻酸钠30~50份、花青素10~20份、壳聚糖20~40份和甲壳素20~40份;所述杀菌整理液为中药提取液,所述中药提取液的原料包括下列重量份数的组分:洋甘菊20~30份、艾蒿15~30份、金银花10~20 份、鱼腥草10~16份、蒲公英15~25份、大青叶10~20份、紫珠12~20份和小蓟8~12份。
作为优选地,所述抗菌无纺布基布包括下列重量份数的组分:明胶13~17份、海藻酸钠 35~45份、花青素12~18份、壳聚糖25~35份和甲壳素25~35份;所述杀菌整理液为中药提取液,所述中药提取液的原料包括下列重量份数的组分:洋甘菊23~27份、艾蒿20~25份、金银花12~18份、鱼腥草12~14份、蒲公英18~22份、大青叶13~17份、紫珠15~17份和小蓟9~11份。

一种医用杀菌敷料的制备方法,具体包括下列步骤:
1)分别称取对应重量份数的明胶、海藻酸钠、花青素、壳聚糖和甲壳素,加入去离子水,搅拌混合均匀,搅拌至完全溶解,得到抗菌纺丝液;
2)加入5%的氯化钙溶液,利用湿法纺丝制得抗菌纤维;
3)将抗菌纤维经水刺法制造得到抗菌无纺布;
4)将对应重量份数的洋甘菊、艾蒿、金银花、鱼腥草、蒲公英、大青叶、紫珠和小蓟混合,加入去离子水煎煮,煎煮1~2h,过滤煎煮液,蒸馏浓缩煎煮液至原体积的1/2,得到杀菌整理液;
5)将抗菌无纺布浸入杀菌整理液内,60~75℃条件下保温55~75min;
6)将抗菌无纺布进行真空低温干燥,即可得到医用杀菌敷料。
进一步地,步骤1)所述搅拌混合温度为35~45℃。

采用上述结构本发明取得的有益效果如下:本发明一种医用杀菌敷料及其制备方法,通过具有可降解功能的明胶,以及天然抗菌抑菌功能的海藻酸钠、花青素、壳聚糖和甲壳素作为无纺布生产原料,使抗菌无纺布基布本身即具备抗菌抑菌性能,并通过多种具有抗菌抑菌和止血功能的中药提取液作为整理液,进一步提高了医用杀菌敷料的抗菌抑菌性能,且整体制备方法简单易行,适宜于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例;基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种医用杀菌敷料,包括抗菌无纺布基布和杀菌整理液;所述抗菌无纺布基布包括下列重量份数的组分:明胶15份、海藻酸钠40份、花青素15份、壳聚糖30份和甲壳素30份;所述杀菌整理液为中药提取液,所述中药提取液的原料包括下列重量份数的组分:洋甘菊25 份、艾蒿22.5份、金银花15份、鱼腥草13份、蒲公英20份、大青叶15份、紫珠16份和小蓟10份。
一种医用杀菌敷料的制备方法,具体包括下列步骤:
1)分别称取对应重量份数的明胶、海藻酸钠、花青素、壳聚糖和甲壳素,加入去离子水,搅拌混合均匀,搅拌混合温度为35~45℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到抗菌纺丝液;
2)加入5%的氯化钙溶液,利用湿法纺丝制得抗菌纤维;
3)将抗菌纤维经水刺法制造得到抗菌无纺布,抗菌无纺布的面密度为0.1kg/m2;
4)将对应重量份数的洋甘菊、艾蒿、金银花、鱼腥草、蒲公英、大青叶、紫珠和小蓟混合,加入去离子水煎煮,煎煮1~2h,过滤煎煮液,蒸馏浓缩煎煮液至原体积的1/2,得到杀菌整理液;
5)将抗菌无纺布浸入杀菌整理液内,60~75℃条件下保温65min;
6)将抗菌无纺布进行真空低温干燥,真空低温干燥温度为-10~-5℃,即可得到医用杀菌敷料。
实施例2
一种医用杀菌敷料,包括抗菌无纺布基布和杀菌整理液;所述抗菌无纺布基布包括下列重量份数的组分:明胶10份、海藻酸钠30份、花青素10份、壳聚糖20份和甲壳素20份;所述杀菌整理液为中药提取液,所述中药提取液的原料包括下列重量份数的组分:洋甘菊20 份、艾蒿15份、金银花10份、鱼腥草10份、蒲公英15份、大青叶10份、紫珠12份和小蓟8份。
一种医用杀菌敷料的制备方法,具体包括下列步骤:
1)分别称取对应重量份数的明胶、海藻酸钠、花青素、壳聚糖和甲壳素,加入去离子水,搅拌混合均匀,搅拌混合温度为35~45℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到抗菌纺丝液;
2)加入5%的氯化钙溶液,利用湿法纺丝制得抗菌纤维;
3)将抗菌纤维经水刺法制造得到抗菌无纺布,抗菌无纺布的面密度为0.08kg/m2;
4)将对应重量份数的洋甘菊、艾蒿、金银花、鱼腥草、蒲公英、大青叶、紫珠和小蓟混合,加入去离子水煎煮,煎煮1~2h,过滤煎煮液,蒸馏浓缩煎煮液至原体积的1/2,得到杀菌整理液;
5)将抗菌无纺布浸入杀菌整理液内,60~75℃条件下保温55min;
6)将抗菌无纺布进行真空低温干燥,真空低温干燥温度为-10~-5℃,即可得到医用杀菌敷料。
实施例3
一种医用杀菌敷料,包括抗菌无纺布基布和杀菌整理液;所述抗菌无纺布基布包括下列重量份数的组分:明胶20份、海藻酸钠50份、花青素20份、壳聚糖40份;和甲壳素40份所述杀菌整理液为中药提取液,所述中药提取液的原料包括下列重量份数的组分:洋甘菊30 份、艾蒿30份、金银花20份、鱼腥草16份、蒲公英25份、大青叶20份、紫珠20份和小蓟12份。
一种医用杀菌敷料的制备方法,具体包括下列步骤:
1)分别称取对应重量份数的明胶、海藻酸钠、花青素、壳聚糖和甲壳素,加入去离子水,搅拌混合均匀,搅拌混合温度为35~45℃,搅拌至完全溶解,得到抗菌纺丝液;
2)加入5%的氯化钙溶液,利用湿法纺丝制得抗菌纤维;
3)将抗菌纤维经水刺法制造得到抗菌无纺布,抗菌无纺布的面密度为0.12kg/m2;
4)将对应重量份数的洋甘菊、艾蒿、金银花、鱼腥草、蒲公英、大青叶、紫珠和小蓟混合,加入去离子水煎煮,煎煮1~2h,过滤煎煮液,蒸馏浓缩煎煮液至原体积的1/2,得到杀菌整理液;
5)将抗菌无纺布浸入杀菌整理液内,60~75℃条件下保温75min;
6)将抗菌无纺布进行真空低温干燥,真空低温干燥温度为-10~-5℃,即可得到医用杀菌敷料。

1.一种医用杀菌敷料,其特征在于,包括抗菌无纺布基布和杀菌整理液;所述抗菌无纺布基布包括下列重量份数的组分:明胶10~20份、海藻酸钠30~50份、花青素10~20份、壳聚糖20~40份和甲壳素20~40份;所述杀菌整理液为中药提取液,所述中药提取液的原料包括下列重量份数的组分:洋甘菊20~30份、艾蒿15~30份、金银花10~20份、鱼腥草10~16份、蒲公英15~25份、大青叶10~20份、紫珠12~20份和小蓟8~12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用杀菌敷料,其特征在于,所述抗菌无纺布基布包括下列重量份数的组分:明胶13~17份、海藻酸钠35~45份、花青素12~18份、壳聚糖25~35份和甲壳素25~35份;所述杀菌整理液为中药提取液,所述中药提取液的原料包括下列重量份数的组分:洋甘菊23~27份、艾蒿20~25份、金银花12~18份、鱼腥草12~14份、蒲公英18~22份、大青叶13~17份、紫珠15~17份和小蓟9~11份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种医用杀菌敷料,其特征在于,所述抗菌无纺布基布包括下列重量份数的组分:明胶15份、海藻酸钠40份、花青素15份、壳聚糖30份和甲壳素30份;所述杀菌整理液为中药提取液,所述中药提取液的原料包括下列重量份数的组分:洋甘菊25份、艾蒿22.5份、金银花15份、鱼腥草13份、蒲公英20份、大青叶15份、紫珠16份和小蓟10份。
4.一种医用杀菌敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括下列步骤:
1)分别称取对应重量份数的明胶、海藻酸钠、花青素、壳聚糖和甲壳素,加入去离子水,搅拌混合均匀,搅拌至完全溶解,得到抗菌纺丝液;
2)加入5%的氯化钙溶液,利用湿法纺丝制得抗菌纤维;
3)将抗菌纤维经水刺法制造得到抗菌无纺布;
4)将对应重量份数的洋甘菊、艾蒿、金银花、鱼腥草、蒲公英、大青叶、紫珠和小蓟混合,加入去离子水煎煮,煎煮1~2h,过滤煎煮液,蒸馏浓缩煎煮液至原体积的1/2,得到杀菌整理液;
5)将抗菌无纺布浸入杀菌整理液内,60~75℃条件下保温55~75min;
6)将抗菌无纺布进行真空低温干燥,即可得到医用杀菌敷料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种医用杀菌敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)所述搅拌混合温度为35~45℃。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种医用杀菌敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗菌无纺布的面密度为0.08~0.12kg/m2。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种医用杀菌敷料的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤6)所述的真空低温干燥温度为-10~-5℃。
