Abstract
儿童病毒速干手消毒液,由双氧水、医用酒精、PEG‑7椰子油甘油酯、透明质酸钠、绿茶提取物、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、医用甘油、柠檬酸和纯化水组成,其中各组分所占质量百分比为:双氧水0.1%~0.2%;医用酒精50%~60%;PEG‑7椰子油甘油酯1.0%~1.5%;透明质酸钠0.01%~0.05%;绿茶提取物0.001%~0.005%;山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯0.2%~0.5%;医用甘油1.0%~1.5%;柠檬酸适量,余量为纯化水。本发明的绿茶提取物富含的茶多酚能杀灭肉毒杆菌及孢子,抑制细菌外毒素的活性,对引起腹泻、呼吸道和皮肤感染的各种病原菌有抗菌作用;同时采用天然保湿润滑剂透明质酸钠,大大降低了消毒液对皮肤的损伤,本发明配方干手后能迅速杀灭病毒,6小时长效抑菌,可高效护肤,弱酸性配方,跟皮肤有很好的融合性。

技术领域
本发明属于消毒产品制备技术领域,具体涉及一种儿童病毒速干手消毒液。
背景技术
手足口病是由肠道病毒引起的传染病,引发手足口病的肠道病毒有20多种,手足口病主要发生在5岁以下的儿童,潜伏期:多为2~10天,平均3~5天,每到换季时期,是手足口病爆发的季节,儿童吃手,吃手指甲,不注意手部卫生,是很常见的现象,目前医疗卫生用的速干手消毒液的酒精含量一般都在70-80%,对皮肤的刺激性大,刺激呼吸系统,不利于儿童使用,且含有的护肤成份很少,酒精具有脱脂的作用,选用护肤好的成份至关重要。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种儿童病毒速干手消毒液,以解决现有技术存在的酒精含量高,对皮肤的刺激性大,刺激呼吸系统,不利于儿童使用的问题。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种儿童病毒速干手消毒液,由双氧水、医用酒精、PEG-7椰子油甘油酯、透明质酸钠、绿茶提取物、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、医用甘油、柠檬酸和纯化水组成,其中各组分所占质量百分比为:双氧水0.1%~0.2%;医用酒精50%~60%;PEG-7椰子油甘油酯1.0%~1.5%;透明质酸钠0.01%~0.05%;绿茶提取物0.001%~0.005%;山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯0.2%~0.5%;医用甘油1.0%~1.5%;柠檬酸适量,余量为纯化水。
本发明提供了一种儿童病毒速干手消毒液,独特地添加绿茶提取物来增加消毒液的消毒效果,绿茶提取物富含的茶多酚能杀灭肉毒杆菌及孢子,抑制细菌外毒素的活性。对引起腹泻、呼吸道和皮肤感染的各种病原菌有抗菌作用。茶多酚对引起化脓性感染、烧伤、外伤的金黄色葡萄球菌、变型杆菌有明显的抑制作用,同时采用天然保湿润滑剂透明质酸钠,大大降低了消毒液对皮肤的损伤,本发明配方是一种低醇的快速手消毒液,干手后能迅速杀灭病毒,6小时长效抑菌,可高效护肤,弱酸性配方,跟皮肤有很好的融合性,减少刺激,无需水洗,节约水源。

一种儿童病毒速干手消毒液,由双氧水、医用酒精、PEG-7椰子油甘油酯、透明质酸钠、绿茶提取物、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、医用甘油、柠檬酸和纯化水组成,其中各组分所占质量百分比为:双氧水0.15%;医用酒精55%;PEG-7椰子油甘油酯1.2%;透明质酸钠0.03%;绿茶提取物0.003%;山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯0.3%;医用甘油1.3%;柠檬酸适量,余量为纯化水。
例2:
一种儿童病毒速干手消毒液,由双氧水、医用酒精、PEG-7椰子油甘油酯、透明质酸钠、绿茶提取物、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、医用甘油、柠檬酸和纯化水组成,其中各组分所占质量百分比为:双氧水0.1%;医用酒精60%;PEG-7椰子油甘油酯1.0%;透明质酸钠0.05%;绿茶提取物0.005%;山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯0.2%;医用甘油1.5%;柠檬酸适量,余量为纯化水。
例3:
一种儿童病毒速干手消毒液,由双氧水、医用酒精、PEG-7椰子油甘油酯、透明质酸钠、绿茶提取物、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、医用甘油、柠檬酸和纯化水组成,其中各组分所占质量百分比为:双氧水0.2%;医用酒精50%;PEG-7椰子油甘油酯1.5%;透明质酸钠0.01%;绿茶提取物0.001%;山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯0.2%~0.5%;医用甘油1.0%~1.5%;柠檬酸适量,余量为纯化水。
本发明的儿童病毒速干手消毒液特别适合儿童手卫生的保护,及普通病房用速干手消毒液,该技术产品稳定,护肤效果优于市场上其它产品,也很适合居家旅游,使用方便快捷,使用后可使常见致病细菌数目减少至安全水平。

1.一种儿童病毒速干手消毒液,其特征是由双氧水、医用酒精、PEG-7椰子油甘油酯、透明质酸钠、绿茶提取物、山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯、医用甘油、柠檬酸和纯化水组成,其中各组分所占质量百分比为:双氧水0.1%~0.2%;医用酒精50%~60%;PEG-7椰子油甘油酯1.0%~1.5%;透明质酸钠0.01%~0.05%;绿茶提取物0.001%~0.005%;山梨醇酐单硬脂酸酯0.2%~0.5%;医用甘油1.0%~1.5%;柠檬酸适量,余量为纯化水。
